Table Salts:
Salt is associated with higher blood pressure. About 50 to 70 million people in the U.S. have hypertension. Excess sodium increases blood pressure because it holds excess fluid in the body, and that creates an added burden on the heart. Too much sodium will increase your risk of stroke, heart failure, osteoporosis, stomach cancer and kidney disease.

The amount of salt that is used in our foods is far beyond what we were meant to have in our diets. The CDC and the American Heart Association currently recommend that adults under age 50 limit their salt intake to 2,300 mgs. For those over 50, that recommendation drops to 1,500 mgs. But when you lower your daily salt consumption below 2,300 mgs, your kidneys and adrenal glands start pumping out sodium-conserving hormones that research has tied to higher mortality rates, as well as higher disease rates.

Most table salt also has added iodine, an essential nutrient that helps maintain a healthy thyroid. The body does not make iodine. Iodine is found in various foods. If you do not have enough iodine in your body, you cannot make enough thyroid hormone. Thus, iodine deficiency can lead to enlargement of the thyroid, hypothyroidism and to mental retardation in infants and children whose mothers were iodine deficient during pregnancy.

Tafari Cult:
Haile Selassie I, born Tafari Makonnen Woldemikael, was Ethiopia's regent from 1916 to 1930 and Emperor of Ethiopia from 1930 to 1974.

On November 2, 1930, Ras (an Ethiopian title of nobility) Tafari Makonnen—believed to be a descendant of the Queen of Sheba and King Solomon—was crowned Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia. Black preachers in Jamaica saw the event as the second coming of Christ.

Taiji Harbor:
Taiji, Japan is considered the birthplace of traditional whale and dolphin hunting, with a history that dates back to the 1600’s. Each year from September to May over 20,000 dolphins are slaughtered in Japan. Fishermen round them up by the hundreds into a designated killing cove or harbor. The butchered dolphins are later used for food, but the Japanese government has intentionally sheltered people from the dangers of eating them. Consumers of dolphin meat run the risk of mercury poisoning due to high levels of the toxin within the animals.

Talking Heads:
Television pundits are referred to as talking heads. A pundit is someone who offers to mass media her or his opinion or commentary on a particular subject area (most typically political analysis, the social sciences or sport) on which they are usually knowledgeable (or can at least appear to be knowledgeable).

Tapeworm:
Cestoda is a class of parasitic flatworms, commonly called tapeworms, that live in the digestive tract of vertebrates as adults and often in the bodies of various animals as juveniles. Tapeworm infection usually does not cause any symptoms. People often realize they are infected when they pass segments of the worm in their stool, especially if the segments are moving.

Tapeworm infection is caused by eating the raw or undercooked meat of infected animals. Beef generally carry Taenia saginata (T. saginata ). Pigs carry Taenia solium (T. solium). In the human intestine, the young form of the tapeworm from the infected meat (larva) develops into the adult tapeworm -- which can grow to longer than 12 feet and can live for years.

Tapeworms have many segments. Each segment is able to produce eggs. Eggs are spread individually or in groups, and can pass out with the stool or through the anus.

Adults and children with pork tapeworm can infect themselves if they have poor hygiene. They can ingest eggs from tapeworm they pick up on their hands while wiping or scratching their anus or the surrounding skin.

Tapeworms can lodge themselves in the brain or eye. When these are killed with antibodies within the body, they leave behind calcium deposits, causing severe complications. See Pig's Pork

Tar Feathered:
Tarring and feathering is a physical punishment and a form of torture, used to enforce unofficial justice or revenge. It was used in feudal Europe and its colonies in the early modern period, as well as the early American frontier, mostly as a type of mob vengeance.

In a typical tar-and-feathers attack, the mob's victim was stripped to his waist. Hot tar was either poured or painted onto the person while he was immobilized. Then the victim either had feathers thrown on him or was rolled around on a pile of feathers so they stuck to the tar. Often the victim was then paraded around town on a cart or wooden rail. The aim was to inflict enough miserable pain and humiliation on a person to make him either conform his behavior to the mob's demands or be driven from town. The practice was never an official punishment in the United States, but rather a form of vigilante attack.

Teleport:
A hypothetical method of transportation in which matter or information is dematerialized, usually instantaneously, at one point and recreated at another.

Temple of Bel:
The Temple of Bel is an ancient stone ruin located in Palmyra, Syria. The temple, consecrated to the Semitic god Bel, worshipped at Palmyra in triad with the lunar god Aglibol and the sun god Yarhibol, formed the center of religious life in Palmyra and was dedicated in 32 CE.

Bel signifying "lord" or "master", is a title rather than a genuine name, applied to various gods in Babylonian religion.

In September of 2015, news reports confirmed that the Temple of Bel was destroyed by ISIS. ISIS is a Salafi jihadist militant group and self-proclaimed Islamic state and caliphate, which is led by and mainly composed of Sunni Arabs from Iraq and Syria.

Tesla Engine:
The Tesla turbine engine is a bladeless centripetal flow turbine patented by Nikola Tesla in 1913. It is referred to as a bladeless turbine because it uses the boundary layer effect and not a fluid impinging upon the blades as in a conventional turbine. The Tesla turbine is also known as the boundary layer turbine, cohesion-type turbine, and Prandtl layer turbine (after Ludwig Prandtl). Bioengineering researchers have referred to it as a multiple disk centrifugal pump.

Warren Rice, a professor of engineering at Arizona State University, created a version of the Tesla turbine that operated at 41 percent efficiency. Some argued that Rice's model deviated from Tesla's exact specifications. But Rice, an expert in fluid dynamics and the Tesla turbine, conducted a literature review of research as late as the 1990s and found that no modern version of Tesla's invention exceeded 30 to 40 percent efficiency.

As the Office of Naval Research in Washington, D.C., plainly stated: "The Parsons turbine has been around a long time with entire industries built around it and supporting it. If the Tesla turbine isn't an order of magnitude superior, then it would be pouring money down the rat hole because the industry isn't going to be overturned that easily …" (Cheney, Margaret. "Tesla: Man Out of Time" Simon & Schuster. New York. 1981).

Engineers and automotive designers are now turning their attention to this 100-year-old technology in hopes of producing a new generation of cleaner, more efficient electric vehicles. One company making serious progress is Phoenix Navigation and Guidance Inc. (PNGinc), located in Munising, Michigan. PNGinc has combined disk turbine technology with a pulse detonation combustor in an engine the company says delivers unprecedented efficiencies. There are 29 active disks, each 10 inches (25.4 centimeters) in diameter, sandwiched between two tapered end disks. The engine generates 18,000 rpm and 130 horsepower. To overcome the extreme centrifugal forces inherent to the turbine, PNGinc uses a variety of advanced materials, such as carbon-fiber, titanium-impregnated plastic and Kevlar-reinforced disks.

Tesla Motors Inc. is a company that engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of electric vehicles (EVs) and electric vehicle power train components. The Tesla Roadster, the company's first vehicle, is the first production automobile to use lithium-ion battery cells and the first production EV with a range greater than 200 miles (320 km) per charge. The base model accelerates 0–60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and, according to Tesla Motor's environmental analysis, is twice as energy-efficient as the Toyota Prius.

Texas Rebel:
Texas rebelled against the Union on the side of the Confederacy during the onset of the Civil War. In the statewide election on the secession ordinance, Texans voted to secede from the Union by a vote of 46,129 to 14,697 (a 76% majority). The Secession Convention immediately organized a government, replacing Sam Houston when he refused to take an oath of allegiance to the Confederacy.

Texas declared its secession from the United States on February 1, 1861, and joined the Confederate States of America on March 2, 1861. Texas was mainly a "supply state" for the Confederate forces until mid 1863, when the Union capture of the Mississippi River made large movements of men, horses or cattle impossible. Texas regiments fought in every major battle throughout the war.

On August 1, 1862 Confederate troops killed 34 pro-Union German Texans in the "Nueces Massacre" of civilians. The last battle of the Civil War, the Battle of Palmito Ranch, was fought in Texas on May 12, 1865. See Rebellions

Thai Children:
Thailand maintains a reputation as a center for child sex tourism and child prostitution. In Thailand, the exact number of child-prostitutes is not known, but Thailand’s Health System Research Institute reports that children in prostitution make up 40% of prostitutes in Thailand.

Thanking A God:
According to the Bible, Aaron made a golden calf to satisfy the Israelites during Moses' absence, when he went up to Mount Sinai. The Israelites made burnt offerings and peace offerings to the calf (Ex. 32:6). Making burnt offers was a way of giving thanks (Ps. 50:14) and honoring the god the Aaron created.

The Bad Seed:
A person who is seen as being congenitally disposed to wrongdoing and likely to be a bad influence on others.

The Bad Seed is the title of a 1954 novel by William March and of a 1955 play based on the book (and a 1956 film based on the play) about eight-year-old Rhoda Penmark, a girl who seems to have been born evil. Despite coming from a loving home, she is a sociopath who is willing to kill to get what she wants.

The Capital D.C.:
Today's Washington, D.C. owes much of its unique design to Pierre Charles L'Enfant, who came to America from France to fight in the Revolutionary War and rose from obscurity to become a trusted city planner and architect for George Washington. L'Enfant designed the city from scratch, envisioning a grand capital of wide avenues, public squares and inspiring buildings in what was then a district of hills, forests, marshes and plantations. After a year of work, L'Enfant, stormed off the job, taking all the plans.

Andrew Ellicott and Thomas Jefferson modified the work of Pierre Charles L'Enfant, despite his protests. At the request of Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson, Ellicott worked under the direction of three Commissioners that President George Washington had appointed, surveying the boundaries of the federal Territory of Columbia, which would become the District of Columbia in 1801. He was assisted in this survey first by the free African-American astronomer and mathematician Benjamin Banneker and then by Ellicott's brother, Joseph Ellicott. Banneker reproduced from memory, in two days, a complete layout of the streets, parks, and major buildings of L'Enfants plans. He maintained a clock that kept tabs on the locations of the stars in conjunction with points on ground surface.

Ellicott's team put into place forty boundary stones (approximately one mile apart from each other) that marked the borders of the 100 square mile Territory of Columbia. Most of these stones remain in their original positions. As engravings on many of the stones still show, Ellicott's team placed those that marked the border with Virginia in 1791, and those that marked the border with Maryland in 1792.

A century after L'Enfant conceived an elegant capital, Washington was still far from complete. In 1901, the Senate formed the McMillan Commission, a team of architects and planners who updated the capital based largely on L'Enfant's original framework. They planned an extensive park system, and the Mall was cleared and straightened. Reclaimed land dredged from the river expanded the park to the west and south, making room for the Lincoln and Jefferson memorials. The Commission's work finally created the famous green center and plentiful monuments of today's Washington.

Yet over the last two centuries a series of deviations from the original design for the city have lost sight of the idealistic aims of its foundation. They incorporated esoteric symbols into the street design and monuments. There are many occult patterns in the Washington DC street design, most notable is the unfinished inverted pentagram.

The Eden Snake:
"So the LORD God said to the serpent, ‘Because you have done this, cursed are you above all the livestock and all the wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life’” (Gen. 3:14).

The Garden of Eden is described in the Book of Genesis as being the place where the first man, Adam, and his wife, Eve, lived after they were created by God. God charges Adam to tend the garden in which they live, and specifically commands Adam not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

A serpent (snake) in the Garden of Eden persuades Eve to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Adam realizes what Eve has done, so he eats the fruit also, so that he can stay with her. At this point the two become aware, "to know good and evil," evidenced by an awareness of their nakedness. God then finds them, confronts them, and judges them for disobeying.

The False Mahdi:
In Muslim eschatology, the Mahdi is a Messianic figure who, it is believed, will appear on Earth before the Day of Judgment and, alongside Jesus, will rid the world of wrongdoing, injustice and tyranny. People claiming to be the Mahdi have appeared across the Muslim world - in South Asia, Africa and the Middle East - and throughout history since the birth of Islam (610 CE).

The false Mahdi will be the one-eyed Dajjal. He will pretend to be the Mahdi. He will work false miracles, and most people will be deceived. See One Eyed Dajjal

The God of Jacob:
Jacob also known as Israel. Jacob and his twin brother, Esau, were born to Isaac and Rebekah. As Jacob and Esau were brought into the world, Jacob’s hand grasped his twin’s heel, and the term “the God of Jacob” literally translated, means “the God of he [who] grasps the heel, the supplanter; and figuratively, the deceiver”. Jacob tricked his own brother out of his birthright, he thought nothing of lying to his father and deceiving his father-in-law. See God of Israel

The Hidden One:
The Goat of Mendes, a symbol of the Egyptian Neter Amon, is known as “the hidden one, he who abides in all things, the soul of all phenomena” and is thus the closest Neter to the Dark Force which is seen to permeate and motivate all nature. The origins of the "Goat of Mendes" can be traced back to Ancient Egypt. Goats and Rams were worshipped in many cities throughout Egypt thousands of years ago. The Goat is synonymous with Satanism.

Thermo Life:
Thermo Life is a revolutionary micro-technology device that is the culmination of eight years of research and development. Thermo Life is a new, unique, small and compact Low Power Thermoelectric Generator ("LPTG") and viable energy source for low-powered devices such as micro sensor systems, ZigBee chipsets, wearable electronics, implantable medical devices, active RFID tags and numerous other applications. Wherever a temperature difference exists in any environment, the autonomous device, Thermo Life, is capable of producing an output power. Even small temperature differences of less than 5 Kelvin can provide a source of thermal energy.

Thermo Life converts heat energy to electrical energy through its thermopile couples using the thermopile principle. When both heat couple plates are thermally connected with a heat source and a heat sink, heat flows through thermopiles and is converted directly into electrical energy.

Thermo Life® Energy Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Angel (NASDAQ: DIGA). See DIGA Verichip and Digital ID Chip

The Sex Bible:
The Sex Bible: The Complete Guide to Sexual Love was written by Susan Crain Bakos. It is a resource book that provides in-depth discussion of sexual topics in frank detail. The book is arranged into different sections, for example, "Foreplay." It explores sexual subjects you are either familiar with, or never even knew existed.

Theta Sleep:
The first stage of sleep is characterized by theta waves. The Theta brainwave state is between 7 - 3.5 Hz and is the place where dreaming takes place. Discovered in 1954 by John D. Green and Arnaldo A. Arduini of the University of California at Los Angeles, theta rhythm was found in most animals tested, and mostly in awake animals. Researchers found that theta rhythm was evoked during moments when an animal was behaving in ways most crucial to its survival; in other words, it appeared during moments when they were responding to changing environmental information, rather than to something they were genetically encoded for, like feeding or sexual behaviour. The presence of theta rhythm during REM sleep, generated in the hippocampus—where memory processing occurs—suggested that theta rhythm reflected a neural process in which information essential to survival of a species, gathered during the day, was reprocessed into memory during REM sleep.

When you enter the "theta state" your brain activity slows almost to the point of sleep. Some people believe that during theta sleep stage intuition and other extrasensory perception skills are awakened. Various psychic abilities are linked with theta wave production, including telepathy, remote viewing, clairvoyance and others. Lucid dreaming is linked with the production of theta brainwaves. Conversely, learning to enter the theta state consistently can make it easier to become lucid while dreaming. Astral travel is another paranormal ability that's linked with theta brain wave production. It is believed that in order to awaken these psychic abilities, an individual must operate at a level of mind where he/she will show electrical brain wave traces where Theta waves oscillating between 4 to 5 cycles per second will predominate. Furthermore, Theta puts a person into a meditative state, which is also a deep trance state of consciousness. In theta, you’re more open and receptive to suggestion. Psychophysiologists call this the deep Theta level of the mind. See A Meditation

The Tesla Beam:
In July 11, 1934, the New York Times published an article proclaiming Nikola Tesla's latest invention, the "Death-Beam". According to the article, the invention "will send concentrated beams of particles through the free air, of such tremendous energy that they will bring down a fleet of 10,000 enemy airplanes at a distance of 250 miles from a defending nation's border and will cause armies of millions to drop dead in their tracks. When put in operation, Dr. Tesla said, this latest invention of his would make war impossible. This death-beam, he asserted, would surround every country like an invisible Chinese wall, only a million times more impregnable. It would make every nation impregnable against attack by airplanes or by large invading armies."

The concept of a death-beam is known today as a charged-particle beam weapon. Particle beams are special sorts of electro-magnetic waves, a special sort of light.

The Yoga Bible:
The Yoga Bible: The Definitive Guide to Yoga was written by Christina Brown, and Ann Marie Gallagher. The book features over 150 yogic postures from the main schools of yoga, including Iyengar and Astanga Vinyasa. The book is a comprehensive illustrated step-by-step guide to achieving the postures and advice on altering them where necessary with easier postures highlighted for beginners. The book also includes more advanced positions for experienced yogists, which will inspired them in developing their practice.

"Light on Yoga," written by B.K.S. Iyengar and published in 1966 is often called "the bible of yoga".

John Weldon and Clifford Wilson wrote in Occult Shock and Psychic Forces that Yoga is really pure occultism. Hans-Urich Rieker, in his book The Yoga of Light, also warns that misunderstanding the true nature of Yoga can mean "death or insanity." Also a little known fact is that virtually every major guru in India has issued warnings similar to these; i.e., deep breathing techniques such as the ones taught in Yoga are a time-honored method for entering altered states of consciousness and for developing so-called psychic power.

Yoga is one of the basic means of reaching this altered state of consciousness. And the altered state is the doorway to the occult. Sir John Eccles, Nobel Prize Winner for his research on the brain, said the brain is "a machine that a ghost can operate." In a normal state of consciousness one's own spirit ticks off the neurons in his brain and operates his body. But in an altered state, reached under drugs, Yoga, hypnosis, visualization, this passive but alert state, the connection between the spirit and the brain, is loosened. That allows another spirit to interpose itself, to begin to tick off the neurons in the brain, and create an entire universe of illusion. You've then opened yourself up to the spiritual realm which God forbids for us to enter. It's called sorcery.

Three Chips:
There are three types of RFID tags (or chips): passive RFID tags, which have no power source and require an external electromagnetic field to initiate a signal transmission, active RFID tags, which contain a battery and can transmit signals once an external source ('Interrogator') has been successfully identified, and battery assisted passive (BAP) RFID tags, which require an external source to wake up but have significant higher forward link capability providing greater range.

Three Hugs:
In February 2007, VeriChip announced the completion of its first three Hugs infant protection systems in Portugal. VeriChip's infant protection systems are designed to prevent infant abductions and inadvertent child mishandlings. The main component of the systems is a wearable RFID tag that is assigned to child and mother following birth. Monitors positioned throughout the hospital detect the integrity of the tags and location of the child. If a newborn is removed from the ward, if the tag is lifted from the baby's skin or if the ankle strap is compromised, the system immediately triggers an alarm, alerting hospital security to the situation.

The VeriChip infant protection systems also guard against mismatching events by affixing matching RFID tags to mother and child. If the mother is given the wrong child, the RFID tag detects the mismatch and activates an audible alarm.

Three Nails:
Three nails refer to the practice of crucifixion. Crucifixion is an ancient method of painful execution in which the condemned person is tied or nailed to a large wooden cross and left to hang until dead.

Timing A Death:
God did not create man to die. He created man to live forever that we might please the Lord (Revelation 4:11). But the first man, Adam, chose to disobey God; and as a result, Adam DIED. "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned" (Rom.5:12). "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners" (1 Tim.1:15). Until man sinned there was no death in all of creation. Before Jesus came to earth, people had to receive forgiveness from God with the blood of an animal sacrifice (death).

The Greeks who were extremely pragmatic regarding death actually had a whole chapter of the Tetrabiblos dedicated to calculating "The Length of Life".

The timing of your own death is based on many uncharted factors, from heredity to lifestyle to untimely accidents. No doctor or other health professional can tell anyone exactly how long the rest of their life is going to be. But a patient can be given a prognosis, which medically is a forecast of the likely outcome of an illness or disease. However, a prognosis is only based on the average length of time people with a similar condition usually live.

There are numerous internet websites that claim they can predict how long you should expect to live like: (www.deathclock.com, www.findyourfate.com/deathmeter/deathmtr.html, etc.)
God does not want us to focus on death. God wants us to focus on life. "I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land...I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days" (Deut.30:15-20).

Tobacco Crop:
Tobacco is an agricultural product processed from the leaves of plants in the genus Nicotiana. It can be consumed, used as an organic pesticide, and, in the form of nicotine tartrate, it is used in some medicines. In consumption it most commonly appears in the forms of smoking, chewing, snuffing, or dipping tobacco, or snus.

Tobacco use leads most commonly to diseases affecting the heart and lungs, with smoking being a major risk factor for heart attacks, strokes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, and cancer (particularly lung cancer, cancers of the larynx and mouth, and pancreatic cancer). The World Health Organization estimates that tobacco caused 5.4 million deaths in 2004 and 100 million deaths over the course of the 20th century.

To Be A Drunk:
Although the Bible never says that alcohol itself is sinful, it does say many times that drunkenness is a sin. God says, "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit." (Ephesians 5:6) In fact, there are many verses in the Bible which speak out against drunkenness. (For a few examples, see Romans 13:13; Galatians 5:19-21; 1 Peter 4:3.).

To Divorce:
"If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth" (Num.30:2).

Marriage vows are solemn promises made to each partner before the presence of God during a wedding ceremony. For example:

Exchange of Vows

MINISTER TO GROOM:
Do you GROOM'S NAME take BRIDE'S NAME to be your wife – to live together after God’s ordinance – in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, in sadness and in joy, to cherish and continually bestow upon her your heart’s deepest devotion, forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto her as long as you both shall live?

GROOM:
I will.

MINISTER TO BRIDE:
Do you BRIDE'S NAME) take GROOM'S NAME to be your husband – to live together after God’s ordinance – in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, in sadness and in joy, to cherish and continually bestow upon him your heart’s deepest devotion, forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto him as long as you both shall live?

BRIDE:
I will.

According to the Bible, a married man and woman are bound as long as they are living. The apostle Paul, in Romans 7:2-3, wrote, “For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.” Only the death of a mate severs the bond and frees the surviving mate to remarry. God’s will toward marriage is clear. It is to be permanent. The Bible states: "Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder" (Matt.19:6). By divorcing, a husband and wife become guilty of putting asunder God’s command regarding the permanency of marriage. This occurs when a person divorces his/her lawful mate for any cause other than any exception permissible by God (i.e. for fornication (Matt.19:9)). Matthew states: "And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery" (Matt.19:9).

Furthermore, the Bible discusses a man "cleaving unto his wife". "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh"(Gen.2:24). "Cleave" is a translation of the Hebrew word "dabaq" which means to make a permanent alliance with (Joshua 23:12, Ruth 1:14, 2 Samuel 20:2). In its noun form, the word refers to soldering two pieces of metal together. Some theologians have suggested that this term refers to permanent actions -- those that cannot be undone. Thus, the passage implies that divorce is impossible because two people are now "one flesh" and you cannot divorce yourself. You cannot separate from yourself. To do so, would be like cutting off your own arm or a leg. The Bible states: "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church” (Eph.5:28-29).

In Mark 10:1-12: Jesus implies that all marriages are permanent; divorce is not allowed:

And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again. And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him. And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

To Eat Apple:
Apples appear in many religious traditions as forbidden fruit that we are not to eat.

To Eat Corn:
Corn is the most abundant grain produced in America! Not only does it have the worst fatty acid profile (Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio) of nearly all grains (which skews the fat balance in the membranes of all animal body cells negatively impacting cell function), but it is also a fungal host to 22 different fungi including Aspergillus. Some of these fungi put out body debilitating mycotoxins that can literally kill animals and people. This is why the US Government tests corn for aflatoxin, one of the most deadly and highly carcinogenic toxins on the planet.

Corn, in the form of high-fructose corn syrup, is accused of causing the national obesity epidemic. Corn is also fattening. Farmers discovered feeding cattle cheap, subsidized corn would fatten them up two to three times as fast as grass.

To Feed Molech:
"And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD" (Lev. 18:21).

"Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones. And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name. And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not: Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people" (Lev. 20:2-5).

Molech also Moloch, Molekh, Molek, or Moloc is either the name of a god or the name of a particular kind of sacrifice associated with fire. Molech was historically affiliated with cultures throughout the Middle East, including the Ammonite, Hebrew, Canaanite, Phoenician and related cultures in North Africa and the Levant.

Like some other gods and demons found in the Bible, Molech appears as part of medieval demonology, as a Prince of Hell. This Molech finds particular pleasure in making mothers weep; he specializes in stealing their children. God tells the Israelites that they are not to sacrifice any of their children to Molech. Molech was an idol that was used to kill children by burning them alive. Some accounts describe a fire being lit inside the statue, and the sacrificed child placed in its hands, which were then raised to its open mouth, at which point the child fell into the flames below. Another account suggests that the child remained in the bronze hands, and was burned through the conductive heat over several hours. There are also passages in twelfth century Rabbinical texts which describe offerings of a ram, an ewe, a calf, an ox, turtledoves, and sifted flour, placed inside the idol’s internal compartments along with the child, comprising a strange sort of sacrificial stew.

To Gyrate:
To move closely and/or sexually with another person. Sometimes in circular motions, usually in a form of dancing.

Told On Cash: See Fold A Jackson

Tomahawks:
A tomahawk (also referred to as a hawk) is a type of axe native to North America, traditionally resembling a hatchet with a straight shaft. Tomahawks were general purpose tools used by Native Americans and European Colonials alike, and often employed as a hand-to-hand or a thrown weapon.

Tomahawks were also used for scalping. Scalping is the act of removing another person's scalp or a portion of their scalp, either from a dead body, or a living person. Native American tribes used scalping to persuade Americans from abandoning the idea of taking their land. Nelson Lee was unlucky enough to captured by the Comanche tribe. "During all the time they were thus exhibiting the result of their savage work, they resorted to every hideous device to inspire us with terror. They would rush toward us with uplifted tomahawks, stained with blood, as if determined to strike, or grasp us by the hair, flourishing their knives around our heads as though intending to take our scalps. So far as I could understand their infernal shouts and pantomime, they sought to tell us that the fate which had overtaken our unfortunate companions not only awaited us, but likewise the whole race of the hated white man. All the dead, without exception, were scalped and the scalps, still fresh, were dangling from their belts. After the battle had finished the warrior would clean and dry the scalp. Thomas Gist witnessed this while he was being held prisoner. "The men began to scrape the flesh and blood from the scalps, and dry them by the fire, after which they dressed them with feathers and painted them, then tied them on white, red, and black poles".

To Pledge A Flag:
“I pledge allegiance” (I solemnly promise to remain loyal)
“to the flag” (to the symbol of our country)
“of the United States of America” (each state that has joined to make our country)
“and to the Republic” (a republic is a country where the people choose others to make laws for them -- the government is “of, by and for” the people)
“for which it stands,” (the flag represents the country)
“one nation” (a single country)
“under God,” (the people believe in a supreme being)
“indivisible,” (the country cannot be split into parts)
“with Liberty and Justice” (with freedom and fairness)
“for all.” (for citizens of the country)

The original Pledge of Allegiance was written by Francis Bellamy. It was first given wide publicity through the official program of the National Public Schools Celebration of Columbus Day, which was printed in The Youth's Companion of September 8, 1892, and at the same time sent out in leaflet form to schools throughout the country. School children first recited the Pledge of Allegiance this way: “I pledge allegiance to my Flag and to the Republic for which it stands one Nation indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.”

“The flag of the United States” replaced the words “my Flag” in 1923 because some foreign-born people might have in mind the flag of the country of their birth instead of the United States flag. A year later, “of America” was added after “United States.”

No form of the Pledge received official recognition by Congress until June 22, 1942, when the Pledge was formally included in the U.S. Flag Code. The official name of The Pledge of Allegiance was adopted in 1945. The last change in language came on Flag Day 1954, when Congress passed a law, which added the words “under God” after “one nation.”

Originally, the pledge was said with the right hand in the so-called “Bellamy Salute,” with the right hand resting first outward from the chest, then the arm extending out from the body. Once Hitler came to power in Europe, some Americans were concerned that this position of the arm and hand resembled the Nazi or Fascist salute. In 1942 Congress also established the current practice of rendering the pledge with the right hand over the heart.

Instead of pledging a flag, we should pledge our hearts to Jesus:

I pledge allegiance to the Lamb
With all my strength
With all I am
I will seek to honor His commands
I pledge allegiance to the Lamb

To the Lamb of God who bore my pain
Who took my place, who wore my shame
I will seek to honor His commands
I pledge allegiance to the Lamb
See Patriotic.

Top Notch:
Top notch can be defined as superb, excellent, first-rate or of the highest quality. God alone is excellent. "O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens" (Ps.8:1). "Glory to God in the highest" (Luke 2:14). Man has a tendency to claim certain qualities for himself that belong to God. Man tries to elevate himself to the same status as God. For instance, many athletes and celebrites in general are glorified and worshipped by adoring fans. This leads some athletes to believe that they are better than everyone else. Boxing champ Muhammad Ali once proclaimed, “I am the king of the world. I am the greatest.” This desire to want to be like God is what causes man to sin. The Bible states: "Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise" (Gen.3:1-6).

Torah Bibles:
The Torah is being used as a divination tool to predict the future. The Bible Code by Michael Drosnin states that, hidden within the text of the Torah (the first five books of the Hebrew Bible), is a series of encoded messages that predict future events. A section of text is arranged in the form of a grid, in which the characters can be read horizontally, vertically or diagonally, rather in the manner of a Word search puzzle. Starting with any letter at random, the user constructs what is known as an equidistant letter sequence (ELS), by taking every fifth letter, for example, from then on, in any direction, and looking for possible messages in the text that emerges.

Practitioners claim that they soon uncover interesting combinations of names and dates in close proximity to each other. Drosnin himself claims to have used this method to predict, a year in advance, the assassination of the Israeli prime minister Yitzhak Rabin in 1995. Other events predicted (not always by Drosnin himself) have included the 1981 assassination of Egypt’s president Anwar Sadat, the death of Diana, Princess of Wales in 1997, and the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans in 2005.

The Old Testament contains many passages in which God declares that he detests divination. The following verses make things fairly clear: “There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.” (Deuteronomy, 18: 10-12). See Code of the Bible

Tornadoes:
"Does God or Satan control the weather?" God ultimately controls the weather because the bible says "the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell in it." (Psalms 24:1).

If God ultimately has jurisdiction over the earth and all of its parts, then what part of any does Satan play in the scheme of things? The book of Job provides the answer. In Job chapter 1, God and Satan are having a discussion about Job as follows:

"Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? Thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD" (Job 1:6-12).

Then we read in verses 18 and 19:

"While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house: And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee" (Job 1:18-19).

Apparently, after Satan was granted permission to test Job, he brought a series of calamites upon Job that resulted in the destruction of his possessions and the death of all his children. Notice one of the methods Satan used to kill Jobs sons and daughter was "a great wind" (verse 19). The Hebrew word for great is "gadal" meaning "to twist." This tornado originated from Satan, not God, but God had given Satan the authority to do as he pleased with Job except that he could not kill him.

In the New Testament, Satan is called "the prince of the power of the air" (Ephesians 2:2).

To Tell a Lie:
“Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor” (Exodus 20:16). This is a command against testifying against another person falsely. It is essentially a command against lying.

Lying is a type of deception in the form of an untruthful statement, especially with the intention to deceive others, often with the further intention to maintain a secret or reputation, protect someone's feelings or to avoid a punishment. To lie is to state something that one knows to be false or that one has not reasonably ascertained to be true with the intention that it be taken for the truth by oneself or someone else.

Types of lies:

Fabrication:
A fabrication is a lie told when someone submits a statement as truth, without knowing for certain whether or not it actually is true. Although the statement may be possible or plausible, it is not based on fact. Rather, it is something made up, or it is a misrepresentation of the truth.

Bold-faced lie:
A bold-faced lie is one which is told when it is obvious to all concerned that it is a lie.

Lying by omission
One lies by omission by omitting an important fact, deliberately leaving another person with a misconception. Lying by omission includes failures to correct pre-existing misconceptions.

White lie
A white lie would cause only relatively minor discord if it were uncovered, and typically offers some benefit to the hearer. White lies are often used to avoid offense, such as complimenting something one finds unattractive.

Noble lie
A noble lie is one which would normally cause discord if it were uncovered, but which offers some benefit to the liar and assists in an orderly society, therefore potentially beneficial to others. It is often told to maintain law, order and safety.

Emergency lie
An emergency lie is a strategic lie told when the truth may not be told because, for example, harm to a third party would result.

Perjury
Perjury is the act of lying or making verifiably false statements on a material matter under oath or affirmation in a court of law, or in any of various sworn statements in writing.

Bluffing
To bluff is to pretend to have a capability or intention which one does not actually possess. Bluffing is an act of deception which is rarely seen as immoral when it takes place in the context of a game where this kind of deception is consented to in advance by the players.

Misleading/Dissembling
A misleading statement is one where there is no outright lie, but still retains the purpose of getting someone to believe in an untruth. "Dissembling" likewise describes the presentation of facts in a way that is literally true, but intentionally misleading.

Exaggeration
An exaggeration (see also hyperbole) occurs when the most fundamental aspects of a statement are true, but only to a certain degree. It is also seen as "stretching the truth" or making something appear more powerful, meaningful, or real than it actually is.

Jocose lies
Jocose lies are those which are meant in jest, and are usually understood as such by all present parties. Teasing and sarcasm are examples. A more elaborate instance is seen in storytelling traditions which are present in some places, where the humor comes from the
storyteller's insistence that he or she is telling the absolute truth, despite all evidence being to the contrary (i.e. tall tale).

Contextual lies
One can state part of the truth out of context, knowing that without complete information, it gives a false impression. Likewise, one can actually state accurate facts, yet deceive with them. To say "yeah, that's right, I slept with your best friend" utilizing a sarcastic, offended tone, may cause the listener to assume the speaker did not mean what he said, when in fact he did.

Puffery
Puffery is an exaggerated claim typically found in advertising and publicity announcements, such as "the highest quality at the lowest price," or "always votes in the best interest of all the people," or "even a jeweler cannot tell it from a genuine diamond."

Tracking Man:
Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is a powerful tracking technology. RFID tags can be read right through a wallet, pocket or purse from as far away as 30 feet. It can be disempowering and unfair to collect certain types of information about people without their knowledge. Doing so prevents people from taking steps to conceal information they might prefer not to share. Human identification using RFID has serious potential to deprive people of notice that potentially highly specific, detailed information about them is being collected. Without formidable safeguards, the use of RFID in identification will tend to enable the tracking of individuals’ movements, profiling of their activities, and subsequent, non-security-related use of identification and derived information.

Transfix:
To render a person motionless by completely focused attention, entranced, mesmerized.

"And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads" (Rev. 9:4)

Those who do not have the seal of God, Satan will speak to eloquently, using his charming words, seducing with a combination of alluring qualities, and the power to transfix. Those spellbound will fall into a mesmeric sleep. His words spiritually impale his listeners to death. His eyes will posses this ability also, he will 'ogle' or 'bewitch with an evil stare'. See Evil Stare

Treacheries:
Deliberate, often calculated, betrayal of fidelity, trust, or faith. The act of violating the confidence of another, usually for personal gain.

Treasured:
"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." (Matt. 6:19-21).

In Matthew 6:19-21, Jesus warns us against treasuring, that is, setting our desires on, whatever are considered to be treasures here on earth. Something that is treasured is valuable to a person. It is not necessarily something that is worth a lot of money. Many times it is valuable to you for personal or emotional reasons, and it is often something you got from a person who means a lot to you.

If you were asked to list the five most important things in your life right now? What would they be? I don’t know what you would add to that list. But whatever they are, those items reveal the things you truly value in life. They are the things you hold dear, the things you consider essential to your happiness, survival, and security. They are your treasures, and your treasures determine your priorities. They reveal your true ambitions, your attractions, and your affections.

The decisive question: Are the things you presently treasure what they ought to be?  Do your treasures have a lasting value? What would be their value in five or ten years time? Would their value appreciate or depreciate?  Would there come a time when you would lose interest in these things you presently hold dear. Do you see yourself ever giving them up or exchanging them for something more valuable—something more enduring?

Now it should be clear that the most valuable things in life are not material possessions like your car, house, expensive jewellery, job, cell phone, etc., but rather your eternal salvation and that of others.

Triple VI:
Six in roman numerals is VI. Therefore a triple VI is equivalent to 666.

Tsunami Aid:

Tug-of-War:
The Oxford English Dictionary says that the phrase "tug of war" originally meant "the decisive contest; the real struggle or tussle; a severe contest for supremacy". Only in the 19th century was it used as a term for an athletic contest between two teams who haul at the opposite ends of a rope.

The athletic contest of tug-of-war can be dangerous. The main safety issue with Tug-o-War is that synthetic fibers can stretch and snap under excessive pressure in the same way a rubber band may. In technical parlance, this is called "synthetic line snap back". On October 25, 1997, Yang Chiung-ming and Chen Ming-kuo each had their left arms severed below the shoulder during a massive Tug-of-War event in Taipei, Taiwan. The event, held at a park along the Keelung River in Taipei in celebration of Retrocession Day (the 52nd anniversary of the end of the Japanese colonial rule in Taiwan), involved over 1,600 participants whose combined strength immediately exerted over 80,000 kg (176,000 lbs) of force on a 5 cm (2 inch) nylon rope that could only withstand a maximum of 26,000 kg (57,000 lbs). The rope immediately snapped and the sheer rebounding force of the broken rope tore off the men's arms. Both men were immediately taken to a nearby hospital where their arms were successfully reattached.

In the German town of Westernohe 650 young scouts participated in a tug of war in 1995. When the rope broke, only 30 seconds into the tug, two children were killed and 102 participants suffered injuries.

Two Lutheran High School students in Parker, Colorado had their right hands partially severed in a pep rally tug of war between members of the senior and junior classes on October 12, 2007.

Tuned Radio:
Ghost hunters use AM/FM radio's that have been modified to sweep (continually seek) a radio station in order to try to make contact with the dead. It never stops, thus creating white noise. The system uses white noise that is amplified, filtered, and rectified to provide a random voltage to tune voltage-tunable radio receiver-modules. The randomly tuned radio modules provide a source of random audio that is sent to an enclosure. Supposedly, spirits can take that white noise and manipulate it to create words. See A Ghost Box

Tutting:
According to Urban Dictionary, tutting is "the style originally practiced by young funk dancers and is derived from the positions people were drawn in the days of the Ancient Egyptians; so when you ‘tut,' you change the angles of your arms according to the beat."

Tutting focuses on the angles and motions of your hands and joints to make distinct movements and shapes. Tutting is usually performed to funk and soul music, but can be performed to anything from dubstep, hip-hop, pop or any upbeat music.

Tycoons:
Are persons who have reached a prominent place in a particular industry (or set of industries). Such people usually amass substantial fortunes in the process, and tend to become widely known in connection with their business(es).

Examples of well-known business tycoons include Sir Richard Branson, Samuel Insull, William Randolph Hearst, John D. Rockefeller, Bill Gates, etcetera. See Man of Riches
