Dale Earnhardt:
Ralph Dale Earnhardt Sr. better known simply as Dale Earnhardt, was an American race car driver, best known for his career driving stock cars in NASCAR's top division and being one of the most famous drivers to die in a racing crash. He is also known by other names -- "The Intimidator," "The Dominator," the "Man in Black" -- all representative of his aggressive and hard-charging driving style that he inherited from his father. It is a style not everyone likes and it has, from time to time, brought him punishment from NASCAR. Early in his career, Earnhardt earned the nickname Ironhead because of his stubbornness. He had matured over the years as a driver, and though he was still involved in nasty wrecks from time to time, he is now known by the more imposing nickname, the Intimidator. An intimidator can be defined as someone who strikes fear in the hearts of others. 

Dale Earnhardt died while competing in the Daytona 500 on February 18, 2001. Following the start of the 2001 Daytona 500, Earnhardt led several of the opening laps, and continued to be a front-runner throughout the race. As the race entered its final laps Earnhardt and his familiar black #3 car were running in third, with two of his race team's cars, the #15 NAPA Chevrolet driven by Michael Waltrip the hard-luck driver who'd never won a Daytona 500 in 15 years of trying and the #8 Budweiser Chevrolet run by his son Dale Earnhardt, Jr., running first and second in front of him. Half a lap passed, then two-thirds, and Earnhardt hadn't made his move. Was he racing for third place? What was the strategy? Observers could see Earnhardt was blocking the other cars from getting near the other two cars on his team. Earnhardt was blocking the attempts by Sterling Marlin in his #40 Coors Light Dodge to pass.

Earnhardt died because he was blocking the pack to make sure his team of DEI entrys would make it to the finish line in the 1st and 2nd position. Technically you're not supposed to block. If someone is coming up behind you and they're gonna pass you on the outside, in most organizations you get one free move. If you move up in front of them before they come up to you that's okay, but if they decide now I'm gonna move down and try to pass that person on the inside, if you go back and "block" them that's illegal. Earnhardt thought he was bigger than the sport. He was a dangerous racer and caused accidents because of his recklessness.

Damned Demons:
Damned demons are spiritual beings of an angelic nature that have been condemned to suffer an eternity in hell due to their rebellion against God.

Dance in Church:
Praise and worship dance is practiced in a number churches. Often, certain Bible passages are employed by proponents as justification for dancing in the church.

Of the twenty-eight references to dance or dancing in the Old Testament, only four can be considered to refer to religious dancing (Ps 149:3; 150:4; 2 Sam 6:14-16). These references in the Bible to so-called “religious dancing” consist of an invitation to praise the Lord “with dancing” (Ps 149:3; 150:4) and two describe David’s dance before the ark (2 Sam 6:14-16; cf. 1 Chron. 15:27-29). Let’s briefly look at these.

Psalm 149:3; 150:4--“Praise the Lord with dancing. . .” It is important to note first of all that the invitation to praise the Lord with “dancing” is based on a disputed translation of the Hebrew term machowl, rendered as “dancing” in Psalm 149:3 and as “dance” in Psalm 150:4.

Some Biblical scholars believe that machowl is derived from chuwl, which means “to make an opening”-a possible allusion to a “pipe” instrument. In fact this is the marginal reading given by the King James Version. Psalm 149:3 states: “Let them praise his name in the dance” [or “with a pipe,” KJV margin]. Similarly Psalm 150:4 reads: “Praise him with the timbrel and dance” [or “pipe,” KJV margin].

David’s “Dancing before the Lord” in 2 Samuel 6:14. This passage (which reads: “And David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was girded with a line ephod”) has often been exploited to justify dancing in the church.

David’s dance was not a form of worship nor was it a congregational practice, but simply an expression of joy as part of the procession when the ark was being brought to Zion. It was not in the temple.

It was David who established music ministry in the temple. If David had believed that dancing should be a component of divine worship, he would have instructed the Levitical choir on how and when to dance during the temple service. After all, it was David who instituted the times, place, and words for the performance of the Levitical choir. He also “made” the musical instruments to be used for their ministry (1 Chron. 23:5; 2 Chron. 7:6); these were called “the instruments of David” (2 Chron. 29:26-27).

David never instructed the Levites to accompany the temple’s choir with the percussion instruments associated with dancing, instruments such as the timbrel, tambourines, or drums. Instead, he established that the Levitical choir was to be accompanied by lyres and harps. These were called “the instruments of song” (2 Chron. 5:13) or “the instruments of God’s song” (1 Chron. 16:42). As their descriptive name indicates, their function was to accompany the songs of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord (1 Chron. 23:5; 2 Chron. 5:13). The musicians who played the harps and the lyres would themselves sing the song to their own accompaniment (1 Chron. 9:33; 15:16, 19, 27; 2 Chron. 5:12-13; 20:21).

Social dancing in Bible times was done mostly in conjunction with the celebration of religious events, especially the annual festivals. The dance was performed outside the temple by women, children, or men, as separate groups, and not as male-female couples.

To say that dance was a part of the congregational worship life of the Old or New Testament church is false! In looking at Scripture one cannot find a single instance of using dance in the temple or tabernacle.

Dark Matter:
In astronomy and cosmology, dark matter is a form of matter that is undetectable by its emitted electromagnetic radiation, but whose presence can be inferred from gravitational effects on visible matter and background radiation. According to present observations, dark matter accounts for the vast majority of the mass in the observable universe.

Dark matter also plays a role in the early universe. In theory, the universe grew faster than the speed of light for a very short time after the Big Bang, driven by the dark energy that represents about 74 percent of the total mass-energy budget in the universe. Dark matter constitutes 22 percent of the budget, and normal matter (stars, planets and everything you see) makes up the remaining 4 percent or so. Astronomers theorize that the presence of dark matter helps to explain the relative amounts of light elements and isotopes produced in the Big Bang. See Shadow Alien

Dark Power:
"To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me" (Acts 26:18).

This Scripture reads “to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness”. According to Scripture, when one has their eyes opened, they have turned to God and light. A person who is in darkness has their eyes closed. They are spiritually blind. The Bible states: "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them" (2Cor.4:4). When people walk in darkness they are not in fellowship with God. "If we say that we have fellowship with Him (God), and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth" (1 John 1:6).

According to Acts 26:18, we note that a person is either under the power of Satan in darkness or with God in the light. The word “power” is defined as: possessing or exercising influence or authority. So then, those in darkness have given Satan the authority to influence their lives. In this condition, people are under the power of Satan.

Dark power may also refer to dark energy. Dark power or dark energy is a hypothetical form of energy that produces a force that opposes gravity and is thought to be the cause of the accelerating expansion of the universe. A growing number of researchers claim a mysterious "dark energy," which most cosmologists believe fills space, might not exist.

Dark Valley:
The “valley of the shadow of death” is found in Psalm 23:4 of the King James Bible, which reads, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” 

A number of modern versions have taken liberty with this well known and frequently quoted verse by changing shadow of death to darkness or the like.

    NRSV: Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil ...

    NAB: Even though I walk in the dark valley ...

    NIV footnote: Or through the darkest valley.

    Anchor Bible: Even though I should walk in the midst of total darkness.

When verses like this are altered it confuses the meaning of the original verse. "Dark valley" is a poor translation of the original phrase and should not be tolerated. The phrase "shadow of death" should not be replaced with "dark valley". The phrase "shadow of death" shows up a number of times in the Books of Job, Psalms, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Amos:

    Job 3:5 Let darkness and the shadow of death stain it; let a cloud dwell upon it; let the blackness of the day terrify it.

    Job 10:21 Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death;

    Job 10:22 A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.

    Job 12:22 He discovereth deep things out of darkness, and bringeth out to light the shadow of death.

    Job 16:16 My face is foul with weeping, and on my eyelids is the shadow of death;

    Job 24:17 For the morning is to them even as the shadow of death: if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death.

    Job 28:3 He setteth an end to darkness, and searcheth out all perfection: the stones of darkness, and the shadow of death.

    Job 34:22 There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves.

    Job 38:17 Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?

DARPA Sphere:
SPHERES started development in 1999 by masters students at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SPHERES was initilly sponsored by DARPA, and MIT built and designed the SPHERES. Once on the International Space Station, NASA took ownership of the actual SPHERES program.

SPHERES (Synchronized Position Hold Engage and Reorient Experimental Satellite) system provides a reusable zero gravity platform to test sensor, control and autonomy technologies for use in satellites, especially in the area formation flight. Developing these technologies enables new types of satellite systems to be developed.

David Icke Plan:
David Vaughan Icke is a British writer and public speaker who has devoted himself since 1990 to researching "who and what is really controlling the world." Icke argues that he has developed a moral and political worldview that combines spiritualism with a passionate denunciation of what he sees as totalitarian trends in the modern world, a position that has been described as "New Age conspiracies."

In March 1990, while he was a national spokesperson for the Green Party, Icke claims he received a message from the spirit world through a medium. She predicted he was going to leave politics and would become famous, she said, writing five books in three years, and one day there would be a great earthquake, and the "sea will reclaim land," because human beings were abusing the earth.

When Icke told the Green Party leadership what he had experienced, he was banned from speaking on their behalf at public meetings. In 1991, after a trip to Peru, he wrote Truth Vibrations, an autobiographical work which summarized his life experiences up to that point, with an emphasis on his recent spiritual encounters. He began to wear only turquoise and on 27 March 1991, held a press conference to announce: "I am a channel for the Christ spirit. The title was given to me very recently by the Godhead."

In an interview on the Terry Wogan show broadcast 29 April 1991, he announced that he was "the son of God," and that Britain would be devastated by tidal waves and earthquakes.

Dead by Suicide:
Suicide is any form of self-killing, where self-killing is understood as acting directly or indirectly to bring about one's own demise.

Suicide is an act of rebellion against God. 1 Sam 15:23 "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry."

The Bible strictly warns us against rebellion, and it's consequences are not to be taken lightly. God's Word tells us that rebellion is in the same category of sin as witchcraft.

1 Sam 2:6 The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.

 Job 14:5 5 Seeing his days are determined, the number of his months are with thee, thou hast appointed his bounds that he cannot pass;

God has determined the days of a man. Suicide is rebellion and sin against God. The life of a man should be in the hands of God. God is only one who can decide rightfully the length of man's life.

Suicide is a rejection of God's absolute sovereignty over life and death. God is the giver of life. He gives, and He takes away (Job 1:21). Suicide, the taking of one’s own life, is ungodly because it rejects God’s gift of life. No man or woman should presume to take God’s authority upon themselves to end his or her own life.

Deadly Diamond:
The Hope Diamond is a large, 45.52 carats (9.10 g), deep-blue diamond, and is famous for supposedly being cursed. Jean-Baptiste Tavernier obtained the blue diamond during one of his five voyages to India between the years 1640 and 1667. Joseph Tavernier was a rich French explorer and gems merchant who frequented India for trading during the 1600s. In Myanmar, he met Chieftain Mine Hsoe Maha Yaza Sawbwar who was a wealthy man and was known as a collector of precious gems and stones, in the region. During a visit to the Chieftain's palace, Joseph Tavernier was shown one of a precious royal blue diamond from the depository. Joseph was amazed, when he saw the blue diamond and started to praise about the beauty and the value of the diamond. Then the Chieftain told him that the stone he had is incomparable to the Blue Diamond embedded on the forehead of the Buddha Image in the Ananda Temple at Bagan.

Joseph could not resist seeing the diamond and traveled through danger to view the gem. He offered gifts and other offertories to the Myanmar King and started to praise about the Blue Diamond that he had heard about. He told about the dangerous journey he made to Bagan, just to see the priceless stone. The King allowed him to see the diamond at the Ananda Temple and the monks guarding the temple also showed him other jewels. As soon as Joseph saw the Blue Diamond, he became obsessed and planned on stealing it. He asked permission to become a monk as that seemed the easiest way to have access to the stone. Joseph eventually strangled the other two monks and stole the Blue Diamond from the Temple.

According to newspaper reports in 1911 and/or in May Yohe's fanciful book, The Mystery of the Hope Diamond, published in 1929: Jean Baptiste Tavernier sold the diamond and amassed a sizable profit from its sale, but his son squandered much of the money. Traveling to India to recoup his fortune, Tavernier was attacked by a pack of rabid dogs and torn to pieces.

France’s King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette owned the diamond and were beheaded in the 1790s.

An American Socialite named Evalyn McLean bought the diamond in 1911. On holiday in Paris, Evalyn and her husband Ned are at the Hotel Bristol receiving a visit from Pierre Cartier. Hoping to capture the interest of his wealthy and eccentric young client, Cartier has prepared an unusual sales strategy: "I have brought with me a little something you may remember, Madam. For when we last met, you told me of a great blue stone you had seen at the throat of the sultan's favorite in a harem in Turkey. We have heard since that the unfortunate woman has been stabbed to death during the Turkish rebellion..." Cartier's elaborate sales pitch has worked.

Over the next two decades, the McLean's live a charmed life, raising children, vacationing, and entertaining at their mansions in town and their country estate. But not everyone is as enchanted by the Hope Diamond. Almost every day, Evalyn receives letters from strangers who know she now owns the stone, warning her against its evil powers. Evalyn does not heed the warnings. At the age of nine, her adored first-born son, Vinson, is killed in an automobile accident. Her husband Ned, runs off with another woman and dissipates their fortune. A chronic alcoholic, he suffered brain atrophy and eventually dies in a sanatorium. Their family newspaper, the Washington Post goes bankrupt and Evalyn is forced to sell some of her properties. Then, in 1946, Evalyn's daughter dies of an overdose of sleeping pills at the age of twenty-five. In 1947, Evalyn Walsh McLean dies. Her collection of jewelry, including the prized blue diamond, is sold to pay the debts of her estate.

Henry “Harry” Winston, a leading American jeweler and gem dealer, bought the diamond from Mrs. McLean’s estate in 1949. In November 1958 Winston donated the diamond to the Smithsonian Institution, intending it to be the foundation for a National Jewel Collection. With his years of experience in shipping jewelry all over the world, Winston chose to have the diamond delivered by registered mail. James G. Todd delivered the Hope Diamond to the Smithsonian and crushed his leg in a truck accident, injured his head in an automobile accident and then lost his home in a fire.

Deadly Peril:
"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away" (2Tim.3:1-5).

Perils are hazards or risks that pose a threat or present a danger to the health and safety of an individual. The Bible makes it clear, in the last days the biggest threat to man will be himself.

Deal from Hell:
A deal from hell, deal with the devil, pact with the devil, or Faustian bargain is the pact between a person and Satan or any other demon (or demons); the person offers his or her soul in exchange for diabolical favors.

Death Count:
A death count or toll is the number of deaths resulting from some particular cause such as an accident or a battle or a natural disaster.

December Comet:
The Ancient Mayan Calendar and Hopi Prophecies all predict a comet will impact the Earth December 21, 2012 AD. The Bible Code by Michael Drosnin predicts the Earth will be annihilated in 2012 by a comet (See Code of the Bible). NASA refutes the notion. "There is no factual basis for these claims," NASA said in a question-and-answer posting on its website. If such a collision were real "astronomers would have been tracking it for at least the past decade, and it would be visible by now to the naked eye, obviously, it does not exist. Credible scientists worldwide know of no threat associated with 2012," it insisted. And while comets and asteroids have always hit the Earth, "big hits are very rare," NASA noted. The last major impact was believed to be 65 million years ago, spurring the end of dinosaurs. "We have already determined that there are no threatening asteroids as large as the one that killed the dinosaurs," the space agency said.

Astronomers around the world routinely survey space to scope out and chart the course of any asteroid. An 800 meter (2,500 foot)-wide asteroid strayed 530,000 km (330,000 mi) from Earth. "2002 NY40" veered so close that many sky watchers caught a speck of gliding light through binoculars. 2002 NY40 had been spotted only a month before. "We can't find every single one of them. We're going to miss some" says David Tholen of the University of Hawaii's Institute for Astronomy The Institute for Astronomy. The most easily missed asteroids are those that take hundreds of years to orbit the sun. (Asteroids' orbits vary, but most take between 3 to 6 years to circle the sun once.) They're so far away they can't be seen "until, surprise, they suddenly show up next door," Tholen says. But 2002 NY40 isn't typical or scary--it rates a zero on the scale. Astronomers detect most potentially threatening asteroids years or decades before their orbits swing them too close.

According to the Bible no one knows when the world will end. It says the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night (Thess.5:2, 2Peter 3:10). This means the end will come suddenly and unexpectedly, as a robber breaks into a dwelling. A thief comes without giving any warning, or any indications of his approach. He not only gives none, but he is careful that none shall be given. It is a point with him that, if possible, the man whose house he is about to rob shall have no means of ascertaining his approach until he comes suddenly upon him; compare Matthew 24:37-43 notes; Luke 12:39-40 notes. In this way the Lord Jesus will return to judgment; and this proves that all the attempts to determine the day, the year, or the century when he will come, must be fallacious because the Bible gives NO specific date or time for when the world will end.

Nostradamus, was a French apothecary and reputed seer who published collections of prophecies that have since become famous worldwide. This quatrain predicts the destruction that will follow when the comet Mabus passes in December. Many mistakenly believe Mabus is the name of the anti-christ. Mabus is the name of the comet. Decorate Food:
"For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world" (1John 2:16).

Lust of the eyes is the desire to possess what we see or to have those things which have visual appeal. Lust of the eyes is one avenue of temptation. Part of the reason Eve listened to the serpent in the Garden was that she looked at the forbidden fruit and saw that it was “pleasing to the eye” (Gen. 3:6).

People decorate food or garnish food to make it visually attractive to entice others into eating it. Decorating food can cause someone to lust for food. Lust is an emotion or feeling of intense desire in the body. Lust can take any form. For instance, a person can lust for sex, lust for expensive objects (extravagance) or lust for power. Or it can take such mundane forms as the lust for food as distinct from the need for food. Lust is a psychological force producing intense wanting for an object. Food is no longer considered just a means of survival but has become a carnal delight. Who would have thought even considering mentioning words ‘food’ and ‘porn’ in the same sentence but that is no longer an impossibility. ‘Food porn’ is a well recognized term now and has even found a place in some dictionaries. The Wikipedia description of the word says — Food porn is a glamorized visual presentation of cooking or eating in advertisements, infomercials, blogs, cooking shows or other visual media. Foods usually boasting of a high fat and calorie content, exotic dishes that arouse a desire to eat or the glorification of food.

Defiled Woman:
"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge" (Heb. 13:4).

A woman that has been defiled has had sexual intercourse outside of the confines of marriage. Fornication is sexual intercourse between persons not married. Paul writes in I Corinthians 6:9-11, "Know you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Be not deceived, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners shall inherit the Kingdom of God." God says fornication is a sin and those who commit such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God. It is not sex which God condemns, but it's misuse outside the marriage bond.

Deforests:
The clearance of naturally occurring forests by the processes of humans' logging and/or burning of trees in a forested area. People's removal of trees without sufficient reforestation has resulted in damage to habitat, biodiversity loss and aridity. Deforested regions typically incur significant adverse soil erosion and frequently degrade into wasteland. In many countries, deforestation is an ongoing issue that is causing extinction, changes to climatic conditions, desertification, and displacement of indigenous people.

The water cycle is also affected by deforestation. Trees extract groundwater through their roots and release it into the atmosphere. When part of a forest is removed, the trees no longer evaporate away this water, resulting in a much drier climate. Deforestation reduces the content of water in the soil and groundwater as well as atmospheric moisture. Deforestation reduces soil cohesion, so that erosion, flooding and landslides ensue.

Demon Dreams:
"When I say, My bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaints; Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrifiest me through visions" (Job 7:13-14). The human subconscious is capable of producing dreams, and Jeremiah 23:25-32 indicates that demonic forces can cause dreams that are Satan's lies.

Demon God Allah:
There are a number of scholars who believe that Allah, was originally the name of the moon god of Arabia. The Ancient Arabians worshiped over three hundred deities and Allah was supreme. When Muhammad proclaimed his creed: 'There is no God but Allah,' he was not trying to introduce a new God. His pagan countrymen knew and acknowledged this divinity. The name, Allah, occurs already in pre-Muhammad times, both in inscriptions and in compound personal names. The name of Muhammad's father was 'Abd-Allah ibn Abd al-Muttalib ('Abd-allah, the slave or worshiper of Allah).

Muhammad was orphaned at an early age and was raised by his grandfather until the age of nine. His grandfather taught Muhammad the rituals and ceremonies involved in worshiping the moon god. The moon god was usually represented by the moon in its crescent phase. At times the full moon was placed inside the crescent moon to emphasize all the phases of the moon. The sun goddess was the wife of the moon god and the stars were their daughters.

Muhammad lived with his grandfather for two years. When Muhammad was nine his grandfather died and he went to live with his uncle Abu Talib. Abu was a merchant who traveled all over the desert in caravans trading his wares. When Muhammad was about ten years old he began traveling with Abu in the caravans. His uncle would hire him out as a guard and a camel driver.

Muhammad grew increasingly frustrated with the practice of pagan idol worship. He refused to worship the gods and idols of the Arabians. One reason was because he liked the monotheistic God that was worshiped by the Jewish and Christian merchants that he had met on his long caravans and who often passed through Mecca. Secondly, because he was convinced that this very god had spoken to him.

Muhammad was able to accuse the pagans of acknowledging Allah as the creator of heaven and earth, and yet failing to draw the only possible conclusion from their belief; which is, to worship Allah and none else besides Him. 'If thou ask them who hath created the Heavens and the Earth, and hath imposed laws upon the sun and the moon, they will certainly say, "Allah". . If thou ask them who sendeth rain from Heaven, and by it quickeneth the earth after it hath been dead, they will certainly answer "Allah"' (Sura 29, 6 1 and 63). Muhammad wanted Arabians to worship Allah and Allah alone: "And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not bow down (prostrate) to the sun nor to the moon, but only bow down (prostrate) to "Allah" Who created them, if you (really) worship Him" (Quran 41:37).

Demon God Hapi:
Hapi was the god of the annual flooding of the Nile in ancient Egyptian religion. Some of the titles of Hapi were, Lord of the Fishes and Birds of the Marshes and Lord of the River Bringing Vegetation. He is typically depicted as a man with a large belly wearing a loincloth, having long hair and having pendulous, female-like breasts.

Demonic Bondage:
Demonic bondage can be brought about when an individual is possessed, oppressed, or is in rebellion towards God (sins of the flesh). The Bible makes it clear that there are demons, or evil spirits, in the world that interfere in people's lives (Ephesians 6:11-19). Evil forces, or powers, influence and control the minds of individuals, bring sickness and cause undesirable behavior, inability to function normally, and even suicide.

Depolarize:
In biology, depolarization is a change in a cell's membrane potential, making it more positive, or less negative. Depolarizations occur in migraine headaches, where they cause temporary neurologic impairment, but not permanent damage. After head injury, however, they can recur repetitively for days, and their effects may be far more severe. When neurotrauma occurs, doctors can’t undo that injury. But they may be able to intervene and halt secondary injury caused by spreading depolarizations.

There are drugs, called depolarization blocking agents, that inhibit depolarization, e.g. by blocking the channels responsible for depolarization, or by opening K+ channels. Examples include the nicotinic agonists, suxamethonium and decamethonium. Though spreading depolarizations are notoriously difficult to block, terminal depolarization onset was delayed by dibucaine, a local amide anesthetic and sodium channel blocker.

Devil Deal = Hell:
A deal with the Devil is a  pact between a person and Satan or a demon. The person offers his or her soul in exchange for diabolical favors. Those favors vary by person, but tend to include youth, knowledge, wealth, or power.

Would  you be willing to make a deal with the devil and sell your soul? In exchange for your soul, you could have anything you wanted like power, wealth, and fame. You could have anything you wish. Would you sell it?

Kanye West:
In 2009 during a Kid Cudi concert, Kanye West admits to selling his soul:
"I had to get up out this (explicit remark) for a second," He told the crowd. "I love the game so much and I'm so passionate about it that I just can't take this (explicit remark) sometimes. And if they take everything away from me it wouldn't (explicit remark) matter. Artists are to concerned about their well-being sometimes. Artists be too scared to stand-up for something. They scared to lose their house. They scared to lose they record deal." He then went on to say, "I sold my soul to the devil. I know its a crappy deal, it came with a few toys like a happy meal. I'm spaced out God. I be on that moon talk. I wonder if God ask Mike how to moon walk..."

Eminem:
In his song "Say Goodbye to Hollywood", Eminem says:

Devil Dragon:
Dragon refers to the leader of the Devils. The Leader is Satan, who is believed to be a powerful, supernatural entity that is the personification of evil and the enemy of God and mankind.

According to the Bible there were giants on the earth before the Great Flood who corrupted man and that was the reason why God destroyed the world with a universal Flood:

“There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown” (Genesis 6:4).

After the giants and the corrupt antediluvians were all drowned in the Great Flood, giants are not encountered again until the Israelites were ready to conquer the Promised Land.

When Abraham entered the land of Canaan in 2008 B.C., God promised him that his descendants would inherit the Promised Land.

Satan decided to challenge God's possession of the land, and by the time Moses was born, the land of Canaan was overrun by these monsters. Moses sent 12 men to spy out the Promised Land, and this is the report the men brought back:

“The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all of the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight” (Numbers 13: 32-33).

This may also refer to a popular New Age belief that the Babylonian Anunnaki were extraterrestrial god-men that arrived on the earth to create a species of slaves (mankind), from recombinant genetics and apes, to work gold mines for them and be their servants. The claim is that the Anunnaki altered man’s genes by adding their DNA into primitive beings. This popular myth was largely encouraged by the works of one Zecharia Sitchin in his book, "The Twelfth Planet." Digital Angel Corp., a subsidiary of Applied Digital Solutions, is described as an identifier for e-commerce by sending a signal from the person wearing the device to either his computer or the e-merchant with whom he is doing business to verify his identity.

DIGA (Digital Angel) Health Chip:
VeriChip Health Information Microtransponder System consists of an implantable RFID microtransponder, an inserter, a proprietary hand-held scanner, and secure database containing the patient approved healthcare information. About the size of a grain of rice, VeriChip is a subdermal radio frequency microchip. Once inserted under the skin in a brief outpatient procedure, the VeriChip cannot be seen by the human eye. Each VeriChip contains a unique 16-digit verification number that is captured by briefly passing a proprietary scanner over the insertion site. The captured 16 digit number links to the database via encrypted Internet access. The previously stored information is then conveyed via the internet to the registered requesting healthcare provider.

With the VeriChip invisible to the naked eye, health care workers may soon have to scan unconscious patients as part of the normal hospital routine. The company hopes the VeriChip will be utilized by patients suffering from ailments like Alzheimer's and diabetes or who undergo intensive treatments like chemotherapy and need constantly updated medical data. Implantation of the VeriChip is expected to cost between US $150 to $200 and takes less than twenty minutes.

Since 2002, Verichip has been "chipping" people with bio-implants. For a $200 fee and $10 a month for data storage people can get a personal chip, said to be about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen, inserted into their hand. A handheld VeriChip scanner can then be used to read the information on the chip.

In 2004, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the use of VeriChip, a human-implantable microchip. VeriChip was normally implanted between the shoulder and elbow area of an individual’s right arm. When scanned by a detector, VeriChip sends to the detector a unique 16-digit number. The number can be linked to information about a user stored in a database. The information in the database may include, for example, identity information and medical records. The insertion of the device is done by a physician who uses local anesthetic.

In 2008 Digital Angel Corporation, specialists in animal identification and emergency identification solutions, sold its interests in the VeriChip Corporation. The manufacture of VeriChip was stopped in 2010.

Digital Angel Incorporated develops global positioning satellite (GPS) and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology products for consumer, commercial, and government sectors worldwide. Since 1991, Digital Angel has sold over 6 million biochips that have been implanted into dogs and cats.

On July 8, 2013, VeriTeQ completed a share exchange agreement with Digital Angel Corporation, which trades as DIGA. Digital Angel changed its name change to VeriTeQ and will also change its stock symbol. VeriTeQ develops RFID technologies for implantable medical device identification and radiation dose measurement technologies. VeriTeQ's FDA-cleared Unique Device Identifier (UDI) is used to identify implantable medical devices, on demand.

Dinner Time:
Historically, it referred to the first meal of the day, eaten around noon, and is still sometimes used for a noontime meal, particularly if it is a large or main meal. The meaning as the evening meal, generally the largest of the day, is becoming standard in many parts of the English-speaking world.

Eventually, the term shifted to referring to the heavy main meal of the day, even if it had been preceded by a breakfast meal (or even both breakfast and lunch).

In Europe, the fashionable hour for dinner began to be incrementally postponed during the 18th century, to two and three in the afternoon, until at the time of the First French Empire an English traveler to Paris remarked upon the "abominable habit of dining as late as seven in the evening".

During Biblical times, it was customary among the ancient Hebrews, as among their contemporaries in the East in classical lands, to have but two meals a day. The "morning morsel" or "early snack," as it is called in the Talmud, taken with some relish like olives, oil or melted butter, might be used by peasants, fishermen, or even artisans, to "break their fast" (see the one reference to it in the New Testament in John 21:12,15), but this was not a true meal. To "eat a meal," i.e. a full meal, in the morning was a matter for grave reproach (Ecclesiastes 10:16), as early drinking was unusual and a sign of degradation (of Acts 2:15).

The first meal (of "meal-time," literally, "the time of eating," Ruth 2:14; Genesis 43:16), according to general usage, was taken at or about noon when the climate and immemorial custom demanded a rest from labor. Peter's intended meal at Joppa, interrupted by the messengers of Cornelius, was at "the sixth hour," i.e. 12 M. It corresponded somewhat to our modern "luncheon," but the hour varied according to rank and occupation. The Bedawi take it about 9 or 10 o'clock.

The second and main meal (New Testament, deipnon) was taken about the set of sun, or a little before or after, when the day's work was over and the laborers had "come in from the field" (Luke 17:7; 24:29). This is the "supper time," the "great supper" of Luke 14:16, the important meal of the day, when the whole family were together for the evening (Burckhardt, Notes, I, 69). It was the time of the feeding of the multitudes by Jesus (Mark 6:35; Matthew 14:15; Luke 9:12), of the eating of the Passover, and of the partaking of the Lord's Supper. According to Jewish law, and for special reasons, the chief meal was at midday--"at the sixth hour," according to Josephus (Vita, 54; compare Genesis 43:16-25; 2 Samuel 24:15 Septuagint). It was God's promise to Israel that they should have "bread" in the morning and "flesh" in the evening (Exodus 16:12), incidental evidence of one way in which the evening meal differed from that at noon. At this family meal ordinarily there was but one common dish for all, into which all "dipped the sop" (see Matthew 26:23; Mark 14:20), so that when the food, cooked in this common stew, was set before the household, the member of the household who had prepared it had no further work to do, a fact which helps to explain Jesus' words to Martha, `One dish alone is needful' (Luke 10:42; Hastings, Dictionary of Christ and the Gospels, under the word "Meals").

Dinner was never intended to be the heaviest meal of the day that is consumed late in the evening. Nor was it intended to be the third and last meal of the day. We have become a gluttonous society which is seduced by food. If we ate the way people did during biblical times then we wouldn't have so many morbidly or super obese people.

A director is a person who is in charge of an activity, department, or organization.

"In the movies a director sees vision and knows the outcome of a sure masterpiece. His cast is often allowed some impromptu adlibbing provided actors stay with in reason. Be that as it may, have you ever stopped and thought that every day of your life is a bona fide theatrical production with God as the director? He has scripted your life from conception until the final curtain. Each episode between birth and fade to black are chock-full of friends, family, associates and strangers as supporting cast members. Some give advice, comedy relief while a small group produce drama.

In life, God is the director and is in control of it all. He has provided a manuscript written for each of us to use as a reference. The Bible is the script for our leading roll, however, many choose not to refer or follow God’s script. A large number prefer to review their lines and attempt to implement what was read, others decide to discard the script, applying their own logic or understanding while a host of others spontaneously go through life not consulting the director which leads to one disappointment after another" (Tigner, 2011).

Man wants to believe he is in charge of every facet of life. God gave man "free will" and dominion over the earth. When God created man He said: “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth” (Gen. 1-26). Even though God gave man dominion over the earth, man’s authority was limited. He was not given dominion over the weather, or seasons, or tides, but only over the lower orders of sentient creatures—the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air, the cattle, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. When God gave mankind dominion over the earth, it was to manage it in much the same way as a sheep herder tending to his flock. God never relinquished his own power. God is still in control.

People balk at the sovereignty of God, and instead seek to place man in control of history, salvation, and ordinary events of life. To be sovereign means to have unlimited control of all. God possesses sovereignty over the universe. He is the “blessed controller of all things, the King over all kings and the Master of all masters” (I Tim. 6:15). Therefore, all things are under God's rule and control, and that nothing happens without His direction or permission. Yet He created us with permission to choose or reject His personal sovereignty over our personal lives.

Disneyland, CA:
Disneyland is an American theme park located in Anaheim, California, owned and operated by the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts division of The Walt Disney Company. Disneyland holds the distinction of being the first and only theme park to be designed and built under the direct supervision of Walt Disney himself.

Disney through their movies, books, toys, records, etc. has made a tremendous impact on the children of the world. Behind the appearance of wholesomeness, Disney is involved with providing a breeding ground for the occult, homosexuality, porn and pedophiles.

Bednobs and Broomsticks. (1971) An apprentice witch 3 kids and a cynical conman search for the missing component to a magic spell useful to the defense of Britain. The magic formula raises a ghostly army of armor in a museum which stops a band of German commandos.

Escape to Witch Mountain. (1975) Two mysterious orphan children from outerspace have extraordinary powers and are chased by a scheming millionaire.

Black Cauldron, The. (1985), A Horned King uses his magic to fight a clairvoyant pig and the pig’s assistant Taran.

Bride of Boogedy. (1987) An evil spirit visits the Davis family and puts the father under a spell.

Halloween Hall of Fame (1977). Jack-o-lanterns come to life.

Misadventures of Merlin Jones. (1964) A genius tries to help other students. He tries to also use hypnotism and ESP which backfire on him.

Homosexuality:
When it comes to magical experiences, Disney says it has "something for everyone". In 2007, Disney allowed gay couples to buy the company's high-end Fairy Tale Wedding package that allows them to exchange vows at Disney's theme parks and aboard its cruise ships. Same-sex couples have been allowed to use facilities on Disney grounds, such as banquet halls and conference rooms, for commitment ceremonies. The new accommodations allowed same-sex couples to have access to the very public elements of the Fairy Tale Wedding plan, which includes a ceremony at one of the parks' marriage pavilions; Disney costumed characters at the reception; and a ride in a horse-drawn, glass-enclosed carriage through Disney property.

For the past several years, thousands of gay tourists have flocked to Walt Disney World, near Orlando, for an unofficial "gay day" in late spring. The event is not sponsored by the company, but neither is it discouraged.

In 2016, there has been a campaign to normalize homosexuality by weaving it into Disney's cartoons in an effort to influence young children. For instance for the movie Frozen they a proposing the idea of giving the main character Elsa a girlfriend. What place does this have in a children's movie?

Porn:
Numerous Disney films have been sited for containing racy hidden images. For instance, one of the castle spires in the background of The Little Mermaid promotional artwork bears an unmistakable resemblance to a penis.

On January 8, 1999, Disney announced a recall of the 1977 home video The Rescuers because it contained an "objectionable background image." Approximately 38 minutes into the film, the photographic image of a topless woman can be seen at the window of a building in the background. Bernard is leaning back in the sardine automobile, while Bianca holds the key to the can that is placed at his crotch. The key also just so happens to be pointing at the topless woman in the window. This is an obvious phallus symbol. The Rescuers was Disney's most commercially successful animated feature at the time, making over $40 million at the theater.

Pedophilia:
Of all Disney’s secrets, none is perhaps as dark and troubling as the growing number of active pedophiles in and around the Magic Kingdom. According to Peter and Rochelle Schweizer, Disney: The Mouse Betrayed; Greed, Corruption, and Children at Risk, while it’s difficult to know just who is working at Disney, copies of the company’s security records reveal that numerous employees have arrests for a variety of sex crimes. “Disney World is the greatest attraction in the world for children and pedophiles,” says Professor Jack Enter, a criminology expert at North Georgia College.

In December 1998, Michael Eisner, the chairman of the Walt Disney Co., and ultimate boss of ABC News insisted that ABC News refrain from airing stories that are damaging to Disney. He made this clear on September 29, when Eisner said on Fresh Air, a National Public Radio program: "I would prefer ABC not to cover Disney ... ABC News knows that I would prefer them not to cover [Disney]." Only days later, a story that was to air on 20/20 exposing Disney's lax attitude toward employing pedophiles at its theme parks was axed. The story was the work of ABC's veteran investigative reporter Brian Ross. The four-month investigation by Ross and his producer, Rhonda Schwartz, turned up new evidence showing that Disney had a worse pedophile problem than the other theme parks that were examined. Disney also had a bad reputation among Florida law-enforcement officials, who were critical of Disney's failure to run criminal-background checks of new employees and not always assisting their investigations of crimes on Disney property.

One of Disney’s directors, Victor Salva, was convicted of molesting a 12 year old star of Clownhouse and filming the sexual molestation. He molested the victim, Nathan Winters, from the time the boy was 7. Salva served 15 months of a three year prison sentence. After he was released on parole, Disney hired Victor Salva to direct the critically acclaimed film Powder. The film contains several sexually suggestive scenes. For instance, L.A. family therapist Lisa Hacker notes that when a teacher (Jeff Goldblum) tells Powder that he's ''never had better sex'' since being touched by him, and then later strokes his bald head the conduct is ''very intimate and inappropriate.'' Disney stood by Salva, claiming that he paid his debt to society, and allowed him to continue to film and work with young boys.

Disorders:
Mental disorders or mental illnesses are psychological or behavioral patterns that occur in an individual and are thought to cause distress or disability that is not expected as part of normal development or culture.

There are many different categories of mental disorder, and many different facets of human behavior and personality that can become disordered. These categories include anxiety disorders, childhood disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, cognitive disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and substance-related disorders.

Distillate:
A distilled beverage, hard liquor, or spirit is an alcoholic beverage containing ethanol that is produced by distilling (i.e., concentrating by distillation) ethanol produced by means of fermenting grain, fruit, or vegetables. Popular distilled beverages include brandy, fruit brandy (also known as eau-de-vie or schnapps), gin, rum, tequila, vodka, and whisky.

Hard liquor did not exist in Bible times. The Hebrew word "Yayin" means the wine of the grape, and is invariably rendered "wine," which was generally diluted before use. The word "Shechár," which is rendered "strong drink," is used to denote date wine and barley wine, which were fermented liquors sufficiently potent to cause intoxication, and were made by the Egyptians from the earliest times. The early Hebrews were evidently unacquainted with the art of distillation.

Early mention is made in the Bible of strong drink as distinguished from wine. Hard liquor is distinguished from wine and beer by the distillation process and the resulting high alcohol content. Aaron was prohibited from drinking wine or strong drink when going into the Tabernacle. David complains that he was the song of the drinkers of strong drink. Lemuel's mother warns her son against the use of strong drink, and advises him to "Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto him that is heavy of heart. Let him drink and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more".

The danger of these high alcoholic drinks is that, unless one dilutes them, they rapidly lend themselves to abuse, drunkenness and alcoholism. Both the Old and New Testaments contain many examples and commands against excessive use of alcohol and drunkenness. Drunkenness is listed as one of the works of the flesh (Gal. 5:21). That means it is the result of the undisciplined, indiscriminate use of alcohol. Jesus warned his followers not to be drunk (Luke 21:34). However Jesus was prohibiting alcohol consumption. Jesus drank wine like most other Jews of his day, but he drank in moderation. In ancient times it was normally diluted with water for drinking, and was one of the principal beverages in Palestine at that time—as it is today. So if you are going to drink, drink responsibly. Divine Son:
In ancient Celtic religion, Mabon, Maponos or Maponus ("Divine Son") is a pan-celtic god of youth known mainly in northern Britain but also in Gaul. In Roman times he was equated with Apollo. Maponos is mentioned in Gaul at Bourbonne-les-Bains (CIL 13, 05924) and at Chamalières (RIG L-100) but is attested chiefly in the north of Britain at Brampton, Corbridge (in antiquity, Coria), Ribchester (In antiquity, Bremetenacum Veteranorum) and Chesterholm (in antiquity, Vindolanda). Some inscriptions are very simple such as Deo Mapono (to the god Maponos) from Chesterholm (AE 1975, 00568). At Corbridge are two dedications (RIB 1120 and RIB 1121) Apollini Mapono (to Apollo Maponos) and one (RIB 1122) [Deo] / [M]apo[no] / Apo[llini] (To the god Maponos Apollo).

In mainstream Christianity the title of Divine Son is used to describe Jesus Christ because he is the Son of God. However, Jesus Christ does not mean Divine Son. Jesus means "savior", from Gk. Iesous, which is an attempt to render into Greek the Aramaic proper name Jeshua (Heb. Yeshua) "Jah is salvation," a common Jewish personal name, the later form of Heb. Yehoshua (Joshua). Christ means "the annointed". Therefore, Jesus Christ means "The Annointed Savior".

DNA Reassign:
Transgender people often wish to live as a different gender than the one they were assigned when they were born. They may transform their bodies through sex reassignment surgery or more commonly known as a sex change operation. Sex cannot be changed by surgical operations. Sex change surgery is only a cosmetic procedure to make it look like a change was made, when in fact no female “parts” are used in the male-to-female operation and vice versa. The term "sex change operation" is misleading. Contrary to what you may think, male-to-female or female-to-male sex change surgery is a sex change in name (documentation) only.

Cosmetic surgery can alter the appearance of the genitalia, hormones can enlarge the breasts in males and change hair distribution, lower the voice in women and cause facial hair to grow, etc. But our genes determine our sex. Clearly, no amount of surgery can change your sex. A DNA test would prove no sex change took place. So a sex change is impossible. Dollar Crash:
A dollar collapse is when the value of the dollar falls so fast that all those who hold dollars panic, and sell them at any cost. In this scenario, sellers would include: foreign governments who hold U.S. Treasuries, traders in exchange rate futures who trade the dollar versus other currencies, and individual investors who demand assets denominated in anything other than dollars. The collapse of the dollar means that everyone is trying to sell their dollar-denominated assets, and no one wants to buy them, driving the value of the dollar down to near zero.

According to New York University Professor Nouriel Roubini, who predicted the financial crisis: "The dollar will weaken and the U.S. risks seeing a crash of the currency unless it does more to control the deficit and reduce debt." The catalyst for a crash can come in any number of ways. One likely scenario is that confidence in the US dollar will falter. Foreign creditors need assurances that the U.S. will address its deficit, Roubini said.

The dollar currency crises could also come from external factors such as China and Japan. Altogether, foreign countries own over $2.4 trillion in U.S. Treasuries. If China, Japan or other major holders started dumping dollars on the secondary market, this could cause a panic leading to a crash. In 2007, the Chinese government began a concerted campaign of economic threats against the United States, hinting that it may liquidate its vast holding of US Treasury bonds if Washington imposed trade sanctions to force a yuan revaluation. In 2010, China sold $34.2bn in US Treasury securities.

Dollar Sign:
The symbol $ for the dollar does not appear on the dollar bill. The word "dollar" is derived from the German taler or thaler (same pronunciation). The name "taler" was first given to silver coins made in 1519. This metal was mined in Joachimsthal (Joachim's valley, or thaler), in what was then Bohemia.

The obverse of one thaler showed the crucified Christ. On the reverse was the image of a serpent, hanging from a cross.

Near the serpent's head are the two letters NU, and on the other side of the cross, the number 21. This is a reference to Numbers, chapter 21, of the Bible.

In this chapter, we learn of the people of Israel who began to speak against God because of their tribulations and because they feared that they would die in the wilderness. The Bible states: "And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread" (Num.21:5). As punishment, God sent against them fiery serpents. These bit many of the Israelites, as a result of which a number died. The people of Israel recognized their sin and begged for forgiveness. God instructed Moses to make a fiery serpent and set it upon a pole. Thereafter, anyone who looked upon that image would be cured. Moses did as he was ordered and raised a brazen serpent on a pole; all those who gazed upon it lived. Instead of taking away the snake, God used it as a reminder of their sin and as a symbol of their salvation. This brazen serpent on a pole came to be called “Nehushtan.” It became an important part of Israelite cultic worship, and eventually people began to worship it, burning incense to it rather than being reminded of their sin. Eventually Nehushtan had to be destroyed. It is this metal serpent that is shown on the reverse of the thaler.

Dollhouse:
The first dollhouses developed to display the miniature possessions of very wealthy Europeans in the late 1500s. They were a symbol of wealth, since they were owned by rich families. These diminutive “baby houses,” as they were known, consisted of cabinets divided into compartments to display miniature furniture and household accessories. Exclusively the playthings of adults, baby houses not only showcased finely made furnishings of exotic woods, metals, fabrics, and other materials, they also served as symbols of a lady’s wealth and refined tastes.

Miniature objects play a role in the material culture of magic and divination, because they can signify material goods as well as other things—including intangible qualities—that we’d like to manifest in our lives. A dollhouse can also be used in magic and divination, because not only does it convey the charm of the miniature, it also shares the symbolism of the house, and the house and its chambers provide metaphors for different states of being.

Donations:
The word donation derives from Middle French donatyowne, from Latin donation (nom. donatio), from donare "give as a gift," from donum "gift." A donation is a gift given by physical or legal persons, typically for charitable purposes and/or to benefit a cause. A donation may take various forms, including cash, services, new or used goods including clothing, toys, food, vehicles, it also may consist of emergency, relief or humanitarian aid items, development aid support, and can also relate to medical care needs as i.e. blood or organs for transplant. Charitable gifts of goods or services are also called gifts in kind.

Some may wonder, what's wrong with giving a donation? Giving a donation implies choice. Helping those in need is not an option. It is your duty and responsibility to help those who are less fortunate. According to the Bible: "If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth. Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee. Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto. For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land" (Deut. 15:70). When you help someone in need, you are not giving them a gift. This can be equated to a parent tending to the needs of a child. A child is helpless, therefore it is the parent’s responsibility to tend to the needs of the child. The parent must provide shelter, food, water and clothing since the child is not capable of providing for his own needs. As is the case with those who are homeless or less fortunate. They are not in a position to help themselves. When you help someone in need, you are doing what God has commanded you to do. God wants you to share your food with the hungry and to help provide shelter to those who are homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help (Isaiah 58:6-8). He does not want you to give them a hand out, but a hand up to help them improve their situation. Few adults intentionally set out to be homeless or poor. It is true that a young, unmarried teenager who is sexually active, gets pregnant, and then drops out of school is certainly making personal choices that will very likely condemn her to a life of poverty. We must still examine the totality of the events surrounding these decisions such as lack of education, mental impairment, lack of guidance, surrounding environment, possible sexual abuse and physical abuse. Those making such unfortunate decisions deserve our concern, not our blame.

In our society it is commonly assumed that the poor ought to bear the major burdens of bettering their own condition. Many believe poverty is a choice. Once poverty is seen as a choice, then the decision as to whether or not to help is also seen as a choice. We must not forget that adults living in poverty are only part of the equation. Over 13 million children are affected by poverty as well. God mandates that we help.

Giving a donation is not the same as charity. In Christian theology charity, or love (agapח), means an unlimited loving-kindness toward all others. Love in this sense is held to be the ultimate perfection of man, because it is said to both glorify and reflect the nature of God. Charity is comprised two parts, love of God and love of man, which includes both love of one's neighbor and one's self. Therefore giving a donation should not be confused with the more restricted modern use of the word charity to mean benevolent giving. See Giving A Gift

Double Speak:
Double speak or double-talk is inflated, involved and often deliberately ambiguous language.

Dragon Altar:
An altar with dragon symbols is used to petition the gods for things desired or needed: such as health, wealth, success, love, protection, and other things. This practice originated in ancient magickal rituals.

Dragon Dancing:
Chinese Dragon Dancing originated during the Han Dynasty and was started by the Chinese who had shown great belief and respect towards the dragon. It is believed to have begun as part of the farming and harvest culture, also with origins as a method of healing and preventing sickness.

The Chinese dragon has evolved to become a mythical creature revered in Chinese culture. Its physical form is a combination of many animals, including the horns of a stag, ears of a bull, eyes of a rabbit, claws of a tiger and the scales of a fish, all on a long serpent’s body. With these traits, it was believed that dragons were amphibious with the ability to move on land, fly through the air and swim in the sea, bestowing them roles as governors of cloud and rain in weather.

As the dragon gives people a feeling of great respect, it is often called the Sacred Dragon. The emperors of ancient China considered themselves as the dragon. The Dragon is also the emblem of Imperial Authority. According to the Chinese the dragon symbolizes supernatural power, goodness, fertility, vigilance and dignity. The dragon dance was started by the Chinese as a way of showing great belief and respect towards the dragon.

Dragonheart:
Filmed in 1996, Dragonheart is set in the latter half of 10th century in Britain. In the movie, King Einon was wounded in a battle. In order for him to survive, he is healed by Draco, a dragon. Some years later, Bowen, a dragon slayer, encounters Draco. The two team up to form a traveling duo that perform an act, but the act is only known by themselves. Bowen supposedly "slays" Draco and then collects a reward from the town or village that he protects by killing the dragon who had been "terrorizing" them. From there, Bowen and Draco must save the entire kingdom from the rule of the now evil King Einon, who is part of Draco and Draco a part of him.

Dragon Ship:
Viking vessels were called “Dragon Ships” because a ceremonial decoration in the shape of a dragon's head was placed on the bow of the ship. The particular design, shape and decoration of the dragon's head were also symbolic of the leader of the group or crew. They symbolized the Viking force and power because the Vikings were great raiders. The ships were quite fast (7-12 knots speed) and extremely stable in the rough seas off Scandinavia and the North Atlantic. The Vikings were feared among many civilizations in ancient Europe and the dragon figureheads depicted their strength and brutality as well as their fearlessness. Because Viking's were very superstitious, the heads on their dragon ships were intended to ward off sea monsters and spirits. On land the heads could be removed so they do not ward off friendly land spirits.

Drag Queens:
"The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God" (Deut. 22:5).

A drag queen is usually a male-bodied person who performs as an exaggeratedly feminine character, in heightened costuming sometimes consisting of a showy dress, high-heeled shoes, obvious makeup, and wig. A drag queen may imitate famous female film or pop-music stars.

Dream Women:
Dream women or dreams girls is an idiom referring to an idealized intimate partner who fits the needs and desires of a man. Real women hardly live up to this fantasy woman. So, if you find yourself on a great love disappointment, chances are you need to let go of the dream girl and get real. You make this transition by allowing your partner to be herself and accept her as she is. 

Dr JR Church:
Dr. Church has been exposing the “works of darkness” for decades, and has often been credited for discovery of English Gematria. According to Jack Van Impe (a televangelist who is known for his half-hour weekly television series Jack Van Impe Presents, an eschatological commentary on the news of the week through his interpretation of the Bible):

"The Rev. J. R. Church, founder and director of the "Prophecy in the News Ministry" in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has spent many hours studying the development of the number 666 as it relates to modern society. He says that the word count in Revelation 13:18 comes from the Greek word meaning "to compute." Thus, the verse literally states, "Let him that hath understanding compute the number of the beast." To compute a number from a name, one must devise a system of ascribing numeric values to the letters of the alphabet. This procedure is known as gematria.

In attempting to find a gematria for the English alphabet, Church discovered that the ancient Sumerian civilization of modern-day southern Iraq used a sexagesimal system of numerics. The Sumerians lived in the days of Noah and, therefore, constitute the earliest civilization known to archaeologists. Their numbering system was based on a root of six as opposed to our ten. Thus, the common fractions 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, and 1/5 would be written 30/60, 20/60, 15/60, and 12/60. In fact, the Zondervan Pictorial Encyclopedia of the Bible, volume 4, implies the likelihood that the number 6 was the base of civilization?s first system of computation.

Church also discovered that the English alphabet is essentially the same as that of every other language of the world since all tongues found their origin in a common source prior to the tower of Babel. Thus we have a, b, c in English; alpha, beta, and gamma in the Greek; and aleph, beth, and gimel in the Hebrew.

Reasoning that the Antichrist may have an English name, Church used a gematria formed by adding the number 6 to each letter of the alphabet. Thus, A=6, B=12, C=18, D=24, E=30. F=36, etc. He then proceeded to compute the numerical values of various words associated with Scripture. Identical values were found for the following: Lucifer (444) + hell (222)=666; Lucifer + hades =666; devil + sheol= 666; devil + dragon =666; people + sin =666.

Since the image of the beast (Revelation 13:14-15) is undoubtedly a sophisticated computer, Church decided to find the numerical value of the word computer (C=18, 0=90, M=78, P=96, U=126, T=120, E=30, R=108). The total: 666! I first noted that his findings were given credence by a statement in the November 1981 issue of Science Digest. Harvard theologian Harvey Cox wrote, "The true successors of the [ancient] sorcerers and the alchemists are not the priests and theologians but the physicists and the computer engineers." Certainly this will be true in the case of the Antichrist.

Next, Church began searching for a city whose numerical value would indicate it as a possible location from which the Antichrist will arise. Since Rome plays a central role in Bible prophecy, he began there. However, Rome's gematria totaled only 306. Likewise, the ancient city of Babylon (currently being rebuilt) equals 426 and Jerusalem comes to just 624. Continuing on through the other major cities of the world London, Paris, Brussels, Moscow, Beijing, Tokyo, and even Washington, D.C. each effort proved fruitless until he came to New York City (N=84, E=30, W=138, Y=1S0, 0=90, R=108, K=66, Total: 666).

Although one cannot conclusively prove that New York is the city that will produce the Antichrist, it is chilling to note that it serves as the home of the current world parliament (the United Nations) and is also a base for the international banking industry. Incidentally, just outside New York City is a suburb by the name of Babylon.

To cement the validity of Church's research, there was a telephone call from a computer programmer who had been studying the numbering systems of the great empires of world history Rome, Greece, and Babylon (along with the Medo-Persian Empire, which had the same numbering system as Babylon). The programmer had found that a modern-day name could be formed from the letter values of the number 6 as taken from these three ancient numbering systems" (Jack Van Impe Ministries International Newsletter, July 28, 2003).

Dromedaries:
A dromedary is a one-humped camel of the hot deserts of northern Africa and southwestern Asia.

In demonology, Vual is a mighty Great Duke of Hell, commanding thirty-seven legions of demons. He gives the love of women, causes friendship between friends and foes, and tells things past, present and to come. Vual is depicted as a dromedary that after a while changes shape into a man, and speaks the Egyptian language, but not perfectly, with a deep voice.

In demonology, Paimon is one of the Kings of Hell, more obedient to Lucifer than other kings are, and has two hundred (one hundred to other authors) legions of demons under his rule. He has a great voice and roars as soon as he comes, speaking in this manner for a while, until the conjurer compels him and then he answers clearly the questions he is asked. When the conjurer invokes this demon he must look towards the northwest (the west to other authors), for there is where he has his house, and when Paimon appears he must be allowed to ask what he wishes and be answered, in order to obtain the same from him. He appears as a man with a woman's face riding a dromedary, and crowned with a headdress made with precious stones. If Paimon is evoked by sacrifice or libation, he may appear accompanied by Bebal and Abalam.

Paimon teaches all arts, philosophy and sciences, and secret things; he can reveal all mysteries of the Earth, wind and water, what the mind is, and everything the conjurer wants to know, gives good familiars, dignities and confirms them, binds men to the conjurer's will.

Dulce Alien Area:
Dulce is a small town in northern New Mexico of about 900 population located above 7,000 feet on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. But, according to a few outsiders, Dulce harbors a deep, dark secret. Dulce Base is the name for an alleged secret underground facility under Archuleta Mesa, Dulce, New Mexico, United States. The secret is harbored deep below the tangled brush of Archuleta Mesa. The secret is said to be a joint government-alien biogenetic laboratory designed to carry out bizarre experiments.

The area around Dulce has had a high number of reported animal mutilations. Some investigators attribute the mutilations to aliens from UFOs. UFOs have been seen frequently around Dulce. Sightings of strange lights and other aerial phenomena have been reported in many areas where the cows have been found at the time of the reported mutilation.

The base is claimed to be a multi-leveled "genetics lab" in which both humans and extraterrestrial beings cooperatively conduct experiments. The multi-level facility at Dulce is reported to have a central HUB which is controlled by base security. The security level goes up as one descends to lower levels. Most of the aliens supposedly are on levels 5, 6 and 7 with alien housing on level 5.

Dust Mite:
House dust mites are microscope bugs that primarily live on dead skin cells regularly shed from humans and their animal pets. Dust mites are harmless to most people. They don't carry diseases, but they can cause allergic reactions in asthmatics and others who are allergic to their feces.

Allergens produced by house dust mites are among the most common triggers of asthma. People with asthma and dust mite allergy often have difficulty managing asthma symptoms. They may be at risk of asthma attacks that require immediate medical treatment or emergency care.
