Introduction:
Gematria is a system of assigning numerical value to a word or phrase, in the belief that words or phrases with identical numerical values bear some relation to each other, or bear some relation to the number itself as it may apply to a person's age, the calendar year, or the like. The word "gematria" is generally held to derive from Greek geōmetriā, "geometry", which was used as a translation of gēmaṭriyā, though some scholars believe it to derive from Greek grammateia, rather; it's possible that both words had an influence on the formation of the Hebrew word.
Gematria is a system in which hidden meanings are revealed within words. In early languages, each letter of the alphabet corresponded to a number. Peoples of ancient languages used the letters of their alphabets as numbers also. Therefore, the letters for words could also be read as numbers, which translated entire phrases, sentences, and paragraphs into writings that contained additional meaning. Numerical values of words were totaled up and then these words were said to correspond with other words sharing the same numerical value. For instance, by adding 6 in increments of six to each letter of the English alphabet, (i.e. A = 6, B = 12, C = 18, D = 24, E = 30, etc) words can be calculated. This very method was used in the research presented. Take for example the word "scoundrel," (S=114, C=18, O=90, U=126, N=84, D=24, R=108, E=30, L=72) the numerical value of the word is added together to total "666".
In arithmetic, numbers are represented by numerals placed side by side, and each numeral has a local as well as an intrinsic value. Thus in the number 666, each numeral, though intrinsically the same, differs in value according to its position—the first 6 representing six hundreds, the second, six tens, and the third, six units. This number, six hundred and sixty-six, belongs to the decimal scale, or the scale whose radix is 10. This remarkable sequence is, of course, radix-dependent. In other words, were these numbers to be expressed in any system other than denary the visual binding would disappear. For instance, if we choose as our radix the numeral 7, the expression 666 represents a very different number. The last 6 represents (as before) six units ; the second, six sevens ; and the first, six forty-nines.
A connection between Gematria and Pythagorean numerology also exists. Pythagoras, from the Greek island of Samos, (580-500 B.C.) believed that numbers were not only objects of thought, but were also the building blocks of all reality. From this discovery it was concluded that all material objects in the universe were resulting from the nature of number. Numbers were like atoms, combining to form everything else. Triangle of 10, “tetractys” was considered holy by Greek Pythagoreans. If the Tetractys is extended by adding new rows, up to a total of 36, the 36th "triangular" number is 666: the Number of the Beast. But 36 is also triangular (the 8th) - as is every other numerical attribute of 666! It is the only number which is both square and triangle. Six hundred and sixty-six per se may be justly described as a singularly interesting numerical absolute.
While it is interesting to note the relationship between numbers associated with words and the various ideas expressed within the Bible, gematria is not considered a true science because it does not give us the necessary tools for making meaningful predictions about our world. All established sciences use recognized procedures to create a hypothesis, which can be proven or disproved by principles of independent verification.
For those who are interested in gematria or simply curious about it may be interested in the research conducted. A list of words has been complied that equate with "666". The Bible states "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six" (Rev. 13:17-18). Scholars such as Dr. Ellen Aitken, Dean of the Faculty of Religious Studies at McGill University, have speculated that the reference to this passage was a way of speaking in code about then contemporary figures that it would have been politically dangerous to criticize openly.
Most scholars believe that 666 refers to Roman Emperor Nero (whose name, written in Aramaic, can be valued at 666, using the Hebrew numerology of gematria), a manner of speaking against the emperor without the Roman authorities knowing.
Other interpretations suggest that 666 encode the letters of someone’s name identifying the Antichrist. That is the focus of this blog to a varying degree. The research produced aims to identity words or phrases that calculate to 666 and define them. The Holy Bible is used as a source of reference throughout the literature. According to Scripture, the Antichrist is a man. Words often have multiple meanings. The research presented has been extended to include things that are antichrist, meaning anything that goes against Scripture or God's teachings. There are many antichrists in the world according to John. The Bible states: "Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time" (1John 2:18).
Persons may or may not agree with the findings presented in the research as it is based on personal interpretation and Christian study. The findings may conflict with the views of other Christians. Therefore, the material presented may be viewed as biased in nature.

Buddha Falsified:
Buddha falsified refers to the inadvertent canonization of Siddhartha Buddha. Barlaam and Josaphat is a Christianized version of the story of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. In the middle ages the two were treated as Christian saints, Barlaam and Josaphat were treated in Europe as Christian saints throughout the Middle Ages. The Genoese bishop who collected and published the work wrote that "Barlaam fell asleep in peace about the year of the Lord 380." Barlaam and Josaphat were not fully canonized until the sixteenth century, being entered in the Greek Orthodox calendar on 26 August, and into the Roman list of martyrs in the Western Church as "Barlaam and Josaphat" on the date of 27 November. Thus the historic Buddha and his guru became Christian saints, although no one seems to have made the Buddhist connection until scholars pointed it out late in the nineteenth century. The two have now been de-sanctified.

Code of the Bible:
The study and results from this cipher have been popularized by the book The Bible Code by Michael Drosnin. Drosnin, let it be clear, does not believe in God. In his view, some advanced civilization left a message encoded in the Bible to warn us of impending catastrophe.
The code is composed of words spelled out by skipping equal numbers of letters through the original Hebrew text. This phenomenon is called ELS-Equidistant Letter Sequences--words with equal jumps of spaces between each letter.
The theory of the Bible Code states that imbedded in the Hebrew text of the Old Testament are names and historic facts, past, present and future, which can be decoded with the help of a computer. A team at Hebrew University in Jerusalem reported remarkable findings of codes buried in the book of Genesis in 1988. Other researchers followed, claiming to find predictions in the ancient text of "the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin in 1995 to a Los Angeles earthquake in 2010." Some authors capitalized on these findings and published a series of best-selling religious books. Michael Drosnin's book "The Bible Code" reached the third spot on the New York Times best-seller list.
The actual truth about the Bible codes was finally revealed by statistical analysis: they were meaningless. Many of Drosnin's predicitions have been proven false. Among the most important, Drosnin clearly states in his book "The Bible Code II", published on December 2, 2002, that there was to be a World War involving a "Atomic Holocaust" that would allegedly be the end of the world. Another claim Drosnin makes in "The Bible Code II" is that the nation of Libya would develop weapons of mass destruction that they would then be given to terrorists who would then use them to attack the West (specifically the United States). In reality Libya improved relations with the West in 2003 and gave up all their existing weapons of mass destruction programs. A final claim Drosnin made in "The Bible Code II" was that Palestinian Authority leader Yasser Arafat would allegedly be assassinated by being shot to death by gunmen which Drosnin specifically stated would be from the Palestinian Hamas movement. This prediction by Drosnin also failed, as Yasser Arafat died on November 11, 2004 of what was later declared to be natural causes (specifically a stroke brought on by an unknown infection).
In October of 2010, Drosnin published the third book in the series: The Bible Code III: The Quest. In it he made more false predictions. It predicted a nuclear attack by Osama bin Laden on the U.S. in 2011. Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan on May 2, 2011, by a United States special forces military unit. He predicted that Sarah Palin was going to run for the presidency in 2012. From the time of her Vice Presidential nomination in 2008, Palin was considered a potential candidate for the 2012 presidential election until she announced in October 2011 that she would not run.
The Bible was not created for the purposes that Michael Drosnin has used it for! When used as a tool to predict the future, the Bible becomes a book of divination. The Bible forbids divination, (Leviticus 19:26, Deuteronomy 18:10). See Torah Bibles
Dromedaries:
A dromedary is a one-humped camel of the hot deserts of northern Africa and southwestern Asia. In demonology, Vual is a mighty Great Duke of Hell, commanding thirty-seven legions of demons. He gives the love of women, causes friendship between friends and foes, and tells things past, present and to come. Vual is depicted as a dromedary that after a while changes shape into a man, and speaks the Egyptian language, but not perfectly, with a deep voice. In demonology, Paimon is one of the Kings of Hell, more obedient to Lucifer than other kings are, and has two hundred (one hundred to other authors) legions of demons under his rule. He has a great voice and roars as soon as he comes, speaking in this manner for a while, until the conjurer compels him and then he answers clearly the questions he is asked. When the conjurer invokes this demon he must look towards the northwest (the west to other authors), for there is where he has his house, and when Paimon appears he must be allowed to ask what he wishes and be answered, in order to obtain the same from him. He appears as a man with a woman's face riding a dromedary, and crowned with a headdress made with precious stones. If Paimon is evoked by sacrifice or libation, he may appear accompanied by Bebal and Abalam. Paimon teaches all arts, philosophy and sciences, and secret things; he can reveal all mysteries of the Earth, wind and water, what the mind is, and everything the conjurer wants to know, gives good familiars, dignities and confirms them, binds men to the conjurer's will.

The number 1572 does not have any significant meaning. It merely represents the relationship between numbers and words or phrases. In the instant case on April 4, 1968, Martin Luther King Jr. had retreated to room 306 of the Lorraine Motel, worrying about a sanitation strike in Memphis and working on his sermon for Sunday. Its title: "Why America May Go to Hell." While he was standing on a balcony at a Lorraine Motel, Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot and fatally wounded. Only hours earlier King ended his final speech with the words, "I may not get there with you, but I want you to know tonight, that we as a people will get to the Promised Land." James Earl Ray was convicted of the Assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ray has testified that he did not shoot King.
Hoping to prove the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. was under the influence of Communists, the FBI kept the civil rights leader under constant surveillance. The almost fanatical zeal with which the FBI pursued King is disclosed in tens of thousands of FBI memos from the 1960s.
The FBI paper trail spells out in detail the government agency's concerted efforts to derail King's efforts on behalf of the civil rights movement. The FBI's interest in King intensified after the March on Washington in August 1963, when King delivered his "I have a dream speech," which many historians consider the most important speech of the 20th century. After the speech, an FBI memo called King the "most dangerous and effective Negro leader in the country."
King was to be the recipient of the Noble Peace Prize in 1964. The FBI decided to take its harassment of King one step further, sending him an insulting and threatening note anonymously. In it the FBI wrote, "You are a colossal fraud and an evil, vicious one at that." The letter went on to say, "The American public ... will know you for what you are -- an evil, abnormal beast," and "Satan could not do more." The letter's threat was ominous, if not specific: "King you are done."
In 1999, in Memphis, Tennessee, more than three decades after his death, a jury found local, state, and federal government agencies guilty of conspiring to assassinate Martin Luther King Jr in a civil case.

The Oceanic Steam Navigation Company or White Star Line of Boston Packets, more commonly known as just White Star Line, was a prominent British shipping company. Founded in 1845, the line operated a fleet of clipper ships that sailed between Britain and Australia.
The RMS Titanic, was the largest ship made at the time it entered service. It was the second of three Olympic class ocean liners operated by the White Star Line, and was built by the Harland and Wolff shipyard.
Titanic was a British passenger liner that sank in the North Atlantic Ocean in the early morning of 15 April 1912 after colliding with an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, UK, to New York City, US. Two hours and forty minutes after Titanic struck the iceberg, her rate of sinking suddenly increased as her forward deck dipped underwater and the sea poured in through open hatches and grates. As her unsupported stern rose out of the water, exposing the propellers, the ship began to break in two between the third and fourth funnels due to the immense strain on the keel. With the bow underwater, and air trapped in the stern, the stern remained afloat and buoyant for a few minutes longer, rising to a nearly vertical angle with hundreds of people still clinging to it, before plunging into the murky depths. For many years it was generally believed the ship sank in one piece; however, when the wreck was located many years later, it was discovered that the ship had fully split in two.
Was the Titanic's fate written in a book? Futility, or the Wreck of the Titan is an 1898 novel written by Morgan Robertson. The story features the ocean liner Titan, which sinks in the North Atlantic after striking an iceberg. The Titan and its sinking have been noted to be very similar to the real-life passenger ship Titanic, which sank fourteen years later.

There is a problem with the above statements. There was no live video coverage of the first plane hitting the tower. There couldn't be. Video of the first plane hitting the tower did not surface until AFTER the second plane had hit World Trade Center 2.
Steve Lemke, a producer in Sarasota, Florida, said he talked with the principal after the attack.

World Trade Center controlled demolition theories contend that the collapse of the World Trade Center was not solely caused by the airliner crash damage that occurred as part of the September 11, 2001 attacks, and the resulting fire damage, but by explosives installed in the buildings in advance. Early advocates such as physicist Steven E. Jones, architect Richard Gage, software engineer Jim Hoffman, and theologian David Ray Griffin, argued that the aircraft impacts and resulting fires could not have weakened the buildings sufficiently to initiate a catastrophic collapse, and that the buildings would not have collapsed completely, nor at the speeds that they did, without additional energy involved to weaken their structures.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the magazine Popular Mechanics examined and rejected these theories. Specialists in structural mechanics and structural engineering accept the model of a fire-induced, gravity-driven collapse of the World Trade Center buildings, an explanation that does not involve the use of explosives. NIST did not test for explosive compound residue in steel samples, stating the potential for inconclusive results, and noting that similar compounds would have been present during construction of the towers.
In 2006, Jones suggested that thermite or super-thermite may have been used by government insiders with access to such materials and to the buildings themselves, to demolish the buildings. Harrit and seven other authors published a paper in The Open Chemical Physics Journal, causing the editor, Prof. Marie-Paule Pileni, to resign as she accused the publisher of printing it without her knowledge; this article was titled 'Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe', and stated that they had found evidence of nano-thermite in samples of the dust that was produced during the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. NIST responded that there was no "clear chain of custody" to prove that the four samples of dust came from the World Trade Center site. Why "English" Gematria?

Most practitioners of Christian Wicca believe that God is manifested to us through the Father, the Son, and the mother. They believe the Holy Spirit is female and is referred to by many as the Spiritual Mother. Is Christian Wicca compatible with Christianity? The Bible denounces witchcraft and many of the practices of Wicca. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 says, "Let no one be found among you who… practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells…Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD..."
Christian Buddhists have embraced Buddhism while remaining connected to their Christian roots. According to the Dalai Lama "To sum up all that we've discussed, I feel there is tremendous convergence and a potential for mutual enrichment through dialogue between the Buddhist and Christian tradition, especially in the areas of ethics and spiritual practice, such as the practices of compassion, love, meditation, and the enhancement of tolerance. Theistic Evolutionists believe that there is a God, that God is the creator of the material universe and (by consequence) all life within, and that biological evolution is simply a natural process within that creation. Many are afraid to renounce Christianity entirely due to fears of going to hell. Gematria is a system of assigning numerical value to a word or phrase, in the belief that words or phrases with identical numerical values bear some relation to each other, or bear some relation to the number itself as it may apply to a person's age, the calendar year, or the like. The word "gematria" is generally held to derive from Greek geōmetriā, "geometry", which was used as a translation of gēmaṭriyā, though some scholars believe it to derive from Greek grammateia, rather; it's possible that both words had an influence on the formation of the Hebrew word.
Gematria is a system in which hidden meanings are revealed within words. In early languages, each letter of the alphabet corresponded to a number. Peoples of ancient languages used the letters of their alphabets as numbers also. Therefore, the letters for words could also be read as numbers, which translated entire phrases, sentences, and paragraphs into writings that contained additional meaning. Numerical values of words were totaled up and then these words were said to correspond with other words sharing the same numerical value. For instance, by adding 6 in increments of six to each letter of the English alphabet, (i.e. A = 6, B = 12, C = 18, D = 24, E = 30, etc) words can be calculated. This very method was used in the research presented. Take for example the word "scoundrel," (S=114, C=18, O=90, U=126, N=84, D=24, R=108, E=30, L=72) the numerical value of the word is added together to total "666".
In arithmetic, numbers are represented by numerals placed side by side, and each numeral has a local as well as an intrinsic value. Thus in the number 666, each numeral, though intrinsically the same, differs in value according to its position—the first 6 representing six hundreds, the second, six tens, and the third, six units. This number, six hundred and sixty-six, belongs to the decimal scale, or the scale whose radix is 10. This remarkable sequence is, of course, radix-dependent. In other words, were these numbers to be expressed in any system other than denary the visual binding would disappear. For instance, if we choose as our radix the numeral 7, the expression 666 represents a very different number. The last 6 represents (as before) six units ; the second, six sevens ; and the first, six forty-nines.
A connection between Gematria and Pythagorean numerology also exists. Pythagoras, from the Greek island of Samos, (580-500 B.C.) believed that numbers were not only objects of thought, but were also the building blocks of all reality. From this discovery it was concluded that all material objects in the universe were resulting from the nature of number. Numbers were like atoms, combining to form everything else. Triangle of 10, “tetractys” was considered holy by Greek Pythagoreans. If the Tetractys is extended by adding new rows, up to a total of 36, the 36th "triangular" number is 666: the Number of the Beast. But 36 is also triangular (the 8th) - as is every other numerical attribute of 666! It is the only number which is both square and triangle. Six hundred and sixty-six per se may be justly described as a singularly interesting numerical absolute.
While it is interesting to note the relationship between numbers associated with words and the various ideas expressed within the Bible, gematria is not considered a true science because it does not give us the necessary tools for making meaningful predictions about our world. All established sciences use recognized procedures to create a hypothesis, which can be proven or disproved by principles of independent verification.
For those who are interested in gematria or simply curious about it may be interested in the research conducted. A list of words has been complied that equate with "666". The Bible states "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six" (Rev. 13:17-18). Scholars such as Dr. Ellen Aitken, Dean of the Faculty of Religious Studies at McGill University, have speculated that the reference to this passage was a way of speaking in code about then contemporary figures that it would have been politically dangerous to criticize openly.

Buddha falsified refers to the inadvertent canonization of Siddhartha Buddha. Barlaam and Josaphat is a Christianized version of the story of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. In the middle ages the two were treated as Christian saints, Barlaam and Josaphat were treated in Europe as Christian saints throughout the Middle Ages. The Genoese bishop who collected and published the work wrote that "Barlaam fell asleep in peace about the year of the Lord 380." The study and results from this cipher have been popularized by the book The Bible Code by Michael Drosnin. Drosnin, let it be clear, does not believe in God. In his view, some advanced civilization left a message encoded in the Bible to warn us of impending catastrophe.
The code is composed of words spelled out by skipping equal numbers of letters through the original Hebrew text. This phenomenon is called ELS-Equidistant Letter Sequences--words with equal jumps of spaces between each letter.
The theory of the Bible Code states that imbedded in the Hebrew text of the Old Testament are names and historic facts, past, present and future, which can be decoded with the help of a computer. A team at Hebrew University in Jerusalem reported remarkable findings of codes buried in the book of Genesis in 1988. Other researchers followed, claiming to find predictions in the ancient text of "the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin in 1995 to a Los Angeles earthquake in 2010." Some authors capitalized on these findings and published a series of best-selling religious books. Michael Drosnin's book "The Bible Code" reached the third spot on the New York Times best-seller list.
The actual truth about the Bible codes was finally revealed by statistical analysis: they were meaningless. Many of Drosnin's predicitions have been proven false. Among the most important, Drosnin clearly states in his book "The Bible Code II", published on December 2, 2002, that there was to be a World War involving a "Atomic Holocaust" that would allegedly be the end of the world. Another claim Drosnin makes in "The Bible Code II" is that the nation of Libya would develop weapons of mass destruction that they would then be given to terrorists who would then use them to attack the West (specifically the United States). In reality Libya improved relations with the West in 2003 and gave up all their existing weapons of mass destruction programs. A final claim Drosnin made in "The Bible Code II" was that Palestinian Authority leader Yasser Arafat would allegedly be assassinated by being shot to death by gunmen which Drosnin specifically stated would be from the Palestinian Hamas movement. This prediction by Drosnin also failed, as Yasser Arafat died on November 11, 2004 of what was later declared to be natural causes (specifically a stroke brought on by an unknown infection).
In October of 2010, Drosnin published the third book in the series: The Bible Code III: The Quest. In it he made more false predictions. The FBI paper trail spells out in detail the government agency's concerted efforts to derail King's efforts on behalf of the civil rights movement. The Oceanic Steam Navigation Company or White Star Line of Boston Packets, more commonly known as just White Star Line, was a prominent British shipping company. Founded in 1845, the line operated a fleet of clipper ships that sailed between Britain and Australia.

World Trade Center controlled demolition theories contend that the collapse of the World Trade Center was not solely caused by the airliner crash damage that occurred as part of the September 11, 2001 attacks, and the resulting fire damage, but by explosives installed in the buildings in advance. Early advocates such as physicist Steven E. Jones, architect Richard Gage, software engineer Jim Hoffman, and theologian David Ray Griffin, argued that the aircraft impacts and resulting fires could not have weakened the buildings sufficiently to initiate a catastrophic collapse, and that the buildings would not have collapsed completely, nor at the speeds that they did, without additional energy involved to weaken their structures.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the magazine Popular Mechanics examined and rejected these theories. Specialists in structural mechanics and structural engineering accept the model of a fire-induced, gravity-driven collapse of the World Trade Center buildings, an explanation that does not involve the use of explosives. NIST did not test for explosive compound residue in steel samples, stating the potential for inconclusive results, and noting that similar compounds would have been present during construction of the towers.
In 2006, Jones suggested that thermite or super-thermite may have been used by government insiders with access to such materials and to the buildings themselves, to demolish the buildings. In April 2009, Jones, Danish Niels H. Harrit and seven other authors published a paper in The Open Chemical Physics Journal, causing the editor, Prof. Marie-Paule Pileni, to resign as she accused the publisher of printing it without her knowledge; this article was titled 'Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe', and stated that they had found evidence of nano-thermite in samples of the dust that was produced during the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. NIST responded that there was no "clear chain of custody" to prove that the four samples of dust came from the World Trade Center site. Jones invited NIST to conduct its own studies using its own known "chain of custody" dust, but NIST did not investigate.

Why "English" Gematria?
The King James Bible has been enormously influential in the development and shaping of the English language. The King James Bible’s affect on the English language is still being felt 400 years after it was first published. No other book has had a greater impact on the way English is spoken and written than the King James Bible. Its phrases have infiltrated the everyday language of English speakers. Most probably don’t even know that they are quoting the Bible.
Partial translations of the Bible into languages of the English people can be traced back to the end of the 7th century, including translations into Old English and Middle English. More than 450 versions have been created over time.
The King James Version of the Bible is one of the cornerstones of the recorded language. The King James, or Authorized, Version of the Bible is the most common source of phrases in English. The King James Version was translated by 47 biblical scholars, working in six committees. It was first printed in 1611 and was by no means the earliest English translation of the Bible. It was pre-dated by several other partial or complete translations, notably John Wyclif's translation in 1382 and William Tyndale's in 1528, the latter forming the basis of a large proportion of the King James Version.
What raises this version above other versions of the Bible in terms of its linguistic impact is the fact that the language used has persisted into the present day. Many of the phrases included are still commonplace. A century ago Theodore Roosevelt expressed another important quality of this translation when he declared: "The King James Bible is a Magna Carta for the poor and oppressed: the most democratic book in the world." In modern terms, this tradition is upheld by the worldwide web. Some 450,000 people each month do Google searches for King + James + Bible, of which fewer than 10% originate in the UK.

The indefinite (a, an) article is used with a singular countable noun (a noun representing a person or thing that can be counted as a single item). By proper name, we mean the name of a person or the name of a particular place or thing.

Assyria was overthrown in 612 BCE by the Babylonians, but the word 'Assyria' remained in use and referred to the non-Babylonian parts of the Babylonian empire. In the Achaemenid royal inscriptions, Athurâ can both indicate 'real' Assyria, and the former Assyrian possessions on the far side of the Euphrates, which we call Syria.
After the conquest of the Achaemenid Empire by Alexander the Great, Assyria proper, with its capital Arbela, was variously known as Hdayab (Syriac), Adiabene (Greek and Latin), Nôd-Šîragân (Parthian) and Ardaxširagân (Sasanian Persian). Yet, the original word was never forgotten. When the Roman emperor Trajan conquered Armenia and Mesopotamia, the province on the other side of the Tigris was called Assyria, and even today, the Christian church of Adiabene, which is very old, still calls itself Assyrian.
Many people falsely believe that 666 refers to Ceasar Nero. However, Ceasar Nero was a Roman not an Assyrian. Therefore he cannot be the Antichrist. Throughout the years various persons have been accused of being the Antichrist such as Hitler (German), Joseph Stalin (Russian), George Bush (American), and even Barack Obama (American). None of these people are Satan. Some of them have done things that are antichrist or antigod, but that does not make them Satan. The Antichrist or Satan will be like nothing a man has ever seen. He will perform miraculous things that are supernatural.

Are Gematria and Numerology the same?
Simply because two things share certain characteristics or traits, does not make them the same. This is a false and erroneous belief shared by many in society. It is based on ignorance and stereotypical views. With that said. Numerology is a part of many systems, traditions, and beliefs in a mystical or esoteric relationship between numbers and this physical world, objects, or living things. The basic premise is the use of numbers to interpret a person’s character or to divine the future. The study of what is called “magical meanings” or numbers and of their supposed influence on human life whose calculative means one can obtain information about one’s personality, capabilities, and the future. Such calculations involved considering an individual’s full name, birthplace, and birth date.
Gematria is a system of interpreting the Bible. Its application consists of finding the numerical value of a word or words. The Bible states: "Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast". The early church father Irenaeus, said this number of the beast is derived from adding together the numerical equivalents of the letters in a word.
The purpose of English Gematria is to find the events of history in the scriptures and possibly predict the occurrence of future events, specifically concerning eschatology (last day events).
Comparison of Gematria and Numerology:
Both Gematria and Numerology involve numerical equations; therefore, all combinations of letters correspond to certain numerical values.
Gematria involves exchanging words or phrases with similar numerical value to find a correlation in human history. Also to predict the occurrence of future events as they pertain to biblical scripture.
Numerology involves computing the numerical value of words based on their letters. The numbers have mystical meaning which correlates with one's character, and personality. The numbers are said to be able to predict what might happen in ones future (destiny).

Why don't you have a list of 888 words?
Some believe that 888 is the number of Jesus because the numeric sum of the letters spelling Jesus in Greek is 888. The Bible does not explicitly or implicitly give the number of Jesus. There is NO biblical justification for the use of such a number.
Some websites list the following words to support their belief that the number 888 is the number of righteousness:

Such websites are misleading Christians with their false teachings. With regard to false teaching the Bible states: "There shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies . . . And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you" (2Peter2:1-3). The Bible further states that those who teach false information may not be Christians at all. "Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son" (2 John 1:9).
What Makes You A Christian?
Can you be a Wiccan, Buddhist, Evolutionist, Humanist, etcetera and still be a Christian? Yes, according to some groups. Christian Wicca is a combination of Wicca and a form of Christianity. They base their practices on the Bible, Wicca, Kabbalah, and the Gnostic Gospels. Most practitioners of Christian Wicca believe that God is manifested to us through the Father, the Son, and the mother. They believe the Holy Spirit is female and is referred to by many as the Spiritual Mother. Is Christian Wicca compatible with Christianity? The Bible denounces witchcraft and many of the practices of Wicca. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 says, "Let no one be found among you who… practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells…Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD..."
Christian Buddhists have embraced Buddhism while remaining connected to their Christian roots. According to the Dalai Lama "To sum up all that we've discussed, I feel there is tremendous convergence and a potential for mutual enrichment through dialogue between the Buddhist and Christian tradition, especially in the areas of ethics and spiritual practice, such as the practices of compassion, love, meditation, and the enhancement of tolerance. And I feel that this dialogue could go very far and reach a deep level of understanding. But when it comes to a philosophical or metaphysical dialogue I feel that we must part company. The entire Buddhist worldview is based on a philosophical standpoint in which the central thought is the principle of interdependence, how all things and events come into being purely as a result of interaction between causes and conditions. Within that philosophical worldview it is impossible to have any room for an atemporal, eternal, absolute truth. Nor is it possible to accommodate the concept of a divine Creation. Similarly, for a Christian whose entire metaphysical worldview is based in belief in the Creation and a divine Creator, the idea that all things and events arise out of mere interaction between causes and conditinos has no place within that worldview. Theistic Evolutionists believe that there is a God, that God is the creator of the material universe and (by consequence) all life within, and that biological evolution is simply a natural process within that creation. Evolutionary biology proposes that man evolved from ape-like ancestors. If this is true then we are nothing more than glorified apes. Evolution contradicts the Bible's account of creation. According to the Bible, God created the first people from which mankind descended. The Bible does not state that man evolved from primates or ape-like creatures. The Book of Genesis tells us that everything was created by God—nothing "evolved". Every creature was given the ability to reproduce after its own kind as is stated numerous times in Genesis. Dogs began as dogs and are still dogs. God made monkeys as monkeys, and man as man. Each creature brings forth after its own kind.
Christian Humanists believe that human freedom and individualism are intrinsic (natural) parts of, or are at least compatible with, Christian doctrine and practice. Christian Humanists find the life and teachings of Jesus compelling but have difficulty with the concept of God in traditional Christian theology. It is not possible to embrace Jesus without embracing God. The Bible states that Jesus was the son of God.
As evidenced, many people consider themselves to be Christians simply because they believe in Jesus or certain aspects of Christian teachings. Many believe that no matter what your belief is, as long as you believe in Christ you will be saved. No matter what your background, take an honest look at your beliefs and be honest with yourself about them. If you consider yourself to be some form of Christian with beliefs that differ from Scripture, then you are Not a Christian.
You are not a Christian if you do not accept God and Jesus. The New Testament calls Jesus God's "only begotten son" (John 1:14, 3:16 3:18, 1 John 4:9), "his own son" (Romans 8:3). How can you believe in Jesus if you do not accept his divinity? It is not possible to accept Jesus without accepting God. According to the Bible: "The fool hath said in his heart, 'There is no God'.” (Ps. 14:1).
You are not a Christian if your beliefs diverge and conflict with Scripture.
You are not a Christian if you worship other Gods. The Bible states: "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" (Ex. 20:3). There is one, and only one, living and true God. All others are false.
Many are afraid to renounce Christianity entirely due to fears of going to hell. According to the Bible: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6). Therefore they accept Jesus but reject other accounts in the Bible. Accepting Jesus is NOT enough. You must also accept Scripture and be willing to devote yourself to living according to God's Word. Your actions should line up with your beliefs. You must be willing to practice what you preach: "In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you" (Titus 2:7-8). Your behavior is a powerful example to others. So what type of example are you setting? What would Jesus think of your behavior?
Simply because you call yourself a Christian, does not make you a Christian. According to the Bible: "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it" (Matt.7:21-27).
