In the movie “Rain Man” starring Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman, a character named Raymond is given the nick name Rain Man by his brother Charlie. Raymond has autism. He was sent away to a mental institution because he had severely burned Charlie with hot water by accident as a little boy. Charlie realizes that the comforting figure from his childhood, whom he falsely remembered as an imaginary friend named "Rain Man", was actually Raymond. In the movie, Raymond is taken by his brother to a casino where he helps Charlie win money. The character Rain Man is used consistently by his brother for selfish gains.
According to an MTV news room Article, “Jay-Z calls His Way with Words the 'Rain Man Flow'.” Jay-Z stated; …” though his rhymes are constructed in advance, he never actually writes a word down on paper.” He refers to his gift as his “Rain Man Flow” named after Dustin Hoffman’s number rattling idiot savant in the 1988 film. In the interview Jay-Z stated; “ that he use to write down words before he got into the “Rain Man” theme…he then made a connection to how the character in that movie (Rain Man) just started mumbling numbers to describe the process that takes place when he comes up with his own lyrics. “I started doing Hidden Messages into music to remove the technical then it evolved from there…I guess I am an idiot savant as well” Jay-Z on MTV news.
Jay-Z in the studio awhile back stated: “I look at music like a puzzle, like I try to figure out what Imma say on there, figure out the emotion on the track what its saying…then I go through my RAIN MAN. I cant explain it to yall It just comes out the air for me you start mumbling…”
Most scholars agree that one of the classic signs of demonic possession is speaking, mumbling, muttering in strange unintelligible tongues or gibberish. In 2006, the brains of a group of individuals were scanned while they were speaking in tongues. Activity in the language centers of the brain decreased, while activity in the emotional centers of the brain increased. Activity in the area of control decreased. This is when demon possession occurs.
The Bible contains stories of people being possessed by "devil(s)" or "unclean spirits." The Bible also gives some examples of how a person can be influenced by demons. In Acts 16:16-18, the spirit apparently gives a slave girl some ability to know things beyond her own learning. Christ and His disciples dealt with possessed people regularly and always cast the invading spirits out (Matt. 4:24; Mark 6:7, etc.).

In his 40 years as ruler, between approximately 1010 and 970 B.C.E., he united the people of Israel, led them to victory in battle, conquered land and paved the way for his son, Solomon, to build the Holy Temple. King David is hailed as the greatest king Israel ever knew.
Hair Weaves:
Hair weaving is weaving or braiding hair or synthetic hair into existing natural hair. It is also known as Hair Integration. According to the Bible: "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided (woven, braided) hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array" (1Tim. 2:9). "Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting (interweaving, braiding) the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel" (1Pet. 3:3).
When the apostle Paul wrote to the young preacher Timothy, he gave the young man several instructions about how certain groups of people ought to conduct themselves in public worship assemblies. Peter emphasizes that a woman is not to be preoccupied with outward appearance, but with her character. Women need to realize that the worship service isn't the place to try to attract men. They too should understand it is more important that someone be attracted to their godly character rather than their outward appearance.
Hamas Emblems:

Explanation: The Al Aksa Mosque is the third holiest shrine in Islam, and is regarded by Muslims as the spot from which Muhammad ascended to heaven. The crossed swords evoke jihad (holy war) and represent Hamas's dedication to violent struggle; they are also meant to allude to the emblem of the Muslim Brotherhood. Overview
Hamas was founded in 1987 by Palestinian members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Gaza and the West Bank. Hamas considers violent jihad against Israel to be a religious obligation and advances its ideology through the preaching of affiliated clerics across the West Bank and Gaza. Since 1993 the group has carried out more than 350 attacks - many of them suicide bombings - against civilians in Israeli shopping malls, cafes and passenger buses and against military targets. Funded by Islamic charities, Iran, Palestinian expatriates and private donors in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, Hamas is politically active in Gaza and runs extensive social welfare programs there and in the West Bank - ensuring the group's popularity on "the street."

Handkerchiefs:
Although the word ‘thug’ is a now familiar synonym for any violent criminal, the original meaning was far more sinister. The Thugs, whose name derives from the Sanskrit word for deceiver, were a secret brotherhood of stranglers who had terrorized travelers for centuries. It was not until 1826, however, that the British revealed the startling facts about the sect.
Despite their traditional enmity, both Hindus and Muslims embraced The Thugs as a fraternity ordained by the Hindu goddess Kali. According to Thug mythology, Kali once encountered a man-eating demon. According to an ancient Hindu myth a demon once roamed over the earth and devoured human beings as fast as they were created. Of such gigantic size was he that he could wade across the ocean, and in the most unfathomable parts the water would not reach his waist. There was no earthly power that could restrain him, and for a long time he kept the world desolate. Finally Kali, the goddess of destruction, came to the rescue. She attacked the demon, and cut him down; but from every drop of his blood another demon arose. The never ending labor of cutting down demons, whose number was only increased by this operation of pruning, at length fatigued and disheartened the goddess ; she found it necessary to make a change in her tactics; - and here the tale which is thus far received by all Hindus becomes subject to variations. According to Thug mythology, the goddess, when she became embarrassed by the constant reinforcements of the demon army, which accrued from her labors, relinquished all personal efforts for their suppression, and formed two men from the perspiration brushed from her arms. To each of these men she gave a yellow rhumal (handkerchief) with which they were commanded to put all demons to death, without shedding a drop of blood. Her commands were faithfully executed; and the demons were all strangled without delay. The champions, having vanquished all the demons, offered to return the handkerchiefs, but their patroness, in the spirit of a grateful goddess, desired that they would retain them, not merely as memorials of their heroism, but as implements of a lucrative trade in which their descendants were to labor and thrive. They were not only permitted but commanded to strangle men as they had strangled demons. This order was used to justify some long series of murders and robberies and later served as an incentive to commit many more such crimes.
Hardened Heart:
Someone with a hardened heart is one who is said to be insensitive, cold, unfeeling or unsympathetic to the plight of another.
The hardening of men's hearts is attributed both to God and to men themselves, e.g. with reference to the hearts of Pharaoh and the Egyptians; (Ex 4:21, "I will harden his heart,") The "hardening" of men's hearts by God is in the way of punishment, but it is always a consequence of their own self-hardening. In Pharaoh's case we read that "he hardened his heart" against the appeal to free the Israelites; so hardening himself, he became always more confirmed in his obstinacy, till he brought the final doom upon himself.
Harshness:
The roughness of a substance that causes abrasions; the quality of being unpleasant (harsh or rough or grating) to the senses
Has No Love:
The Bible indicates that love is from God. In fact, the Bible says: "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love" (1 John 4:8). A man who has no love, is a man without God in his life. See An Absense of God
Hates Christ:
“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin but now they have no excuse for their sin. He who hates Me hates My Father also. If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause’" (John 15: 18-26).
There are numerous reasons why the world hates the Lord Jesus Christ. In verse 18 the Lord said, "If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.” 1 John 3:13 says, “Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.” Why does the world hate Christians? Because the world is opposed to Jesus Christ, the world hates Christ.
In verses 23-24 the Lord said, "He who hates Me hates My Father also. If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father.” It is impossible to love God and reject Jesus Christ. Some people claim to love God and honor God, but reject that Jesus is the only way of salvation, and that there is a heaven and a hell, and that there is eternal punishment, and that they are on the path that leads to destruction. When a person rejects Christ, they are showing their disdain and contempt for Christ. They’re showing their hatred of Christ and thus their hatred of God’s Son and God’s way of salvation. They may say they worship God, but the "God" they worship is not the God of the Bible. It is a "God" that they have made in their own image.
In verse 25 we read, “But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.” This is a specific quote from one of the Messianic psalms, Psalm 69:4. “Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; they are mighty who would destroy me, being my enemies wrongfully. Though I have stolen nothing, I still must restore it.” Although these Jews who had rejected Jesus Christ were guilty of great sin and were without excuse, God’s purpose was being accomplished. God’s sovereign plan of redemption was being carried out. Even though the Jews who rejected Christ were in fulfillment of Scripture, each one of them was fully responsible for the great sin of personally rejecting Christ. The Jews hated Christ because He claimed to be the Messiah.
Others hate Christ because the Gospel that He taught condemned them as sinners. Christ is hated because sin is loved.
Haughtily:
Scornfully and condescendingly proud; disdainful: having or showing arrogant superiority to and disdain of those one views as unworthy
Hawaiian Gods:
Prior to the arrival of the missionaries in 1820, Hawaiians believed in many gods. The four main gods were Kane, Ku, Lono and Kanaloa. Demi-gods included Pele and many others. Kane was the god of sunlight, fresh water, and natural life. Ku was the god of war and the male generating power. Lono was the god of peace, fertility, winds, rain and sports. Kanaloa was god of the ocean; Pele, the goddess of fire. The complexities of the relationships between all Hawaiian gods are explained in many legends.
Each Hawaiian family had its own aumakua (personal god) which protected them. For some it was the shark, others the pig, and so on. It was thought that spirits could communicate to the living through dreams and often appeared in the form of the family's aumakua.
The Hawaiians built many heiau (temples) and placed offerings on specially constructed altar-like towers. Most offerings were edible and wrapped in it leaves to keep the evil spirits away. Human sacrifice did occur but was not common. It was reserved for the war god Ku.
The Hawaiian religion was greatly altered by the missionaries, yet strong beliefs did not die. In modern times a Hawaiian priest may bless a ground-breaking ceremony with a combination of Hawaiian chants and Christian prayers. See Goddess Pele
He Accuses Job:
"Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD. And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause. And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life. But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life" (Job 2:2-6).
Satan, in the Book of Job, listens to God speak highly of Job and then accuses Job of praising God only because he is blessed and would curse God if he was forced to suffer. God allows Satan to do what he will to Job except kill him. Satan causes Job to suffer immensely. But Job remained true to God through his hardships; Satan accused him further and punished him further, but could not get Job to break.
Headhunting:
Headhunting is the practice of taking a person's head after killing them. Headhunting was practised in historic times in parts of China, India, Nigeria, Nuristan, Myanmar, Borneo, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Micronesia, Melanesia, New Zealand, and the Amazon Basin, as well as among certain tribes of the Celts and Scythians of ancient Europe.
Head of World:
According to the Bible, Satan is called "the ruler of the demons" (Matt. 12:24), "the ruler of the world" and "the god of this world". (2 Cor. 4:4). The Book of Revelation describes how Satan will be cast out of Heaven, down to the earth, having "great anger" and waging war against "those who obey God's commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus". The Bible prophesies of a future political leader, known as the Antichrist (or Beast), who will control economy, government, and religion worldwide. According to the Bible: "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations" (Rev.13:7). Ultimately, Satan is thrown into the "Lake of fire" (Revelation 20:10), not as ruler, but as one among many, being tormented day and night for all eternity.

Headstrong:
Determined to have one's own way; stubbornly and often recklessly willful.
Health Risk:
A disease precursor associated with a higher than average morbidity or mortality rate. Disease precursors include demographic variables, certain individual behaviors, familial and individual histories, and certain physiologic changes.
Health Vaccine:
Vaccines are taughted as being most successful and cost-effective public health tools for preventing disease and death. Since the 1980s, critics have questioned the safety and effectiveness of vaccines. Government health officials and most doctors insist the benefits are large and the problems exaggerated.
According to Neil Z. Miller in his book, Immunization Theory vs. Reality, numerous studies indicate that vaccines cannot be relied upon to boost the immune system and protect an individual from contracting the disease the vaccines were designed to offset. For example, in 1987 the Minnesota Department of Health reported 769 cases of mumps in school children. But 632 of these cases (82 percent) occurred in children who were previously vaccinated against this disease.
Dr. Sandra Huffman, head of Nurture: The Center to Prevent Childhood Malnutrition, further states: "Increasing Americans' breastfeeding rate would prevent more childhood diseases -- and deaths -- than [vaccination programs endorsed by the government]." A distinction must therefore be made: breastfed babies are immunized; children who are injected with germs and other toxic substances are vaccinated.

Heap of Rubble:
“Her leaders judge for a bribe, her priests teach for a price, and her prophets tell fortunes for money. Yet they lean upon the LORD and say, Is not the LORD among us? No disaster will come upon us. Therefore because of you, Zion will be plowed like a field, Jerusalem will become a heap of rubble, the temple hill a mound overgrown with thickets” (Micah 3:11-12).
Micah's prophecy is believed to have been delivered in about 730 BC (about 2700 years ago). Since that time, Jerusalem was destroyed in 586 BC by the Babylonians and by the Romans in 70 AD. The Romans destroyed it again in 135 AD to crush a second Jewish rebellion for independence.
May also be a reference to: The collapse of the World Trade Center towers due to terrorist’s attacks in New York on September 11, 2001. Before the terrorist attack, the twin towers were 110 stories tall. Constructed of lightweight steel around a central core, the World Trade Center towers were about 95% air. After they collapsed, the hollow core was gone. The remaining heap of rubble was only a few stories high. See New York.
Heartagrams:
The heartagram is the trademarked symbol of HIM (His Infernal Majesty), created by Ville Valo the day of his twentieth birthday. Valo has said that "the heartagram stands for HIM as a band, as an entity, and for 'love metal' in general." Many fans of the band have heartagram tattoos, or tattoos of other HIM emblems.
Heaved Floor:
House foundations or other parts of a home in contact with soil can also be heaved. Heaving takes place as part of a series of events: A soil dries during drought and consequently shrinks and cracks. If drainage is poor these cracks allow deep penetration by water to partially saturated soil lower down. The partially saturated soil expands when the moisture content increases and heaves shallow foundations and floor slabs. Basement floor and interior footing heaving can be very destructive to a home.
Heaven and Hell:
A musical rock band featuring Black Sabbath members Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler along with former members Ronnie James Dio and Vinny Appice. The four members of Heaven & Hell recorded and toured together as Black Sabbath from 1980-1982 and again from 1991-1992. In 2006, while the foursome reunited to record three new songs for the compilation album, Black Sabbath: The Dio Years, they decided to embark on a 2007 - 2008 tour. Iommi (owner of the Black Sabbath name) decided to call the touring group Heaven & Hell to differentiate the project from the Ozzy Osbourne led Black Sabbath.
The title of their new album is The Devil You Know. Some of the song titles include “Bible Black,” “Rock and Roll Angel,” “Fear,” “Breaking Into Heaven,” “Atom and Evil” and “Follow the Tears.”
Heaven Cult:
Heaven's Gate was an American UFO religion doomsday cult based in San Diego, California, founded in the early 1970s and led by Marshall Applewhite (1931–1997) and Bonnie Nettles (1927–1985). On March 26, 1997, police discovered the bodies of 39 members of the group who had committed mass suicide in order to reach what they believed was an alien space craft following the Comet Hale–Bopp, which was then at its brightest.
Heaven's Seal:
Heaven's Seal is a Chinese amulet that has the words Heaven and Blessings from the Heavens. It means wealth, longevity and good luck from the Heavens.
An amulet is a material object on which a charm has been written, or over which a charm or spell has been cast. It is carried or worn in the belief that it will protect from evil, or bring good luck. It is used frequently as a shield against evil spirits or black magic, as well as protection from disease, adversity, or danger.
From archaeological evidence, we know that amulets were very common in the ancient cultures of the Bible lands, especially among the pagan peoples. Whenever idols and other magic charms are mentioned in Scripture, God's attitude is one of chastisement against them. If we feel a need for protection from evil and demonic power, God has something far better to offer than amulets and useless figurines. According to the Bible: "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God" (Eph.6:11-17).

Helicopter:
"Heli-" means (sun or solar) + "Copt" - simply means an Egyptian. This could be a reference to people who worship the Egyptian sun god Ra. By the fifth dynasty (c. 2465-c. 2325 bc), he became a major deity in ancient Egyptian religion.
In ancient Egyptian religion, the sun disk became a primary symbol of Ra, the sun god. He was called the Sun Of Righteousness with healing in his wings," a title which Christians later adopted for their own god. When the Roman Empire embraced Christianity, the residents of Egypt rather abruptly abandoned their old gods, and the cult of Ra vanished into the history books.
In 1861, the French adopted helicoptere "device for enabling airplanes to rise perpendicularly," thus "flying machine propelled by screws." The idea was to gain lift from spiral aerofoil, and it didn't work. Used by Jules Verne and the Wright Brothers, the word transferred to helicopters in the modern sense when those were developed, 1920s. Hell = A Real Place:
"And the Earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the Earth closed upon them" (Numbers 16:32-33).
U.S. News and World Report magazine's Jan. 31, 2000, cover article highlighted this growing debate. It reported that society's views regarding hell have undergone a decided metamorphosis in recent years. While 64 percent of Americans think there is a hell, only 34 percent believe it is "a real place where people suffer eternal fiery torments" (compared to 48 percent only three years ago).
According to a 2009 survey from the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, only 59% of Americans believe in hell, compared with 74% who believe in heaven. For many people, hell is a morally repugnant doctrine. People wonder why God would send people to eternal punishment.
Pope John Paul II stirred up a debate in 1999 by describing hell as "the state of those who freely and definitely separate themselves from God, the source of all life and joy." The pope's remarks, in which he said the Bible "uses a symbolical language" when it refers to the heat and flames of hell, came after an editorial in an influential Jesuit magazine declared that hell "is not a 'place' but a 'state,' a person's 'state of being,' in which a person suffers from the deprivation of God."
The pope's comments on hell stirred up the ancient debate about whether hell is a real place of burning fire or a state of mind reflecting a dark, cold emptiness and distance from God.
The word “hell” is used 54 times in the Bible. It is worth noting that for the majority of times the word translated "hell" is used in Scripture, it literally means "the grave." In only 12 of the 54 times we read the word "hell" does the original word mean "a place of burning."
The Bible contains a litany of colorful images of hell as both fire and darkness, as in the Gospel of Matthew, which refers to "the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels" and "the outer darkness" where "men will weep and gnash their teeth."
Jehovah's Witness, Seventh-day Adventist, Agnosticism, Buddhism, Judaism, Confucianism, Jainism, Rastafarianism, Shinto, Sikhism, Taoism, Wicca, Secular Humanism, New Age, Scientology, Unitarian Universalist, Unification Church, Christian Science, Hare Krishna, and Hinduism all teach that there is no hell. This is false teaching (See A False Teaching).
Jesus made it very clear that there is a real hell (see Matthew 10:28). According to the Bible hell is located inside of the Earth. Hell is a real place of suffering and punishment in the afterlife, often in the underworld.

Hell Drills:
A geological group who drilled a hole about 14.4 kilometers deep in the crust of the earth are saying that they heard human screams. Screams have been heard from the condemned souls from earth's deepest hole. Terrified scientists are afraid they have let loose the evil powers of hell up to the earth's surface.
"The information we are gathering is so surprising, that we are sincerely afraid of what we might find down there," stated Dr Azzacov, the manager of the project in remote Siberia.
According to the story, the geologists were dumbfounded. After they had drilled several kilometers through the earth's crust, the drill bit suddenly began to rotate wildly. 'There is only one explanation,' said Dr Azzacov. 'The deep center of the earth is hollow!' The report continued:
The second surprise was the high temperature they discovered in the earth's center. 'The calculations indicate the given temperature was about 1,100 degrees Celsius, or over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit,' Azzacov pointed out. 'This is far more then we expected. It seems almost like an inferno of fire is brutally going on in the center of the earth.'
'The last discovery was nevertheless the most shocking to our ears, so much so that the scientists are afraid to continue the project. We tried to listen to the earth's movements at certain intervals with super sensitive microphones, which were let down through the hole. What we heard turned those logically thinking scientists into a trembling ruins. It was a sometimes a weak, but high pitched sound which we thought to be coming from our own equipment,' explained Dr Azzacov.
'But after some adjustments we comprehended that indeed the sound came from the earth's interior. We could hardly believe our own ears. We heard a human voice, screaming in pain. Even though one voice was discernible, we could hear thousands, perhaps millions, in the background, of suffering souls screaming. After this ghastly discovery, about half of the scientists quit because of fear. Hopefully, that which is down there will stay there,' Dr Azzacov added.
This urban legend has been circulating on the Internet since at least 1997. It is first attested in English as a 1989 broadcast by Trinity Broadcasting Network, which had picked up the story from Finnish newspaper reports. This legend is quite popular among Christian groups as it "proves" Hell (and therefore God) exists. Popular endings to the story have it that the scientists ran screaming from the site, or that since the discovery conversions to Christianity are occurring at an unprecedented rate.
The recording, however, was later revealed to have been a cleverly remixed portion of the soundtrack of the 1972 movie Baron Blood, with various effects added.

Hell Ends Life:
"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death" (Rev.21:8).
Hell is the second death. It ends one's life. The Bible, clearly states that there is a "second death." The first death is the physical death, when a man's soul and spirit are separated from his body. The second death is a physical and spiritual death, suffering in the Lake of Fire for all eternity. We see this clear distinction in Matthew 10:28, "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Hell Scanner:
Hell scanners were the standard of the graphic arts industry. Bill Nordstrom began working on Hell scanners in the early 1970s. Heidelberg bought Hell Graphic Systems, and their scanners continue to be the best that are made. Linotype-Hell scanners from Heidelberg, is one of Germany's largest pre-press and color management companies.
Hell = Twice Dead:
Hell is stated as a reality in Scripture. Twice dead refers to two deaths. The death of the physical body and the death of the spiritual body. The bible states: "These [false teachers] are spots in your love feasts, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear; clouds they are without water, carried about by winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.
And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage" (Jude 12-16).
He Rose and Died:
Some don't believe that Jesus rose from the dead, but that he rose to fame and died later in Kashmir, India. According to the theory, Jesus was saved from the cross, and escaped with Mary Magdalene where he founded the Merovingian dynasty. The theory also claims that he fathered a child with Mary Magdalene. Followers of this theory claim that it takes days to die on the cross, whilst Jesus died after only three hours.
Some theories suggest, Jesus survived the crucifixion because he was given a potion. All the Gospel accounts, except Luke’s, refer to the fact that Jesus’ death followed his being offered a sponge soaked with vinegar. According to John: "Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth" (John 19:29). This vinegar must not be confounded with the vinegar and gall mentioned in Matthew 27:34, and Mark 15:23. That, being a stupifying potion, intended to alleviate his pain, he refused to drink; but of this he took a little, and then expired, John 19:30.
"The Jesus Conspiracy" written by Holger Kersten and Elmar R. Gruber and "The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail" written by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln – suggest that Jesus owed his survival to a potion containing opium and vinegar. The idea is that the potion would have caused Jesus to lose consciousness while on the cross. There are several problems with this line of thought. First, the largest component in the opium, morphine, produces rapid breathing, a very different effect from the “giving up of the breath” reported of Jesus. Then, morphine is absorbed only slowly by the body, arguing against the sudden reaction reported after Jesus took the vinegar. Last but not least vinegar is said to counteract the effects of opium. When acetic acid (vinegar) is combined with morphine sulphate (the narcotic component of opium) it produces the substance morphine acetate which is less effective as a narcotic than the original morphine sulphate.
Some sources point to another possibility. According to the Antidotarium of Nicolai of Salerno, a soporific sponge could be applied to patients’ nostrils to create a state of anæsthesia. It is suggested that one of the substances in the sponge was mandrake. When cooked in vinegar, the root could leave a person unconscious for up to three or four hours. The bark of mandrake could produce a "dead sleep", and a whiff of it was enough to produce a death-like stupor.
In the 1890s, a doctor, Benjamin Ward Richardson, carried out experiments with mandrake. He administered a mixture of alcohol and mandrake root to pigeons and rabbits, and found that not only did it act as a "general anæsthetic of the most potent quality," but the "animals’ hearts continued to beat after their respiration had ceased." Interestingly, New Testament accounts describe Jesus as having "given up the breath." We now know that mandrake contains a mydriatic alkaloid, mandragorine (C17 H27 O3 N), which interferes with the transmission of nerve impulses across pathways. Hex comes from the German word for witchery or sorcery, "Hexencraft." The term hexencraft (the making of hexes) has a different meaning in Pennsylvania Dutch than in German, where it refers to magical spells in general, and may also include medical herbology.
In Greek hex means six. Therefore, hex hex hex is 666.
Hidden Dark Name:
An ideogram or ideograph is a graphic symbol that represents an idea or concept. What is Satan's ideographic meaning? The word for Satan is written with three Hebrew letters: Shin, Tet, Nun. The ideograms for each of these three letters are as follows:
The Shin is teeth, or the strong devourer or El Shaddai. El Shaddai is one of the Judaic names of God. El Shaddai is conventionally translated as God Almighty.
Tet is the 9th letter of the Hebrew Alef-Beit. The ancient pictograph is that of a basket or container of clay. It has the meaning of a snake, or to surround. It also means twisting, or coiling, as a snake coils. The ancient forms look like a basket, while the other forms resemble a snake.
The Nun is quickening, or life.
So therefore, Satan means the strong devouring serpent of life. He tries to consume the containers of clay (man) by cutting off our lives. But the Shin can also represent El Shaddai. El Shaddai, through Christ, defeated the serpent, giving life to man in our containers of clay! So even in the adversary’s name itself… Satan… is seen the picture of the redemption of Christ.
Hidden Evils:
Bad intentions or acts that are concealed from others who may find it objectionable.
Hidden Killer:
Refers to various poison gases sometimes used in warfare or riot control because of their poisonous or corrosive nature. These gases may be roughly grouped according to the portal of entry into the body and their physiological effects.
In 1994, the New York Times reported that Russia was hiding its efforts to make a deadly poison gas, despite its pledge to disclose details of its poison gas program to the United States.
High Ground:
"Neither give place to the devil" (Eph. 4:27)
The Greek word topos (5117), translated as place in the above passage means to give a condition, an opportunity, or a license to the devil. The Bible teaches us not to give Satan an opportunity or an occasion that he can use to his advantage. Topos is where the English word comes from. To be on top is to have the advantage by position. Webster's dictionary defines the word top as "the highest part of anything; the highest rank, or it is described as a platform with the most prominent view." Militarily speaking, whosoever holds the high ground has the advantage.
As the "god of this world" (2 Cor. 4:4), Satan has a natural advantage. The phrase “god of this world” (or “god of this age”) indicates that Satan is the major influence on the ideals, opinions, goals, hopes and views of the majority of people. His influence also encompasses the world’s philosophies, education, and commerce.
Satan has the high ground. For the final temptation, the devil takes Jesus to a high place, which Matthew explicitly identifies as a very high mountain, where all the kingdoms of the world can be seen. Satan says to Jesus: “All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me.”
However, getting the high ground is not always advantageous. For example in the Battle of Jieting of the Three Kingdoms period of China, Shu Han forces occupied a hilltop, where Cao Wei forces soon surrounded and isolated the Shu forces from water supplies and reinforcements. The Shu forces suffered a humiliating defeat, and the Shu northern expedition had to be aborted.
Hindu Ganesha:
Ganesha also spelled Ganesa or Ganesh and also known as Ganapati, Vinayaka, and Pillaiyar, is one of the best-known and most widely worshipped deities in the Hindu religion.
Ganesha is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles and more generally as Lord of Beginnings and Lord of Obstacles (Vighnesha, Vighneshvara), patron of arts and sciences, and the deva of intellect and wisdom.
Hindu Tamil:
Tamil is a Dravidian language spoken predominantly by Tamil people of the Indian subcontinent. As a Dravidian language, Tamil descends from Proto-Dravidian. Tamil is the official language of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
His Evil Hand:
"Satanism is not a white light religion; it is a religion of the flesh, the mundane, the carnal - all of which are ruled by Satan, the personification of the Left Hand Path" (The Satanic Bible, Book Of Lucifer 3:paragraph 30). See left hand path.
According to Richard L. Gregory in "The Oxford Companion to the Mind," being Left Handed has, for some reason, become associated with devilry and bad luck. Superstitions that differentiate between left and right always consider the left to be bad, unfortunate, cursed, poisonous and satanic and the right to be good and pure.
In the Bible the left hand is associated with evil: "Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matt.25:34,41).
Furthermore, to sit at ones right hand means a place of authority, it was a place of honor that meant dignity and rulership. And this is what the Apostle Paul writes of Jesus Christ in Ephesians. "And what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us, the ones believing according to the working of His mighty strength which He worked in Christ in raising Him from the dead, and He seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies, far above all principality and authority and power and dominion, and every name being named, not only in this world, but also in the coming age" (Ephesians 1:19-21). Here we see God exalting Jesus above all others by seating Him at the right hand of the Father.
Those on God's left hand side have left God. They feel that they no longer need God. Those on God's right hand side are the righteous. The righteous man follows biblical scripture, adheres to moral principles, and leads a life that is pleasing to God. The righteous man walks the right path, stands right next to God, makes the right decisions, does the right thing, treats people the right way, eats the right foods, knows the difference between right and wrong, but can also admit that he is not right about everything. Therefore, always strive to lead the right kind of life!
Hogwarts:
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry or simply Hogwarts is a fictional setting in J. K. Rowling's best-selling Harry Potter series. In the series, it is a Boarding school of magic for witches and wizards between the ages of eleven and seventeen living in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The Harry Potter series make magic and occultism seem benign, yet in Deuteronomy 18:9-14, practically every type of magic presented in the J.K. Rowling's books are forbidden. This includes astrology, witchcraft, wizardry, and the like. Consider God’s admonition recorded by the prophet Isaiah: “All the counsel you have received has only worn you out! Let your astrologers come forward, those stargazers who make predictions month by month, let them save you from what is coming upon you. Surely they are like stubble; the fire will burn them up. They cannot even save themselves from the power of the flame. Here are no coals to warm anyone; here is no fire to sit by” (Isaiah 47:13-14).
In 2007, J.K. Rowling revealed the character Hogwarts school headmaster Albus Dumbledore is gay! According to the Bible: "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" (Lev. 18:22).
Hoi Polloi:
Hoi polloi is an expression meaning "the many", or in the strictest sense, "the majority" in Greek, is used in English to denote "the masses" or "the people", usually in a derogatory sense. Synonyms for "hoi polloi" include "... commoners, great unwashed, minions, multitude, plebeians, proletariat, rank and file, riffraff, the common people, the herd, the many, the plebs, the proles, the peons, the working class".

Hologram Beam:
Holograms are recorded using a flash of light that illuminates a scene and then imprints on a recording medium, much in the way a photograph is recorded. In addition, however, part of the light beam must be shone directly onto the recording medium - this second light beam is known as the reference beam. A hologram requires a laser as the sole light source. Lasers can be precisely controlled and have a fixed wavelength, unlike sunlight or light from conventional sources, which contain many different wavelengths. To prevent external light from interfering, holograms are usually taken in darkness, or in low level light of a different colour from the laser light used in making the hologram.
According to a comprehensive report by Canadian investigative journalist, Serge Monast, entitled Project Blue Beam. This holographic technology when utilized in conjunction with hi-technology mind control weapons using the effects of radio frequency waves upon the brain and is capable of projecting an image in the sky causing collective thought to convince people they are seeing an alien invasion or the second coming of Christ.
A large scale alien invasion using holographic technology would most likely be staged at night to prevent sunshine from interfering with the laser light.

Holy Lent:
Lent is the period of 40 days which comes before Easter in the Christian calendar. Beginning on Ash Wednesday, Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. By observing the 40 days of Lent, Christians replicate Jesus Christ's sacrifice and withdrawal into the desert for 40 days. Lent is marked by fasting, both from food and festivities. To sum up those requirements, Catholics between the ages of 18 and 60 are obliged to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. In addition, all Catholics 14 years old and older must abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and all the Fridays of Lent.
The Bible does NOT mention the custom of Lent. Some Christians try to justify their reasons for celebrating Lent by stating: "the practice of repentance and mourning in ashes is found in 2 Samuel 13:19; Esther 4:1; Job 2:8; Daniel 9:3; and Matthew 11:21." Jesus never mentioned Lent (or any other religious observance like it, including the mass), nor did Paul, Peter, James or John. Jesus commanded His disciples to “Go you therefore, and teach all nations…teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:19-20). Jesus never commanded them to observe Lent or Easter. He did, however, command them to keep Passover and the Days of Unleavened Bread. In fact, during His last Passover on earth, Christ gave detailed instructions on how to observe the Passover service. He also instituted new Passover symbols (John 13:1-17).
Lent is a completely Roman Catholic invention. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "'For we have not a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tested as we are, yet without sinning' [Heb 4:15]. By the solemn forty days of Lent the Church unites herself each year to the mystery of Jesus in the desert" (CCC 540).
The justification for Lent is based on Jesus' 40-day wilderness fast before His temptation by Satan (Harper's Bible Dictionary, 'Lent'; Matt. 4:1-2; Mark 1:13). The problem with this explanation is that this incident is not connected in any way with Jesus' supposed observance of Easter. The 40-day pre-Easter practice of fasting and penance did not originate in the Bible. Some have suggested that Lent may be connected to earlier, pagan holidays. “The forty days’ abstinence of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshippers of the Babylonian goddess…Among the Pagans this Lent seems to have been an indispensable preliminary to the great annual festival in commemoration of the death and resurrection of Tammuz” (The Two Babylons). The Feast of Tammuz was usually celebrated in June (also called the “month of Tammuz”). Lent was held 40 days before the feast, “celebrated by alternate weeping and rejoicing.” This is why Lent means “spring”; it took place from spring to early summer. In Ezekiel 8:14, the prophet in vision saw women weeping for the pagan god Tammuz: "Then He brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz".
The practice of 'weeping for Tammuz' was the actual origin of Lent, the Roman Catholic 40-day period of abstinence prior to Easter (starting after Mardi Gras, 'Fat Tuesday,' on Ash Wednesday). Consider that the name Easter itself is derived from Proto-Germanic, *Austron, a goddess of fertility and sunrise whose feast was celebrated at the spring equinox. Alternative names and spellings for this goddess are Ēostre, Ôstarâ, Austron, Astarte, Ashtoreth, Eastre, Ishtar and others, depending on the area, language, and dialect.
But why did the church at Rome institute such a pagan holiday? “To conciliate the Pagans to nominal Christianity, Rome, pursuing its usual policy, took measures to get the Christian and Pagan festivals amalgamated, and, by a complicated but skillful adjustment of the calendar, it was found no difficult matter, in general, to get Paganism and Christianity—now far sunk in idolatry—in this as in so many other things, to shake hands” (The Two Babylons). Holy Rome:
The Germanic kings in north-central Europe, and the Roman Catholic Popes at The Vatican in Rome (and elsewhere) formed the "Holy Roman Empire." The empire called itself "Roman" because it claimed succession to The Ancient Roman Empire, and "holy" because it held control over mainstream European Christianity. It was as much political as it was religious - the church was the state.
The Holy Roman Empire covered a large portion of Europe, centered on Germany, from 962 to 1806. The Holy Roman Empire was headed by a Holy Roman Emperor. The first Holy Roman Emperor is generally considered to have been Otto I, crowned in 962; Otto was the first emperor of the realm that later became known as the Holy Roman Empire who was not a member of the earlier Carolingian dynasty. The last Holy Roman Emperor was Francis II, in 1806 was forced to renounce the title of Holy Roman emperor, thereby formally ending an empire that had lasted a thousand years.
Many believe the Holy Roman Empire will return according to an ancient prophecy in the book of Daniel. Critical scholars argue that Daniel wrote around 170 B.C. and was looking back in time, not forward. The book of Daniel gives the details on the four world kingdoms of the Gentiles from the time of Daniel until the time that God sets up His kingdom on earth. The four kingdoms are:
1. Babylonian empire under Nebuchadnezzar
2. The Medo-Persian empire
3. Macedonian empire under Alexander The Great
4. The Roman Empire
The Roman empire was the last and terrible beast in Daniel's vision.
Holy Wine:
According to the Unification Church one of the "secrets" that Moon "discovered" is that the Fall of Man occurred by Eve having sexual intercourse with Lucifer in the Garden of Eden, and then in turn she seduced Adam.
"Eve...committed fornication with Satan. ...Eve caused Adam to fall through this same act of illicit love." (Outline of The Principle--Level 4, p. 56)
Through this the blood lineage was tainted. Thus in order to be "saved" (according to the Unification Church -- not the Bible!) one must have their "blood lineage changed" by undergoing Moon’s Holy Wine Ceremony, and then be "blessed" by Moon in marriage! According to Moon, this is how the Kingdom of God will come into the earth.
The Unification Church teaches: "All humanity has to relate with the Messiah and through his grace we have to be reborn. ...How can we be reborn? ...This is through the Holy Wine Ceremony. Today’s Holy Wine Ceremony is very important. This is the process of rebirth."
According to Sun Moon, the Holy Wine ceremony has the same meaning as the Holy Communion did for receiving Jesus. In the Holy Communion, you eat bread and drink wine symbolizing Jesus' flesh and blood. He claims that since man fell, he must receive a new body. In the same way, this holy wine ceremony is done because fallen man has to go in the direction opposite that of the fall. See Sun Moon.
Honey Hive:
In late 2006 there was a drastic rise in the number of disappearances of worker bees from beehives in North America. The number of disappearing honey bees in recent years has been staggering. European beekeepers in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, report a decline greater than 50%.
While honey bee colony losses are not uncommon, disappearence of this magnitude is unprecedented. This honey bee colony loss is due to uncharacteristic bee behavior: bees are failing to return to the hive.
Bees are honey producers as well as indispensable actors in the pollination of flowers and plants. Bees are an element in the interactive ecosystem chain. The bee’s role is very important in the various life cycles of different species. Without bees, there would be no honey, but more importantly, certain plants would not be able to reproduce and would thus become extinct. In turn, this would lead to the disappearance of certain animal species.
Hoodoo Candle:
Hoodoo, not to be confused with Voodoo, is a form of predominantly African-American traditional folk magic practice also known as conjure. Hoodoo incorporates practices from African and Native American traditions, as well as some European Hermetic magical practices and grimoires.
Hoodoo is strongly influenced by the Holy Bible. Historically there has been an Old Testament strain in hoodoo thought. This is particularly evident in relation to God's providence and his role in retributive justice. Not only is God's providence a factor in hoodoo practice, but hoodoo thought understands God, himself, as the archetypal hoodoo doctor. The goal of hoodoo is to allow people access to supernatural forces to improve their daily lives by gaining power in many areas of life, including luck, money, love, divination, revenge, health, employment, and necromancy.
Hoodoo relies heavily on candle magic. Most hoodoo practitioners and rootworkers, like other folk magicians, burn candles for magical effect, spell-casting, and as an adjunct to prayer. Candles are said to manifest certain desires based on their colors.
Hopi Ant Man:
The Hopi Ant People bear a strong similarity to the gray aliens, having large heads, short bodies, long spindly fingers, in some cases 4, 5, or 6 digits. Some of these drawings have the indication of telepathic thought waves coming from the beings' head themselves. According to legend, at the destruction of each ages of humanity - the people that were pure of heart went down into the center/heart of the Earth and there remained protected. In this place lived a group of beings they called the Ant People. According to the Hopi the "Ant People" fed and cared for their people while they were living underground, between the 3rd and 4th (our) world, before they reemerged into the "upper world" at Sipapu, which is in the American Southwest. Horned Beast:
"And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon" (Rev. 13:11).
The second beast in Revelations of the Bible appears as he comes out of the earth. He, too, sought to imitate the True Lamb by having two horns but he spoke with the voice of evil; the dragon and his true intentions are now exposed. He was given the authority of the first beast and demanded all people to worship him. The first beast’s mortal wound has been healed, and this second beast starts to mimic Christ by performing miracles, astonishing people, and in turn, greatly deceiving them. He further exasperates believers by demanding a statue of the first beast to be made, equipping it to come to life and speak, and demanding people to worship it. Those who did not were condemned.
This beast not only demands worship, he now marks those who follow him; he requires all people to receive his mark or his number on their hand or forehead. Thus, only those with a mark may engage in commerce, even just to buy food. The number is 666, the number of a man. John asks us to seek wisdom in our understanding of these things.
The Horned Beast or Horned God is one of the two primary deities found in the neopagan religion of Wicca. The Wiccan god himself can be represented in many forms, including as the Sun god, the Sacrificed god and the Vegetation god. The Horned God is given different names and epithets by different Wiccan groups and traditions including: Abraxas, Baphomet, Belial, Cernunnos, The Lord, the Old One, Old Horny, Pan, and Pashupati. Any medium intended to shock or elicit some form of fear from its viewer. Historically, the cause of the "horror" experience has often been the intrusion of a disturbing supernatural element into everyday human experience. Any morbid, gruesome, surreal, or frightening experience may be referred to as a horror.

The King David Hotel bombing was an attack carried out by the militant right-wing Zionist underground organisation, the Irgun, on the King David Hotel in Jerusalem on 22 July 1946.
The Brighton hotel bombing occurred on 12 October 1984 at the Grand Hotel in Brighton, England. The bomb was planted by Patrick Magee, a member of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA). It was intended to assassinate Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and her cabinet, who were staying at the hotel for the Conservative Party conference.
In 2008, 53 people were killed and 250 injured in the bombing of the Marriot Hotel in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Hothouse:
Hothousing is a controversial form of education for children, involving intense study of a topic in order to stimulate the child's mind. One example of hothousing would be to teach infants and toddlers reading, arithmetic, or a new complex vocabulary. The underlying philosophy guiding the advocacy of such teaching is that children can learn anything if it is properly arranged; that appropriate structuring of the very young child’s learning environment with accompanying, properly calibrated materials will enable that child to learn to read, to acquire an advanced vocabulary, and to do arithmetic calculations. The advocates of hothousing believe that all of this is possible because infants and toddlers have a natural proclivity for learning and are highly motivated to learn almost anything that is presented to them. Academic subjects, for example, would be just as intriguing as playing games. While advocates of hothousing generally seem to stress reading and mathematics, others stress early learning for teaching very young children foreign languages or how to play the violin by the Suzuki or the Yamaha methods of music instruction.
Advocates of the practice claim that it is essential for the brightest to flourish intellectually, while critics claim that it does more harm than good. Over scheduled and overworked, many kids today suffer from anxiety and even burnout. Living in fast forward is inimical to childhood. Drifting around, exploring the world at their own pace, even getting bored can teach kids how to think creatively and how to get along with others.
Parents who think hothousing is the only way to get their children into Harvard or Yale should heed the warnings now emanating from elite colleges around the world. Admissions officers everywhere lament the rise of a new kind of applicant: brisk, industrious, accomplished, but lacking spark and curiosity. “We are training our children to be workaholics,” warned Marilee Jones, the dean of admissions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

House Cats:
A house cat is a domesticated indoor-only cat. Cats are predatory animals and are not meant to effectively be imprisoned indoors. Cat owners need to accept the fact that their animal is not something to be caged. It is true that because cats have been domesticated they face many dangers outside (same is true for exotic animals kept as pets), the indoor environment can be equally dangerous and cats can be injured as a result of household accidents.
There is no Biblical justification for keeping animals as pets. The Bible does not address the issue of keeping pets, nor does it contain an example of a pet owner. If God wanted man to keep animals as pets, then why didn't he instruct man to do so? Why are there no examples of this in the Bible?
Housewife:
Merriam Webster Dictionary describes a housewife as a married woman who is in charge of her household. According to the Bible, the man is to be in charge of the household. The Bible states the husband shall rule over his wife (Gen.3:16) and wives must, "submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior" (Eph.5:22-23). Two people are called one body, and there can only be one head over that marriage-body, and that is the husband. Numbers 30:1-15 further illustrates the different covenant responsibilities of men and women. The man is answerable to God Who is his head, the woman to her husband who is her head, as also expounded in I Corinthians 11:1-16. There is an order of authority in a relationship between a man and a woman. Adam was formed first, then Eve, as the Apostle Paul was careful to mention (1 Tim. 2:13). And Eve was made for Adam, not Adam for Eve, as Paul also pointed out (1 Cor. 11:9). But she was his helper (Gen. 2:18). In Genesis, Eve was created in the Garden of Eden to be the wife of Adam. God decides that "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him" (Gen.2:18). The word “help meet” used to describe Eve in Genesis 2:18 means helper. Eve was created to be alongside Adam as his aid and his helper. In order to be an effective helper she had to share all of life with him. She was with him when God issued the command to subdue the earth and have dominion over it and, consequently, she shared that responsibility wholly with her husband (Gen. 1:28).
Humanity:
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth" (Gen. 1:26).
Humanity encompasses the genus Homo. Humans are bipedal primates belonging to the species Homo sapiens in Hominidae, the ape family. They are said to be the only surviving members of the genus Homo. According to the Bible, God created man and woman or Adam and Eve. People do not belong to the ape family (See Ape Descendant). The word human is not found anywhere in the Bible.
Hu was the god worshiped by the ancient Druids. Hu is often referred to as the “DRAGON”, a name for Satan (adversary). According to George Oliver, Signs and Symbols, "The Druids had a high veneration for the Serpent. Their great god, Hu, was typified by that reptile; and he is represented by the Bards as 'the wonderful chief Dragon, the sovereign of heaven'."
Hu was also worshiped by the Egyptians. The Egyptian god Hu, who was one of the minor gods in some respects, but he was one of the most important gods for those serious about Egyptian deities. Hu is the power of the spoken word. He personifies the authority of utterance. In Egyptian mythology, Hu (ḥw) is the deification of the first word, the word of creation, that Atum was believed to have exclaimed upon ejaculating, in his masturbatory act of creating the Ennead.
According to the best efforts of linguists and researchers, the root of the present word God is the Sanskrit word Hu which means to call upon, invoke, implore. Hu or Huwa is a name for God in Sufism. Literally: He. God. Human can be translated as god man. Humanity represents the whole of mankind, meaning all men are god. However in the Bible, Jesus was the only God-man. He was born a man, but also possessed the divinity. Therefore we are NOT humans, we are man. People as an entirety belong to mankind, NOT humanity.
Hunger Pang:
When hunger contractions start to occur in the stomach, they are informally referred to as hunger pangs. Hunger pangs usually do not begin until 12 to 24 hours after the last ingestion of food. They reach their greatest intensity in 3 to 4 days and may weaken in the succeeding days, although research suggests that hunger never disappears.
According to the Bible, Jesus had fasted in the wilderness for 40 days and nights in the Judaean Desert. During this time, the devil appeared to Jesus and tempted him. Basically he says to Jesus "You're hungry. You've got the power to provide food for yourself, so why not do it? But when tempted to turn stones into bread to satisfy His hunger pangs, Jesus boldly declared to Satan: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God” (Matt. 4:4).
Hybrid gods:
Hybrid gods are creatures combining body parts of more than one real species. They can be classified as partly human hybrids (such as mermaids or centaurs), and non-human hybrids combining two or more animal species (such as the griffin or the chimera). Hybrids are often zoomorphic deities in origin who acquire an anthropomorphic aspect over time. Samples of hybrid gods are: Pazuzu, Pashupati, Horned Beast, etc.

In the movie “Rain Man” starring Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman, a character named Raymond is given the nick name Rain Man by his brother Charlie. Raymond has autism. He was sent away to a mental institution because he had severely burned Charlie with hot water by accident as a little boy. Charlie realizes that the comforting figure from his childhood, whom he falsely remembered as an imaginary friend named "Rain Man", was actually Raymond. In the movie, Raymond is taken by his brother to a casino where he helps Charlie win money. The character Rain Man is used consistently by his brother for selfish gains.
According to an MTV news room Article, “Jay-Z calls His Way with Words the 'Rain Man Flow'.” Jay-Z stated; …” though his rhymes are constructed in advance, he never actually writes a word down on paper.” He refers to his gift as his “Rain Man Flow” named after Dustin Hoffman’s number rattling idiot savant in the 1988 film. In the interview Jay-Z stated; “ that he use to write down words before he got into the “Rain Man” theme…he then made a connection to how the character in that movie (Rain Man) just started mumbling numbers to describe the process that takes place when he comes up with his own lyrics. “I started doing Hidden Messages into music to remove the technical then it evolved from there…I guess I am an idiot savant as well” Jay-Z on MTV news.
Jay-Z in the studio awhile back stated: “I look at music like a puzzle, like I try to figure out what Imma say on there, figure out the emotion on the track what its saying…then I go through my RAIN MAN. I cant explain it to yall It just comes out the air for me you start mumbling…”
Most scholars agree that one of the classic signs of demonic possession is speaking, mumbling, muttering in strange unintelligible tongues or gibberish. In 2006, the brains of a group of individuals were scanned while they were speaking in tongues. Activity in the language centers of the brain decreased, while activity in the emotional centers of the brain increased. Activity in the area of control decreased. This is when demon possession occurs.
The Bible contains stories of people being possessed by "devil(s)" or "unclean spirits." The Bible also gives some examples of how a person can be influenced by demons. In Acts 16:16-18, the spirit apparently gives a slave girl some ability to know things beyond her own learning. Christ and His disciples dealt with possessed people regularly and always cast the invading spirits out (Matt. 4:24; Mark 6:7, etc.).

The biblical King David of Israel was known for his diverse skills as both a warrior and a writer of psalms. In his 40 years as ruler, between approximately 1010 and 970 B.C.E., he united the people of Israel, led them to victory in battle, conquered land and paved the way for his son, Solomon, to build the Holy Temple. King David is hailed as the greatest king Israel ever knew.
Hair Weaves:
Hair weaving is weaving or braiding hair or synthetic hair into existing natural hair. It is also known as Hair Integration. According to the Bible: "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided (woven, braided) hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array" (1Tim. 2:9). "Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting (interweaving, braiding) the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel" (1Pet. 3:3).
When the apostle Paul wrote to the young preacher Timothy, he gave the young man several instructions about how certain groups of people ought to conduct themselves in public worship assemblies. Peter emphasizes that a woman is not to be preoccupied with outward appearance, but with her character. Women need to realize that the worship service isn't the place to try to attract men. They too should understand it is more important that someone be attracted to their godly character rather than their outward appearance.

Overview
Hamas was founded in 1987 by Palestinian members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Gaza and the West Bank. Hamas considers violent jihad against Israel to be a religious obligation and advances its ideology through the preaching of affiliated clerics across the West Bank and Gaza. Since 1993 the group has carried out more than 350 attacks - many of them suicide bombings - against civilians in Israeli shopping malls, cafes and passenger buses and against military targets. Funded by Islamic charities, Iran, Palestinian expatriates and private donors in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, Hamas is politically active in Gaza and runs extensive social welfare programs there and in the West Bank - ensuring the group's popularity on "the street."

Handkerchiefs:
Although the word ‘thug’ is a now familiar synonym for any violent criminal, the original meaning was far more sinister. The Thugs, whose name derives from the Sanskrit word for deceiver, were a secret brotherhood of stranglers who had terrorized travelers for centuries. It was not until 1826, however, that the British revealed the startling facts about the sect.
Despite their traditional enmity, both Hindus and Muslims embraced The Thugs as a fraternity ordained by the Hindu goddess Kali. According to Thug mythology, Kali once encountered a man-eating demon. According to an ancient Hindu myth a demon once roamed over the earth and devoured human beings as fast as they were created. Of such gigantic size was he that he could wade across the ocean, and in the most unfathomable parts the water would not reach his waist. There was no earthly power that could restrain him, and for a long time he kept the world desolate. Finally Kali, the goddess of destruction, came to the rescue. She attacked the demon, and cut him down; but from every drop of his blood another demon arose. The never ending labor of cutting down demons, whose number was only increased by this operation of pruning, at length fatigued and disheartened the goddess ; she found it necessary to make a change in her tactics; - and here the tale which is thus far received by all Hindus becomes subject to variations. According to Thug mythology, the goddess, when she became embarrassed by the constant reinforcements of the demon army, which accrued from her labors, relinquished all personal efforts for their suppression, and formed two men from the perspiration brushed from her arms. To each of these men she gave a yellow rhumal (handkerchief) with which they were commanded to put all demons to death, without shedding a drop of blood. Her commands were faithfully executed; and the demons were all strangled without delay. The champions, having vanquished all the demons, offered to return the handkerchiefs, but their patroness, in the spirit of a grateful goddess, desired that they would retain them, not merely as memorials of their heroism, but as implements of a lucrative trade in which their descendants were to labor and thrive. They were not only permitted but commanded to strangle men as they had strangled demons. This order was used to justify some long series of murders and robberies and later served as an incentive to commit many more such crimes.
Hardened Heart:
Someone with a hardened heart is one who is said to be insensitive, cold, unfeeling or unsympathetic to the plight of another.
The hardening of men's hearts is attributed both to God and to men themselves, e.g. with reference to the hearts of Pharaoh and the Egyptians; (Ex 4:21, "I will harden his heart,") The "hardening" of men's hearts by God is in the way of punishment, but it is always a consequence of their own self-hardening. In Pharaoh's case we read that "he hardened his heart" against the appeal to free the Israelites; so hardening himself, he became always more confirmed in his obstinacy, till he brought the final doom upon himself.
Harshness:
The roughness of a substance that causes abrasions; the quality of being unpleasant (harsh or rough or grating) to the senses
Has No Love:
The Bible indicates that love is from God. In fact, the Bible says: "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love" (1 John 4:8). A man who has no love, is a man without God in his life. See An Absense of God
Hates Christ:
“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin but now they have no excuse for their sin. He who hates Me hates My Father also. If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause’" (John 15: 18-26).
There are numerous reasons why the world hates the Lord Jesus Christ. In verse 18 the Lord said, "If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.” 1 John 3:13 says, “Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.” Why does the world hate Christians? Because the world is opposed to Jesus Christ, the world hates Christ.
In verses 23-24 the Lord said, "He who hates Me hates My Father also. If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father.” It is impossible to love God and reject Jesus Christ. Some people claim to love God and honor God, but reject that Jesus is the only way of salvation, and that there is a heaven and a hell, and that there is eternal punishment, and that they are on the path that leads to destruction. When a person rejects Christ, they are showing their disdain and contempt for Christ. They’re showing their hatred of Christ and thus their hatred of God’s Son and God’s way of salvation. They may say they worship God, but the "God" they worship is not the God of the Bible. It is a "God" that they have made in their own image.
In verse 25 we read, “But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.” This is a specific quote from one of the Messianic psalms, Psalm 69:4. “Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; they are mighty who would destroy me, being my enemies wrongfully. Though I have stolen nothing, I still must restore it.” Although these Jews who had rejected Jesus Christ were guilty of great sin and were without excuse, God’s purpose was being accomplished. God’s sovereign plan of redemption was being carried out. Even though the Jews who rejected Christ were in fulfillment of Scripture, each one of them was fully responsible for the great sin of personally rejecting Christ. The Jews hated Christ because He claimed to be the Messiah.
Others hate Christ because the Gospel that He taught condemned them as sinners. Christ is hated because sin is loved.
Haughtily:
Scornfully and condescendingly proud; disdainful: having or showing arrogant superiority to and disdain of those one views as unworthy
Hawaiian Gods:
Prior to the arrival of the missionaries in 1820, Hawaiians believed in many gods. The four main gods were Kane, Ku, Lono and Kanaloa. Demi-gods included Pele and many others. Kane was the god of sunlight, fresh water, and natural life. Ku was the god of war and the male generating power. Lono was the god of peace, fertility, winds, rain and sports. Kanaloa was god of the ocean; Pele, the goddess of fire. The complexities of the relationships between all Hawaiian gods are explained in many legends.
Each Hawaiian family had its own aumakua (personal god) which protected them. For some it was the shark, others the pig, and so on. It was thought that spirits could communicate to the living through dreams and often appeared in the form of the family's aumakua.
The Hawaiians built many heiau (temples) and placed offerings on specially constructed altar-like towers. Most offerings were edible and wrapped in it leaves to keep the evil spirits away. Human sacrifice did occur but was not common. It was reserved for the war god Ku.
The Hawaiian religion was greatly altered by the missionaries, yet strong beliefs did not die. In modern times a Hawaiian priest may bless a ground-breaking ceremony with a combination of Hawaiian chants and Christian prayers. See Goddess Pele
He Accuses Job:
"Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD. And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause. And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life. But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life" (Job 2:2-6).
Satan, in the Book of Job, listens to God speak highly of Job and then accuses Job of praising God only because he is blessed and would curse God if he was forced to suffer. God allows Satan to do what he will to Job except kill him. Satan causes Job to suffer immensely. But Job remained true to God through his hardships; Satan accused him further and punished him further, but could not get Job to break.
Headhunting:
Headhunting is the practice of taking a person's head after killing them. Headhunting was practised in historic times in parts of China, India, Nigeria, Nuristan, Myanmar, Borneo, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Micronesia, Melanesia, New Zealand, and the Amazon Basin, as well as among certain tribes of the Celts and Scythians of ancient Europe.
Head of World:
According to the Bible, Satan is called "the ruler of the demons" (Matt. 12:24), "the ruler of the world" and "the god of this world". (2 Cor. 4:4). The Book of Revelation describes how Satan will be cast out of Heaven, down to the earth, having "great anger" and waging war against "those who obey God's commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus". The Bible prophesies of a future political leader, known as the Antichrist (or Beast), who will control economy, government, and religion worldwide. According to the Bible: "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations" (Rev.13:7). Ultimately, Satan is thrown into the "Lake of fire" (Revelation 20:10), not as ruler, but as one among many, being tormented day and night for all eternity.

Headstrong:
Determined to have one's own way; stubbornly and often recklessly willful.
Health Risk:
A disease precursor associated with a higher than average morbidity or mortality rate. Disease precursors include demographic variables, certain individual behaviors, familial and individual histories, and certain physiologic changes.
Health Vaccine:
Vaccines are taughted as being most successful and cost-effective public health tools for preventing disease and death. Since the 1980s, critics have questioned the safety and effectiveness of vaccines. Government health officials and most doctors insist the benefits are large and the problems exaggerated.
According to Neil Z. Miller in his book, Immunization Theory vs. Reality, numerous studies indicate that vaccines cannot be relied upon to boost the immune system and protect an individual from contracting the disease the vaccines were designed to offset. For example, in 1987 the Minnesota Department of Health reported 769 cases of mumps in school children. But 632 of these cases (82 percent) occurred in children who were previously vaccinated against this disease.
Dr. Sandra Huffman, head of Nurture: The Center to Prevent Childhood Malnutrition, further states: "Increasing Americans' breastfeeding rate would prevent more childhood diseases -- and deaths -- than [vaccination programs endorsed by the government]." A distinction must therefore be made: breastfed babies are immunized; children who are injected with germs and other toxic substances are vaccinated.

Therefore because of you, Zion will be plowed like a field, Jerusalem will become a heap of rubble, the temple hill a mound overgrown with thickets” (Micah 3:11-12).
Micah's prophecy is believed to have been delivered in about 730 BC (about 2700 years ago). Since that time, Jerusalem was destroyed in 586 BC by the Babylonians and by the Romans in 70 AD. The Romans destroyed it again in 135 AD to crush a second Jewish rebellion for independence.
May also be a reference to: The collapse of the World Trade Center towers due to terrorist’s attacks in New York on September 11, 2001. Before the terrorist attack, the twin towers were 110 stories tall. Constructed of lightweight steel around a central core, the World Trade Center towers were about 95% air. After they collapsed, the hollow core was gone. The remaining heap of rubble was only a few stories high. See New York.
Heartagrams:
The heartagram is the trademarked symbol of HIM (His Infernal Majesty), created by Ville Valo the day of his twentieth birthday. Valo has said that "the heartagram stands for HIM as a band, as an entity, and for 'love metal' in general." Many fans of the band have heartagram tattoos, or tattoos of other HIM emblems.
Heaved Floor:
House foundations or other parts of a home in contact with soil can also be heaved. Heaving takes place as part of a series of events: A soil dries during drought and consequently shrinks and cracks. If drainage is poor these cracks allow deep penetration by water to partially saturated soil lower down. The partially saturated soil expands when the moisture content increases and heaves shallow foundations and floor slabs. Basement floor and interior footing heaving can be very destructive to a home.
Heaven and Hell:
A musical rock band featuring Black Sabbath members Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler along with former members Ronnie James Dio and Vinny Appice. The four members of Heaven & Hell recorded and toured together as Black Sabbath from 1980-1982 and again from 1991-1992. In 2006, while the foursome reunited to record three new songs for the compilation album, Black Sabbath: The Dio Years, they decided to embark on a 2007 - 2008 tour. Iommi (owner of the Black Sabbath name) decided to call the touring group Heaven & Hell to differentiate the project from the Ozzy Osbourne led Black Sabbath.
The title of their new album is The Devil You Know. Some of the song titles include “Bible Black,” “Rock and Roll Angel,” “Fear,” “Breaking Into Heaven,” “Atom and Evil” and “Follow the Tears.”
Heaven Cult:
Heaven's Gate was an American UFO religion doomsday cult based in San Diego, California, founded in the early 1970s and led by Marshall Applewhite (1931–1997) and Bonnie Nettles (1927–1985). On March 26, 1997, police discovered the bodies of 39 members of the group who had committed mass suicide in order to reach what they believed was an alien space craft following the Comet Hale–Bopp, which was then at its brightest.
Heaven's Seal:
Heaven's Seal is a Chinese amulet that has the words Heaven and Blessings from the Heavens. It means wealth, longevity and good luck from the Heavens.
An amulet is a material object on which a charm has been written, or over which a charm or spell has been cast. It is carried or worn in the belief that it will protect from evil, or bring good luck. It is used frequently as a shield against evil spirits or black magic, as well as protection from disease, adversity, or danger.
From archaeological evidence, we know that amulets were very common in the ancient cultures of the Bible lands, especially among the pagan peoples. Whenever idols and other magic charms are mentioned in Scripture, God's attitude is one of chastisement against them. If we feel a need for protection from evil and demonic power, God has something far better to offer than amulets and useless figurines. According to the Bible: "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God" (Eph.6:11-17).

Helicopter:
"Heli-" means (sun or solar) + "Copt" - simply means an Egyptian. This could be a reference to people who worship the Egyptian sun god Ra. By the fifth dynasty (c. 2465-c. 2325 bc), he became a major deity in ancient Egyptian religion.
In ancient Egyptian religion, the sun disk became a primary symbol of Ra, the sun god. He was called the Sun Of Righteousness with healing in his wings," a title which Christians later adopted for their own god. When the Roman Empire embraced Christianity, the residents of Egypt rather abruptly abandoned their old gods, and the cult of Ra vanished into the history books.
In 1861, the French adopted helicoptere "device for enabling airplanes to rise perpendicularly," thus "flying machine propelled by screws." The idea was to gain lift from spiral aerofoil, and it didn't work. Used by Jules Verne and the Wright Brothers, the word transferred to helicopters in the modern sense when those were developed, 1920s. U.S. News and World Report magazine's Jan. 31, 2000, cover article highlighted this growing debate. It reported that society's views regarding hell have undergone a decided metamorphosis in recent years. While 64 percent of Americans think there is a hell, only 34 percent believe it is "a real place where people suffer eternal fiery torments" (compared to 48 percent only three years ago).
According to a 2009 survey from the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, only 59% of Americans believe in hell, compared with 74% who believe in heaven. For many people, hell is a morally repugnant doctrine. People wonder why God would send people to eternal punishment.
Pope John Paul II stirred up a debate in 1999 by describing hell as "the state of those who freely and definitely separate themselves from God, the source of all life and joy." The pope's remarks, in which he said the Bible "uses a symbolical language" when it refers to the heat and flames of hell, came after an editorial in an influential Jesuit magazine declared that hell "is not a 'place' but a 'state,' a person's 'state of being,' in which a person suffers from the deprivation of God."
The pope's comments on hell stirred up the ancient debate about whether hell is a real place of burning fire or a state of mind reflecting a dark, cold emptiness and distance from God.
The word “hell” is used 54 times in the Bible. It is worth noting that for the majority of times the word translated "hell" is used in Scripture, it literally means "the grave." In only 12 of the 54 times we read the word "hell" does the original word mean "a place of burning."
The Bible contains a litany of colorful images of hell as both fire and darkness, as in the Gospel of Matthew, which refers to "the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels" and "the outer darkness" where "men will weep and gnash their teeth."
Jehovah's Witness, Seventh-day Adventist, Agnosticism, Buddhism, Judaism, Confucianism, Jainism, Rastafarianism, Shinto, Sikhism, Taoism, Wicca, Secular Humanism, New Age, Scientology, Unitarian Universalist, Unification Church, Christian Science, Hare Krishna, and Hinduism all teach that there is no hell. This is false teaching (See A False Teaching).
Jesus made it very clear that there is a real hell (see Matthew 10:28). According to the Bible hell is located inside of the Earth. Hell is a real place of suffering and punishment in the afterlife, often in the underworld.

Hell Drills:
A geological group who drilled a hole about 14.4 kilometers deep in the crust of the earth are saying that they heard human screams. Screams have been heard from the condemned souls from earth's deepest hole. Terrified scientists are afraid they have let loose the evil powers of hell up to the earth's surface.
"The information we are gathering is so surprising, that we are sincerely afraid of what we might find down there," stated Dr Azzacov, the manager of the project in remote Siberia.
According to the story, the geologists were dumbfounded. After they had drilled several kilometers through the earth's crust, the drill bit suddenly began to rotate wildly. 'There is only one explanation,' said Dr Azzacov. 'The deep center of the earth is hollow!' The report continued:
The second surprise was the high temperature they discovered in the earth's center. 'The calculations indicate the given temperature was about 1,100 degrees Celsius, or over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit,' Azzacov pointed out. 'This is far more then we expected. It seems almost like an inferno of fire is brutally going on in the center of the earth.'
'The last discovery was nevertheless the most shocking to our ears, so much so that the scientists are afraid to continue the project. We tried to listen to the earth's movements at certain intervals with super sensitive microphones, which were let down through the hole. What we heard turned those logically thinking scientists into a trembling ruins. It was a sometimes a weak, but high pitched sound which we thought to be coming from our own equipment,' explained Dr Azzacov.
'But after some adjustments we comprehended that indeed the sound came from the earth's interior. We could hardly believe our own ears. We heard a human voice, screaming in pain. Even though one voice was discernible, we could hear thousands, perhaps millions, in the background, of suffering souls screaming. After this ghastly discovery, about half of the scientists quit because of fear. Hopefully, that which is down there will stay there,' Dr Azzacov added.
This urban legend has been circulating on the Internet since at least 1997. It is first attested in English as a 1989 broadcast by Trinity Broadcasting Network, which had picked up the story from Finnish newspaper reports. This legend is quite popular among Christian groups as it "proves" Hell (and therefore God) exists. Popular endings to the story have it that the scientists ran screaming from the site, or that since the discovery conversions to Christianity are occurring at an unprecedented rate.
The recording, however, was later revealed to have been a cleverly remixed portion of the soundtrack of the 1972 movie Baron Blood, with various effects added.

Hell Ends Life:
"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death" (Rev.21:8).
Hell is the second death. It ends one's life. The Bible, clearly states that there is a "second death." The first death is the physical death, when a man's soul and spirit are separated from his body. The second death is a physical and spiritual death, suffering in the Lake of Fire for all eternity. We see this clear distinction in Matthew 10:28, "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Hell scanners were the standard of the graphic arts industry. Bill Nordstrom began working on Hell scanners in the early 1970s. Heidelberg bought Hell Graphic Systems, and their scanners continue to be the best that are made. Linotype-Hell scanners from Heidelberg, is one of Germany's largest pre-press and color management companies.
Hell = Twice Dead:
Hell is stated as a reality in Scripture. Twice dead refers to two deaths. The death of the physical body and the death of the spiritual body. The bible states: "These [false teachers] are spots in your love feasts, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear; clouds they are without water, carried about by winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.
And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage" (Jude 12-16).
He Rose and Died:
Some don't believe that Jesus rose from the dead, but that he rose to fame and died later in Kashmir, India. According to the theory, Jesus was saved from the cross, and escaped with Mary Magdalene where he founded the Merovingian dynasty. The theory also claims that he fathered a child with Mary Magdalene. Followers of this theory claim that it takes days to die on the cross, whilst Jesus died after only three hours.
Some theories suggest, Jesus survived the crucifixion because he was given a potion. All the Gospel accounts, except Luke’s, refer to the fact that Jesus’ death followed his being offered a sponge soaked with vinegar. According to John: "Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth" (John 19:29). This vinegar must not be confounded with the vinegar and gall mentioned in Matthew 27:34, and Mark 15:23. That, being a stupifying potion, intended to alleviate his pain, he refused to drink; but of this he took a little, and then expired, John 19:30.
"The Jesus Conspiracy" written by Holger Kersten and Elmar R. Gruber and "The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail" written by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln – suggest that Jesus owed his survival to a potion containing opium and vinegar. The idea is that the potion would have caused Jesus to lose consciousness while on the cross. There are several problems with this line of thought. First, the largest component in the opium, morphine, produces rapid breathing, a very different effect from the “giving up of the breath” reported of Jesus. Then, morphine is absorbed only slowly by the body, arguing against the sudden reaction reported after Jesus took the vinegar. Last but not least vinegar is said to counteract the effects of opium. When acetic acid (vinegar) is combined with morphine sulphate (the narcotic component of opium) it produces the substance morphine acetate which is less effective as a narcotic than the original morphine sulphate.
Some sources point to another possibility. According to the Antidotarium of Nicolai of Salerno, a soporific sponge could be applied to patients’ nostrils to create a state of anæsthesia. It is suggested that one of the substances in the sponge was mandrake. When cooked in vinegar, the root could leave a person unconscious for up to three or four hours. The bark of mandrake could produce a "dead sleep", and a whiff of it was enough to produce a death-like stupor.
In the 1890s, a doctor, Benjamin Ward Richardson, carried out experiments with mandrake. He administered a mixture of alcohol and mandrake root to pigeons and rabbits, and found that not only did it act as a "general anæsthetic of the most potent quality," but the "animals’ hearts continued to beat after their respiration had ceased." Interestingly, New Testament accounts describe Jesus as having "given up the breath." We now know that mandrake contains a mydriatic alkaloid, mandragorine (C17 H27 O3 N), which interferes with the transmission of nerve impulses across pathways. You only need to block a few pathways to produce a devastating effect and stop all sensation or control of movement. See Mandragoras

Hex comes from the German word for witchery or sorcery, "Hexencraft." The term hexencraft (the making of hexes) has a different meaning in Pennsylvania Dutch than in German, where it refers to magical spells in general, and may also include medical herbology.
In Greek hex means six. Therefore, hex hex hex is 666.
Hidden Dark Name:
An ideogram or ideograph is a graphic symbol that represents an idea or concept. What is Satan's ideographic meaning? The word for Satan is written with three Hebrew letters: Shin, Tet, Nun. The ideograms for each of these three letters are as follows:
The Shin is teeth, or the strong devourer or El Shaddai. El Shaddai is one of the Judaic names of God. El Shaddai is conventionally translated as God Almighty.
Tet is the 9th letter of the Hebrew Alef-Beit. The ancient pictograph is that of a basket or container of clay. It has the meaning of a snake, or to surround. It also means twisting, or coiling, as a snake coils. The ancient forms look like a basket, while the other forms resemble a snake.
The Nun is quickening, or life.
So therefore, Satan means the strong devouring serpent of life. He tries to consume the containers of clay (man) by cutting off our lives. But the Shin can also represent El Shaddai. El Shaddai, through Christ, defeated the serpent, giving life to man in our containers of clay! So even in the adversary’s name itself… Satan… is seen the picture of the redemption of Christ.
Hidden Evils:
Bad intentions or acts that are concealed from others who may find it objectionable.
Hidden Killer:
Refers to various poison gases sometimes used in warfare or riot control because of their poisonous or corrosive nature. These gases may be roughly grouped according to the portal of entry into the body and their physiological effects.
In 1994, the New York Times reported that Russia was hiding its efforts to make a deadly poison gas, despite its pledge to disclose details of its poison gas program to the United States.
High Ground:
"Neither give place to the devil" (Eph. 4:27)
The Greek word topos (5117), translated as place in the above passage means to give a condition, an opportunity, or a license to the devil. The Bible teaches us not to give Satan an opportunity or an occasion that he can use to his advantage. Topos is where the English word comes from. To be on top is to have the advantage by position. Webster's dictionary defines the word top as "the highest part of anything; the highest rank, or it is described as a platform with the most prominent view." Militarily speaking, whosoever holds the high ground has the advantage.
As the "god of this world" (2 Cor. 4:4), Satan has a natural advantage. The phrase “god of this world” (or “god of this age”) indicates that Satan is the major influence on the ideals, opinions, goals, hopes and views of the majority of people. His influence also encompasses the world’s philosophies, education, and commerce.
Satan has the high ground. For the final temptation, the devil takes Jesus to a high place, which Matthew explicitly identifies as a very high mountain, where all the kingdoms of the world can be seen. Satan says to Jesus: “All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me.”
However, getting the high ground is not always advantageous. For example in the Battle of Jieting of the Three Kingdoms period of China, Shu Han forces occupied a hilltop, where Cao Wei forces soon surrounded and isolated the Shu forces from water supplies and reinforcements. The Shu forces suffered a humiliating defeat, and the Shu northern expedition had to be aborted.
Hindu Ganesha:
Ganesha also spelled Ganesa or Ganesh and also known as Ganapati, Vinayaka, and Pillaiyar, is one of the best-known and most widely worshipped deities in the Hindu religion.
Ganesha is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles and more generally as Lord of Beginnings and Lord of Obstacles (Vighnesha, Vighneshvara), patron of arts and sciences, and the deva of intellect and wisdom.
Hindu Tamil:
Tamil is a Dravidian language spoken predominantly by Tamil people of the Indian subcontinent. As a Dravidian language, Tamil descends from Proto-Dravidian. Tamil is the official language of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
His Evil Hand:
"Satanism is not a white light religion; it is a religion of the flesh, the mundane, the carnal - all of which are ruled by Satan, the personification of the Left Hand Path" (The Satanic Bible, Book Of Lucifer 3:paragraph 30). See left hand path.
According to Richard L. Gregory in "The Oxford Companion to the Mind," being Left Handed has, for some reason, become associated with devilry and bad luck. Superstitions that differentiate between left and right always consider the left to be bad, unfortunate, cursed, poisonous and satanic and the right to be good and pure.
In the Bible the left hand is associated with evil: "Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matt.25:34,41).
Furthermore, to sit at ones right hand means a place of authority, it was a place of honor that meant dignity and rulership. And this is what the Apostle Paul writes of Jesus Christ in Ephesians. "And what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us, the ones believing according to the working of His mighty strength which He worked in Christ in raising Him from the dead, and He seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies, far above all principality and authority and power and dominion, and every name being named, not only in this world, but also in the coming age" (Ephesians 1:19-21). Here we see God exalting Jesus above all others by seating Him at the right hand of the Father.
Those on God's left hand side have left God. They feel that they no longer need God. Those on God's right hand side are the righteous. The righteous man follows biblical scripture, adheres to moral principles, and leads a life that is pleasing to God. The righteous man walks the right path, stands right next to God, makes the right decisions, does the right thing, treats people the right way, eats the right foods, knows the difference between right and wrong, but can also admit that he is not right about everything. Therefore, always strive to lead the right kind of life!
Hogwarts:
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry or simply Hogwarts is a fictional setting in J. K. Rowling's best-selling Harry Potter series. In the series, it is a Boarding school of magic for witches and wizards between the ages of eleven and seventeen living in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The Harry Potter series make magic and occultism seem benign, yet in Deuteronomy 18:9-14, practically every type of magic presented in the J.K. Rowling's books are forbidden. This includes astrology, witchcraft, wizardry, and the like. Consider God’s admonition recorded by the prophet Isaiah: “All the counsel you have received has only worn you out! Let your astrologers come forward, those stargazers who make predictions month by month, let them save you from what is coming upon you. Surely they are like stubble; the fire will burn them up. They cannot even save themselves from the power of the flame. Here are no coals to warm anyone; here is no fire to sit by” (Isaiah 47:13-14).
In 2007, J.K. Rowling revealed the character Hogwarts school headmaster Albus Dumbledore is gay! According to the Bible: "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" (Lev. 18:22).
Hoi Polloi:
Hoi polloi is an expression meaning "the many", or in the strictest sense, "the majority" in Greek, is used in English to denote "the masses" or "the people", usually in a derogatory sense. Synonyms for "hoi polloi" include "... commoners, great unwashed, minions, multitude, plebeians, proletariat, rank and file, riffraff, the common people, the herd, the many, the plebs, the proles, the peons, the working class".

Hologram Beam:
Holograms are recorded using a flash of light that illuminates a scene and then imprints on a recording medium, much in the way a photograph is recorded. In addition, however, part of the light beam must be shone directly onto the recording medium - this second light beam is known as the reference beam. A hologram requires a laser as the sole light source. Lasers can be precisely controlled and have a fixed wavelength, unlike sunlight or light from conventional sources, which contain many different wavelengths. To prevent external light from interfering, holograms are usually taken in darkness, or in low level light of a different colour from the laser light used in making the hologram.
According to a comprehensive report by Canadian investigative journalist, Serge Monast, entitled Project Blue Beam. This holographic technology when utilized in conjunction with hi-technology mind control weapons using the effects of radio frequency waves upon the brain and is capable of projecting an image in the sky causing collective thought to convince people they are seeing an alien invasion or the second coming of Christ.
A large scale alien invasion using holographic technology would most likely be staged at night to prevent sunshine from interfering with the laser light.

Holy Lent:
Lent is the period of 40 days which comes before Easter in the Christian calendar. Beginning on Ash Wednesday, Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. By observing the 40 days of Lent, Christians replicate Jesus Christ's sacrifice and withdrawal into the desert for 40 days. Lent is marked by fasting, both from food and festivities. To sum up those requirements, Catholics between the ages of 18 and 60 are obliged to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. In addition, all Catholics 14 years old and older must abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and all the Fridays of Lent.
The Bible does NOT mention the custom of Lent. Some Christians try to justify their reasons for celebrating Lent by stating: "the practice of repentance and mourning in ashes is found in 2 Samuel 13:19; Esther 4:1; Job 2:8; Daniel 9:3; and Matthew 11:21." Jesus never mentioned Lent (or any other religious observance like it, including the mass), nor did Paul, Peter, James or John. Jesus commanded His disciples to “Go you therefore, and teach all nations…teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:19-20). Jesus never commanded them to observe Lent or Easter. He did, however, command them to keep Passover and the Days of Unleavened Bread. In fact, during His last Passover on earth, Christ gave detailed instructions on how to observe the Passover service. He also instituted new Passover symbols (John 13:1-17).
Lent is a completely Roman Catholic invention. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "'For we have not a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tested as we are, yet without sinning' [Heb 4:15]. By the solemn forty days of Lent the Church unites herself each year to the mystery of Jesus in the desert" (CCC 540).
The justification for Lent is based on Jesus' 40-day wilderness fast before His temptation by Satan (Harper's Bible Dictionary, 'Lent'; Matt. 4:1-2; Mark 1:13). The problem with this explanation is that this incident is not connected in any way with Jesus' supposed observance of Easter. The 40-day pre-Easter practice of fasting and penance did not originate in the Bible. Some have suggested that Lent may be connected to earlier, pagan holidays. “The forty days’ abstinence of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshippers of the Babylonian goddess…Among the Pagans this Lent seems to have been an indispensable preliminary to the great annual festival in commemoration of the death and resurrection of Tammuz” (The Two Babylons). The Feast of Tammuz was usually celebrated in June (also called the “month of Tammuz”). Lent was held 40 days before the feast, “celebrated by alternate weeping and rejoicing.” This is why Lent means “spring”; it took place from spring to early summer. In Ezekiel 8:14, the prophet in vision saw women weeping for the pagan god Tammuz: "Then He brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz".
The practice of 'weeping for Tammuz' was the actual origin of Lent, the Roman Catholic 40-day period of abstinence prior to Easter (starting after Mardi Gras, 'Fat Tuesday,' on Ash Wednesday). Consider that the name Easter itself is derived from Proto-Germanic, *Austron, a goddess of fertility and sunrise whose feast was celebrated at the spring equinox. Alternative names and spellings for this goddess are Ēostre, Ôstarâ, Austron, Astarte, Ashtoreth, Eastre, Ishtar and others, depending on the area, language, and dialect.
But why did the church at Rome institute such a pagan holiday? “To conciliate the Pagans to nominal Christianity, Rome, pursuing its usual policy, took measures to get the Christian and Pagan festivals amalgamated, and, by a complicated but skillful adjustment of the calendar, it was found no difficult matter, in general, to get Paganism and Christianity—now far sunk in idolatry—in this as in so many other things, to shake hands” (The Two Babylons). Holy Rome:
The Germanic kings in north-central Europe, and the Roman Catholic Popes at The Vatican in Rome (and elsewhere) formed the "Holy Roman Empire." The empire called itself "Roman" because it claimed succession to The Ancient Roman Empire, and "holy" because it held control over mainstream European Christianity. It was as much political as it was religious - the church was the state.
The Holy Roman Empire covered a large portion of Europe, centered on Germany, from 962 to 1806. The Holy Roman Empire was headed by a Holy Roman Emperor. The first Holy Roman Emperor is generally considered to have been Otto I, crowned in 962; Otto was the first emperor of the realm that later became known as the Holy Roman Empire who was not a member of the earlier Carolingian dynasty. The last Holy Roman Emperor was Francis II, in 1806 was forced to renounce the title of Holy Roman emperor, thereby formally ending an empire that had lasted a thousand years.
Many believe the Holy Roman Empire will return according to an ancient prophecy in the book of Daniel. Critical scholars argue that Daniel wrote around 170 B.C. and was looking back in time, not forward. The book of Daniel gives the details on the four world kingdoms of the Gentiles from the time of Daniel until the time that God sets up His kingdom on earth. The four kingdoms are:
1. Babylonian empire under Nebuchadnezzar
2. The Medo-Persian empire
3. Macedonian empire under Alexander The Great
4. The Roman Empire
The Roman empire was the last and terrible beast in Daniel's vision.
Holy Wine:
According to the Unification Church one of the "secrets" that Moon "discovered" is that the Fall of Man occurred by Eve having sexual intercourse with Lucifer in the Garden of Eden, and then in turn she seduced Adam.
"Eve...committed fornication with Satan. ...Eve caused Adam to fall through this same act of illicit love." (Outline of The Principle--Level 4, p. 56)
Through this the blood lineage was tainted. Thus in order to be "saved" (according to the Unification Church -- not the Bible!) one must have their "blood lineage changed" by undergoing Moon’s Holy Wine Ceremony, and then be "blessed" by Moon in marriage! According to Moon, this is how the Kingdom of God will come into the earth.
The Unification Church teaches: "All humanity has to relate with the Messiah and through his grace we have to be reborn. ...How can we be reborn? ...This is through the Holy Wine Ceremony. Today’s Holy Wine Ceremony is very important. This is the process of rebirth."
According to Sun Moon, the Holy Wine ceremony has the same meaning as the Holy Communion did for receiving Jesus. In the Holy Communion, you eat bread and drink wine symbolizing Jesus' flesh and blood. He claims that since man fell, he must receive a new body. In the same way, this holy wine ceremony is done because fallen man has to go in the direction opposite that of the fall. See Sun Moon.
Honey Hive:
In late 2006 there was a drastic rise in the number of disappearances of worker bees from beehives in North America. The number of disappearing honey bees in recent years has been staggering. European beekeepers in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, report a decline greater than 50%.
While honey bee colony losses are not uncommon, disappearence of this magnitude is unprecedented. This honey bee colony loss is due to uncharacteristic bee behavior: bees are failing to return to the hive.
Bees are honey producers as well as indispensable actors in the pollination of flowers and plants. Bees are an element in the interactive ecosystem chain. The bee’s role is very important in the various life cycles of different species. Without bees, there would be no honey, but more importantly, certain plants would not be able to reproduce and would thus become extinct. In turn, this would lead to the disappearance of certain animal species.
Hoodoo Candle:
Hoodoo, not to be confused with Voodoo, is a form of predominantly African-American traditional folk magic practice also known as conjure. Hoodoo incorporates practices from African and Native American traditions, as well as some European Hermetic magical practices and grimoires.
Hoodoo is strongly influenced by the Holy Bible. Historically there has been an Old Testament strain in hoodoo thought. This is particularly evident in relation to God's providence and his role in retributive justice. Not only is God's providence a factor in hoodoo practice, but hoodoo thought understands God, himself, as the archetypal hoodoo doctor. The goal of hoodoo is to allow people access to supernatural forces to improve their daily lives by gaining power in many areas of life, including luck, money, love, divination, revenge, health, employment, and necromancy.
Hoodoo relies heavily on candle magic. Most hoodoo practitioners and rootworkers, like other folk magicians, burn candles for magical effect, spell-casting, and as an adjunct to prayer. Candles are said to manifest certain desires based on their colors.
Hopi Ant Man:
The Hopi Ant People bear a strong similarity to the gray aliens, having large heads, short bodies, long spindly fingers, in some cases 4, 5, or 6 digits. Some of these drawings have the indication of telepathic thought waves coming from the beings' head themselves. According to legend, at the destruction of each ages of humanity - the people that were pure of heart went down into the center/heart of the Earth and there remained protected. In this place lived a group of beings they called the Ant People. According to the Hopi the "Ant People" fed and cared for their people while they were living underground, between the 3rd and 4th (our) world, before they reemerged into the "upper world" at Sipapu, which is in the American Southwest. Horned Beast:
"And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon" (Rev. 13:11).
The second beast in Revelations of the Bible appears as he comes out of the earth. He, too, sought to imitate the True Lamb by having two horns but he spoke with the voice of evil; the dragon and his true intentions are now exposed. He was given the authority of the first beast and demanded all people to worship him. The first beast’s mortal wound has been healed, and this second beast starts to mimic Christ by performing miracles, astonishing people, and in turn, greatly deceiving them. He further exasperates believers by demanding a statue of the first beast to be made, equipping it to come to life and speak, and demanding people to worship it. Those who did not were condemned.
This beast not only demands worship, he now marks those who follow him; he requires all people to receive his mark or his number on their hand or forehead. Thus, only those with a mark may engage in commerce, even just to buy food. The number is 666, the number of a man. John asks us to seek wisdom in our understanding of these things.
The Horned Beast or Horned God is one of the two primary deities found in the neopagan religion of Wicca. The Wiccan god himself can be represented in many forms, including as the Sun god, the Sacrificed god and the Vegetation god. The Horned God is given different names and epithets by different Wiccan groups and traditions including: Abraxas, Baphomet, Belial, Cernunnos, The Lord, the Old One, Old Horny, Pan, and Pashupati. Horrors:
Any medium intended to shock or elicit some form of fear from its viewer. Historically, the cause of the "horror" experience has often been the intrusion of a disturbing supernatural element into everyday human experience. Any morbid, gruesome, surreal, or frightening experience may be referred to as a horror.
Hotel Bombs:
The King David Hotel bombing was an attack carried out by the militant right-wing Zionist underground organisation, the Irgun, on the King David Hotel in Jerusalem on 22 July 1946.
The Brighton hotel bombing occurred on 12 October 1984 at the Grand Hotel in Brighton, England. The bomb was planted by Patrick Magee, a member of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA). It was intended to assassinate Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and her cabinet, who were staying at the hotel for the Conservative Party conference.
In 2008, 53 people were killed and 250 injured in the bombing of the Marriot Hotel in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Hothouse:
Hothousing is a controversial form of education for children, involving intense study of a topic in order to stimulate the child's mind. One example of hothousing would be to teach infants and toddlers reading, arithmetic, or a new complex vocabulary. The underlying philosophy guiding the advocacy of such teaching is that children can learn anything if it is properly arranged; that appropriate structuring of the very young child’s learning environment with accompanying, properly calibrated materials will enable that child to learn to read, to acquire an advanced vocabulary, and to do arithmetic calculations. The advocates of hothousing believe that all of this is possible because infants and toddlers have a natural proclivity for learning and are highly motivated to learn almost anything that is presented to them. Academic subjects, for example, would be just as intriguing as playing games. While advocates of hothousing generally seem to stress reading and mathematics, others stress early learning for teaching very young children foreign languages or how to play the violin by the Suzuki or the Yamaha methods of music instruction.
Advocates of the practice claim that it is essential for the brightest to flourish intellectually, while critics claim that it does more harm than good. Over scheduled and overworked, many kids today suffer from anxiety and even burnout. Living in fast forward is inimical to childhood. Drifting around, exploring the world at their own pace, even getting bored can teach kids how to think creatively and how to get along with others.
Parents who think hothousing is the only way to get their children into Harvard or Yale should heed the warnings now emanating from elite colleges around the world. Admissions officers everywhere lament the rise of a new kind of applicant: brisk, industrious, accomplished, but lacking spark and curiosity. “We are training our children to be workaholics,” warned Marilee Jones, the dean of admissions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Hot Years:
It's official: 2015 was the hottest year on record. It seems the world’s temperature is going to go up and up. So how hot could the Earth really get? Is there any limit to the amount of warming humans could eventually cause?
Humans have only been here for a relatively short time, yet we have managed to become the most significant driver of climate change on the planet. By burning fossil fuels and cutting down trees, we are releasing more and more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, and that has caused temperatures to rise. See Deforests

House Cats:
A house cat is a domesticated indoor-only cat. Cats are predatory animals and are not meant to effectively be imprisoned indoors. Cat owners need to accept the fact that their animal is not something to be caged. It is true that because cats have been domesticated they face many dangers outside (same is true for exotic animals kept as pets), the indoor environment can be equally dangerous and cats can be injured as a result of household accidents.
There is no Biblical justification for keeping animals as pets. The Bible does not address the issue of keeping pets, nor does it contain an example of a pet owner. If God wanted man to keep animals as pets, then why didn't he instruct man to do so? Why are there no examples of this in the Bible?
Housewife:
Merriam Webster Dictionary describes a housewife as a married woman who is in charge of her household. According to the Bible, the man is to be in charge of the household. The Bible states the husband shall rule over his wife (Gen.3:16) and wives must, "submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior" (Eph.5:22-23). Two people are called one body, and there can only be one head over that marriage-body, and that is the husband. Numbers 30:1-15 further illustrates the different covenant responsibilities of men and women. The man is answerable to God Who is his head, the woman to her husband who is her head, as also expounded in I Corinthians 11:1-16. There is an order of authority in a relationship between a man and a woman. Adam was formed first, then Eve, as the Apostle Paul was careful to mention (1 Tim. 2:13). And Eve was made for Adam, not Adam for Eve, as Paul also pointed out (1 Cor. 11:9). But she was his helper (Gen. 2:18). In Genesis, Eve was created in the Garden of Eden to be the wife of Adam. God decides that "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him" (Gen.2:18). The word “help meet” used to describe Eve in Genesis 2:18 means helper. Eve was created to be alongside Adam as his aid and his helper. In order to be an effective helper she had to share all of life with him. She was with him when God issued the command to subdue the earth and have dominion over it and, consequently, she shared that responsibility wholly with her husband (Gen. 1:28).
Humanity:
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth" (Gen. 1:26).
Humanity encompasses the genus Homo. Humans are bipedal primates belonging to the species Homo sapiens in Hominidae, the ape family. They are said to be the only surviving members of the genus Homo. According to the Bible, God created man and woman or Adam and Eve. People do not belong to the ape family (See Ape Descendant). The word human is not found anywhere in the Bible.
Hu was the god worshiped by the ancient Druids. Hu is often referred to as the “DRAGON”, a name for Satan (adversary). According to George Oliver, Signs and Symbols, "The Druids had a high veneration for the Serpent. Their great god, Hu, was typified by that reptile; and he is represented by the Bards as 'the wonderful chief Dragon, the sovereign of heaven'."
Hu was also worshiped by the Egyptians. The Egyptian god Hu, who was one of the minor gods in some respects, but he was one of the most important gods for those serious about Egyptian deities. Hu is the power of the spoken word. He personifies the authority of utterance. In Egyptian mythology, Hu (ḥw) is the deification of the first word, the word of creation, that Atum was believed to have exclaimed upon ejaculating, in his masturbatory act of creating the Ennead.
According to the best efforts of linguists and researchers, the root of the present word God is the Sanskrit word Hu which means to call upon, invoke, implore. Hu or Huwa is a name for God in Sufism. Literally: He. God. Human can be translated as god man. Humanity represents the whole of mankind, meaning all men are god. However in the Bible, Jesus was the only God-man. He was born a man, but also possessed the divinity. Therefore we are NOT humans, we are man. People as an entirety belong to mankind, NOT humanity.
Hunger Pang:
When hunger contractions start to occur in the stomach, they are informally referred to as hunger pangs. Hunger pangs usually do not begin until 12 to 24 hours after the last ingestion of food. They reach their greatest intensity in 3 to 4 days and may weaken in the succeeding days, although research suggests that hunger never disappears.
According to the Bible, Jesus had fasted in the wilderness for 40 days and nights in the Judaean Desert. During this time, the devil appeared to Jesus and tempted him. Basically he says to Jesus "You're hungry. You've got the power to provide food for yourself, so why not do it? But when tempted to turn stones into bread to satisfy His hunger pangs, Jesus boldly declared to Satan: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God” (Matt. 4:4).
Hybrid gods:
Hybrid gods are creatures combining body parts of more than one real species. They can be classified as partly human hybrids (such as mermaids or centaurs), and non-human hybrids combining two or more animal species (such as the griffin or the chimera). Hybrids are often zoomorphic deities in origin who acquire an anthropomorphic aspect over time. Samples of hybrid gods are: Pazuzu, Pashupati, Horned Beast, etc.
